    Behaviour of cleaning boy was very fearful. No cleaning and waste water for bathing provided. Pillows and bedsheets are very unhygienic. Don't come here. No taking care of customer needs. Please select this hotel as a last option.

    We have booked a room to make my trip. The Rooms are good, but also some cleanliness to be maintained. It is located in a convenient place and accessible is very easy. The service is good and the price is affordable even if you come directly for the stay. Overall 3.5 stars can be given.

    Not so hygienic. U will not get fresh air. Too expensive and small area cannot stay two people comfortably. Staff is also not so polite. Please remember do not use this untill u have emergency as not worth the amount u give to stay.

    Rooms are clean. Landlines doest work, no water bottles provided. Unless you ask for soaps and towels they won't give. To reach them you have to go the reception everytime as phones doesn't work. Clean rooms though. Editing. No geyser, changing rating from 3 to 1.

    Hotel doesn't follow the amenities offered by Fabhotel group. Really disappointed in selecting this hotel. We trusted fab hotels, since we had our previous stay at Fabexpress Lakme pune. This hotel ( Fabexpress Rekha residency) didn't provide us the toiletries which was mentioned during booking deception. Wifi facility was not available.The room was too small such that 2 person can't even easily walk inside. The toilets were not that clean. We ( stayed with my family)got ground floor for stay, there were loud noise from the reception staff which didn't allow us for a quiet sleep. I don't recommend family and obviously with kids for stay at this hotel. There was no kind of restaurant for breakfast, as they were taking food from nearby hotel to provide us the food. I strongly insist fab hotel group to reconsider

    Bike parking is kinda okay. Car parking, leave it on the roads. Yes, they neither have bike parking nor car parking. However, if you can manage with this to get inside, you'll love the rooms. Felt a little congested but I loved the place.

    Worst. I give 0/5 for Unethical behaviour from the staff.😠 Firstly they said that they haven't received any notification about booking. I showed them invoice booking details everything. still they said no rooms are available now for check-in. After insisting he talked to some person over phone and obviously found the details of my booking. See. He had also lied that no rooms are available.actually there were many rooms available. Later They Didn't agree for the 23hr flexible check-in check-out on availability as per the booking. They don't honour for those who do online booking. They wer also blabbering that they get less income if people book from online.. if so why the hell they have listed hotel for online booking.? They didn't let me wait in their lobby / didn't even let me put my phone on charge which was about to switch off.. they insisted me for early check-in and charged me 500. After check-in I went out, then using spare key they shifted our belongings to another room. How can they do this when we go out..? Untrustworthy. They charge for mineral water even though it is included in the booking. They rule over the rules

    This is worst hotel in Bangalore There is staff called *Balaji* worst behaviour once payment done We was stayed in April 8th and till now we didn’t receive the bill While check out that fellow Balaji told that there was issue in billing we will send you through WhatsApp by today still no response if we call him he is disconnecting the call There was not proper service no water bottle, for two persons only one towel, no soap, no AC bot cash collected around 2000/- On my urgency we was missed out train so we are plan to stay in Bangalore, I am not seen this kind of bad service any ware

    I recently stayed at FabExpress Rekha Residency and I must say that the rooms were excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was fresh. The bathrooms were also clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The staff were courteous and helpful. They provided us with excellent service. Overall, I had a great stay at FabExpress Rekha Residency and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay in the city.

    I actually checked In one for one day on go ibibo and paida 1100 then I had to extend just a half a day at first they said just 500 then during the check out they had demanded 1600 Worst service u could get Really sorry with how they proceed with customer.

    This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk lady were worst and indifferent even she don't know how to behave with customer. I went with family and very bad experience. I would recommend to take any other guest house nearby.

    It was the worst fab hotel i have ever stayed..unclean room with cockroaches around.. Congested room.. Dirty toilet... No hot water.. no lift.. No restaurant.. This hotel has ruined my belief on fabhotels... Whoever is responsible can have a visit and look at the conditions there...

    As we had booked the rooms for our guests for a marriage function i am giving it a review. There was no proper service at all The rooms were dirty we had to tell them after checking in to the rooms There were no proper service as we had to ask for cleaning the room,towels were not provided,there was no water in the building,no keys for the room,there were rats running around in the room and for each and every thing we had to tell them and then also they were unable to give the service properly I wouldn't recommend anyone else as it has poor service My guests were totally unhappy I am totally unhappy
