The rooms are very comfortable, neat and clean. Room service is perfect. Attenders are very good and prompt. Rooms have Wi-Fi connection, TV with set-top box connection, fridge, wardrobe, on-request laundry service, complimentary breakfast. Food is very tasty. They provide south and north indian dishes. Place is closer to the airport.

Stayed here for 5 days: - My Ram from food department were amazing. His understanding and management at restaurant was impressive. We also request for a banglore special breakfast as the next day it was there for all. Amazing food quality and hospitality. - the management were good including the gate keeper. - rooms are spacious and clean. - must book if looking around.

had booked the stay for a day, yes it was nice property looking new great ,spacious clean room and bathroom with hotwater etc... but not 5 star 1 reason the power goes of from 8 30 am , it was on and off right from 8 30 am, 2 reason the reception person was behaving very rude , the service to room like if we need anything water bottle etc take almost hours to get it done. big plus point - the breakfast was sooo tasty and good they include uttapam,idly, fruits, sandwitch, juice,chole bature and many other fresh clean which is good...

By far one of the best hotels we stayed in. We travel to so many places and stayed in many hotels but we still talk about our stay here. Rooms are clean, spacious and bathrooms are very clean. My whole family loved the place and also the food. My kids asked me to mention that they loved the chicken fried rice. My favorite was omelet in breakfast. We will definitely stay here if we travel to Bangalore again.

I stayed here for a brief duration of 2 days. But the service during these 2 days was exceptional and there was not a single complaint. The front desk receptionist Mansi was very welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable and also agreed to delay our check out. I recommend it for couples and family. There are many good restaurants nearby as well as busy street for a casula walk.

Very nice service and staff. The rooms are also very clean and the hotel is genuinely good for families. Shahrukh at the front desk has been of great help through out the stay. Ram from the service department has also been great support.

Amazing place. Room is well maintained and clean. Breakfast spread is good. Front desk staff are very courteous and patient. Mansi was friendly and did our check in and helped us to accomodation our request for late check out with a minimal fee charge.

We just checked out of an Executive room at this hotel after a day's stay. Very friendly and kind service right from the person at the door to the people in the reception. Everything was provided in the room. We didn't use the mini bar/room service so can't comment on that. Complimentary breakfast was fine.

Beautiful stay and was actually surprised to see the cleanliness even on a rainy day. Service is good. Room rates are okay, not on the expensive side. Ordered chicken masala and chapaties and it was actually good. They have a decent parking space available. All utilities available in the room. wifi available and worked well.

Food is nominally priced but tastes very good...very satisfied customer and we would be using this place for the next 5 years that we will be frequenting yelahanka...I haven't yet had breakfast yet but though posting since having a positive thought that when all the others Re good, by default breakfast should also be good...

Extremely Disappointed with my Stay at Royal Ace Boutique Hotel. I recently had the displeasure of staying at your hotel from September 22nd, 2023, to September 24th, 2023, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with you. I had high hopes for my stay but unfortunately, I found several aspects of my visit to be severely lacking. Complimentary Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food served was subpar, and the variety was extremely limited. It did not meet the basic expectations one would have for a four-star hotel. TV Channels: Despite informing the reception multiple times about issues with the TV channels, the problem was not resolved during my entire stay. This was particularly frustrating as I had expected to relax and unwind in my room, but the lack of entertainment options was a significant disappointment. Hygiene and Cleanliness: According to the hotel staff, towels, bedspreads, and pillows are only washed with soap, as they also charged me for dry cleaning because hair color had stuck to them. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a boutique establishment. Location and Accessibility: Hotel's location was not convenient at all. It was not easily accessible and lacked nearby amenities. Another issue I encountered was the presence of street dogs near the hotel's front entrance. This created a sense of discomfort and insecurity when entering and leaving the premises. Hotel Staff and Owner Behavior: To add to my disappointment, it appeared that the hotel staff was unable to resolve any of the issues I raised during my stay. What was even more concerning was the behavior of the owner, who, when contacted by the staff for assistance, displayed an unprofessional and intimidating demeanor. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Courteous staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The only problem which I faced , which also was a deal breaker ,was the fact that in the three days I stayed, Wifi did not work even a single second. Even after complaint, same not rectified. Using mobile hotspot was utterly slow , which ultimately hampered office work. Maybe it was a one time thing, not sure. Rest, complete stay was very good and the hotel is recommended.

Found this place after checking for best reviews online in that area. There are so many hotels and everyone are in the similar price range. This was very different from the others! The room was good however the road was literally very small. Everything is good and for the same reason they are mostly fully occupied, “Very clean and exceptionally well maintained property. Near to airport. Best hospitality and food . Laundry service was very good. I recived my dresses clean and I loved that blossom fragrance very much. The receptionist Mr Amith was also extremely humble. It shows same in the quality of the place. Pros - - Rooms, linen, bathrobe and towels are clean - All necessary daily items. - Food was good.

Stayed nearly two weeks. Warming Frontdesk staffs, Wonderful support staffs and excellent service. Mainly awesome food credits to chef prince and team! It's nearby to airport just 15-20 mins travel.

It was a nice experience to stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice. Cleaning was done everyday and good quality and variety of food were served. I enjoyed my stay here as it was a work trip and I did not have to face any issues with the hotel service. However, more cabs can be added for easy commute of the people staying in.
