We ordered for a meal and instead of giving a meal CASHIER is billing the items individually and when been asked he is arguing that he is right also there is an another guy (wearing orange)who was acting extra smart !! And arguing back with me Also cashier is cleverly adding extra mayonnaise in your bill which will cost you around 29rs and WE DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR IT . I m attaching the bill and CASHIER'S picture here for reference . Have marked them . I suggest eveveyone to check their bills carefully everytime .You might end up paying EXTRA nd get cheated here .

This outlet has been recently installed with self-ordering kiosks, which do not work most of the time citing network glitches. The staff at the counter refuse to take manual orders either, unless you have wasted good amount of time at the kiosk. Once you manage to place your order after all these, the displays there do not show your order queue. The store manager lady has a casual attitude and does not seem to be very interested in trying to resolve customer related issues.

Writing this review for KFC outlet @ VR Bengaluru Mall as The actual place is not found over the map , hence . Afroza served & billed with a smile . Other crew are also good & cordial. The chicken bucket ( ultimate saving meal ) for the family was not so great ( 4 wings , 4 peri peri and 6 hot & crispy pieces along with 2 dips & 3 soft drinks ) The pieces are not yummy like the initial days. Be it hot wings or leg pieces. Pls improve on the food quality and chicken quality .

My experience at KFC was disappointing. The chicken wings I ordered were undercooked, ruining the entire meal. The lack of proper preparation not only compromised the taste but also raised concerns about food safety. Definitely not the quality I expected.

Tried their Wednesday chicken bucket offer. They mixed both the type of chicken and served it in one bucket. The taste was not that great. Maximum you can have two pieces per person. Not properly marinated. It was pretty dry. Can definitely bring in the Indian blend to bring in the Indian taste. I’ve seen KFC YouTube videos of south East Asian countries where they have adopted local flavours (making it glocal). Definitely has scope to improve as the spices were lagging for me.

I was visited lot of KFC, here the atmosphere and taste of good this out me within 1 minute period of the food, the food was cold like out out of 100 i can give 40 only. Please pay attention to delivery time .

The food was cold and plain. We had ordered burger meal and a roll meal, the roll was so hard and was difficult to break it. The coke we got didn't have ice and it was not even cold

I went there for ultimate bucket. The lady who was there named Roopa told there is no regular Pepsi which was suppose to be there with the bucket, instead we have to get medium Pepsi paying extra. We requested to give the Pepsi in the water glass atleast, and she was not ready. We have asked for the manager. And even though the manager was there, she was not ready to come and speak. Roopa was way too rude, 0 sense in talking to people. Very bad experience. Just for a bigger cup, they were charging extra. Not even with extra pepsi
