We visited this hospital for the second time for maternity. The hospital has not only been given a new look with its renovation and make over but has also taken lot of efforts to improve the services. The staff here are very friendly and adaptive as per the our requirements. The administration team kudos to them for smooth transaction and insurance claim process. Thank you very much team Venlakh

Doctor's, Sister's, Ward Boy's, Pharmacy and others were so polite and very patient. They did there job very well. Recommend this Hospital (Pradeep Doc) for Surgery related to Appendix.

Cheater hospital....the way their behaviour was very poor,no maintainence at no quality only money making mind...if small incident also they will tell go for surgery..... payment issues...they will quote very low... discharging time they will hike charges and they will panic for patients

This is my recent post, Well 5 stars to doctor Nandhini mam of swastik hospital, our baby girl had normal delivery, Our doctor alone took care of pre and post pregnancy care we are very grateful to Dr Nandhini mam, pls visit her one of the best doctors I came across, highly cooperative and well caring. Our doctor alone took care of pre and post pregnancy care. if you have doubts about doctor kindly avoid. I would like to give 4stars to Mr Mukunda sir alone and 2 stars to Venlakh hospital, my rating to mukunda sir is solely for his ambience and mature handling and transparent talk of pricing and information with clear guidance. My 2 star rating to hospital becoz the receptionist were highly rude and not clear in guiding, facilities at Venlakh needs to improve apart from hand few nurses the management needs to improve drastically as money making is not only a tool, patient care becomes.more important.

Please please never go to this hospital.cheater hospital.all about money.first priority in this hospital is only money. Very careless for patient.

Working environment is real good , all the staff and management is very supportive and service oriented. Worked for nearly 4 years. Pros : Patient care is worth. Cons: Need to improve in certain facilities.

One of worst hospital please my hambal request don't take you are your family to this hospital management is worst, system billing they ask you came later and they will charge you as there wish no lab testing no blood testing no pharmacy in night time have to go out side no ambulance service
