behaviour

the
staff.😠
Firstly
they
said
that
they
haven't
received
any
notification
about
booking.
I
showed
them
invoice
booking
details
everything.
still
they
said
no
rooms
are
available
now
for
check-in.
After
insisting
he
talked
to
some
person
over
phone
and
obviously
found
the
details
of
my
booking.
See.
He
had
also
lied
that
no
rooms
are
available.actually
there
were
many
rooms
available.
Later
They
Didn't
agree
for
the
23hr
flexible
check-in
check-out
on
availability
as
per
the
booking.
They
don't
honour
for
those
who
do
online
booking.
They
wer
also
blabbering
that
they
get
less
income
if
people
book
from
online..
if
so
why
the
hell
they
have
listed
hotel
for
online
booking.?
They
didn't
let
me
wait
in
their
lobby
/
didn't
even
let
me
put
my
phone
on
charge
which
was
about
to
switch
off..
they
insisted
me
for
early
check-in
and
charged
me
500.
After
check-in
I
went
out,
then
using
spare
key
they
shifted
our
belongings
to
another
room.
How
can
they
do
this
when
we
go
out..?
Untrustworthy.
They
charge
for
mineral
water
even
though
it
is
included
in
the
booking.
