Being

loyal
customer
for
the
brand
from
past
6-7
years
and
always
had
been
to
this
store
located
at
new
bel
road
for
years
now
and
never
experienced
such
a
worst
situation
.

the
sales
executive
was
in
a
urge
to
sell
the
items
rather
than
figuring
out
what
we
actually
wanted
.

Very
smartly
tried
fooling
us
that
online
and
offline
products
are
diff
and
also
the
price
differs
,in
this
7
years
first
time
I
have
seen
that
lady
at
the
store
and
she
easily
started
telling
online
products
are
diff
3)there
were
scenarios
where
the
previous
employees
from
that
store
Oly
has
helped
us
ordering
online
the
same
products
with
diff
colours.
4)
three
items
what
we
purchased
was
2193
in
the
zivame
app
and
the
store
price
was
like
3.1k
where
I
found
these
first
time
ever
in
zivame
Used
to
get
all
the
products
before
with
online
prices
Oly
at
the
stores
but
this
time
as
I
told
lady
was
very
much
interested
in
adding
more
items
to
the
cart
to
increase
her
points
.

The
way
she
started
speaking
after
I
told
always
we
get
in
the
same
price
as
in
app
why
is
the
diff
now
she
just
shouted
at
me
telling
that
come
n
look
at
my
system
.

exited
the
store
the
moment
she
told
n
ordered
everything
online
and
her
reaction
was
very
clearly
seen
that
she
was
very
angry
.
Such
a
good
brands
like
zivame
shud
also
take
care
about
these
incidents.
New
customers
keeps
adding
all
the
time
and
these
sort
of
behaviours
will
definitely
loose
the
faith
of
the
customers
