Honestly, no. I had high hopes from this eatery. Being a Maharashtrian, I was waiting for a fragrant, mildly spicy Masale Bhaat that we usually eat at Maharashtrian weddings, but what I got was - plain, bland and very dry yellow rice with scarce amount of vegetables. They charge 200/- for half a box, and no, it is not justified. They claim that it is their speciality and I fail to understand why. I had also ordered Moong Bhajji (fritters). The beauty of Moong Bhajji is bits and pieces of coconut and chilli that surprise you with the accompaniment of coconut chutney. I understand that in this price range, maybe they can't afford to give Coconut Chutney, but this was plain Moong batter fried in oil, that is it - nothing special. 10+ rs apiece for a fried Moong batter. The amount of Green Chutney was so minimal that it would have better if they had not given it instead. (Please see the pictures). Only thing that I liked was the packing. Will not recommend. Won't want anyone to be disappointed like me.

Very good menu. But food and service are a let down. Service was a major let down. We never got out drink order. Waiters did not have enough info on the menu and were quite overwhelmed. Spoons were not clean. Incorrect items were added to the bill (which were rectified) . Overall this is an important area to improve on. Food. We found this to be inconsistent. Pithala Bhakris were good but misal and varan bhat were let down. Vada pav was decent.

Tried Misal Pav, Kothimbir Badi & Executive Marathi Thali. Misal pav is below standard - absolutely runny misal, not good quality pav. Marathi meal was average - Srikhand was the only saving grace in it, sabji were of no taste. Kothimbir Badi- one of the best I have tried, slightly crunchy on the outside, soft & flavourful from inside. Recommended.

It's a really nice and cute place. You can get authentic Marathi food here. I like their chapatis, they are very home-like.

This bustling restaurant is a constant hive of activity, always crowded. My visit was driven by a craving for authentic Maharashtrian flavors. The place is well-lit and stands out easily. We decided to try misal pav and Pithla bhakri, but unfortunately, bhakri was unavailable, so they served it with chapati. Food was good! While the experience was simple, it did bring a comforting feeling. The cleanliness of the place could use some improvement. We opted for the outdoor seating, which worked out fine for us. The indoor area appeared a bit cramped. The endeavor to introduce Maharashtrian cuisine to Bangalore is commendable, and I truly appreciate the concept. Must visit for your Maharashtrian food cravings!

We had been on a Sunday afternoon . We wanted to taste the Maharashtrian bhakri thali and sol kadhi. But due to unavailability, had to opt for chapti thai ,masala butter milk and kokum sharbat. I liked the kothimbir vada , shrikhand and the the gravy curry. Service was very slow. We had ordered steamed modak which was also tasty. Also , tried kolapuri misalpav .Overall good experience.

I recently dined at Muraamba-The Marathi Kitchen, pure veg restaurant in AECS layout, Bengaluru, and I must say, it lives up to its reputation for serving authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I highly recommend trying their signature dishes like Pithla Bhakari, Chats, Vada Pav, Tea, Misal Pav, Kothimbir Vadi, Modak, Basundi, and Puran Poli. Each dish was bursting with traditional flavors, and the taste was simply outstanding. I am highly satisfied and would definitely visit again.
