It's hard to describe the feeling of eating here. The food tastes great but don't expect any healthy options! That's not why you go here! This is your classic greasy spoon drive in that reminds me of decades before. You need to stop by here and grab something, whether you use the drive in bay or eat inside. Don't skip it, grab a 3 pound Belt Buster burger if you dare!

The very definition of a greasy spoon, and that's OK! What we ate was ice cream but everyone else was chowing down on burgers and not suffering. 😁

R-B Drive in is the best drive in we've ever visited. The service is super fast considering their space and popularity. The food has a distinct R-B flavor you literally can not mimic or duplicate. The cherry limeade is way better than other chain restaurant's and the burgers are always satisfying. They also have gluten free options.

This is my all time favorite diner. The food is so delicious. Prices are excellent The staff is too friendly. I live 10 hours from here but when I’m in Kansas, no matter where I am, I detouring to come here. I will crave this food for a long time. Yes it was that tasty.

The go-to place for a classic made cheese burger. Love the R-B Special burger with grill onions. Sandwich includes patty, pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion (grill on request) cheese, and ketchup. Their fries are always quite delicious! Pretty busy place as our wait was 40 minutes. But that gives you time to check our all the Hutchinson memorabilia inside. A side note, there doesn't seem to be a restroom available for use. Their onion rings are fantastic, available on certain days.

Big o cheeseburger...... yes please. Will definitely be going here on a regular basis.

Food is always good. The server to the cars is a delight. She was extremely busy but kept a smile on her face and was polite to everyone. Brought us a menu to our car and gave us plenty of time to decide our order. Our large order of fried mushrooms was enough for three. The mac and cheese bites absolutely the best.

Best old fashioned burger in town. Onion rings are worth it. Though if you want a hot fresh fried onion, order the onion pedals. Otherwise, onion rings 2 out of 2 visits come Luke warm. Burger has been fresh off the grill hot both times.

All I have to say is oh dear Lord! I normally order burgers but today I ordered Philly's chicken steak sandwiches. It was wonderful! To the Cook thank you very much.

Definitely my Favorite place for a Great burger ! I highly recommend this place and put it at the #1 spot for the best burgers in Hutch ! Always made fresh and I get mine with extra extra extra grilled onions. Always gotta get my 2 puppy meals as well. Great food, great service and the cook always gets my burger made perfectly. Been going here for over 30 years !! See ya next time.

Food was not near as good as it used to be. Buns were dry and used to be on grill seasoned. Cheddar bites were horrible. But the gal waiting on us was very friendly and helpful with our order.

This place slaps. I eat here a lot during lunch break. I love getting the RB special thanks it’s a drink, and a shake with cheese curds. I am not going to lie but the make probably the best burgers in town. This place is busy so you know it’s good.

Reminds me of the old drive in restaurants our family went to years ago. Good old grilled hamburgers, great home cut fries. This will be one of my favorite places for lunch when I'm in Hutchinson on my route.

I have been wanting to try their food since I first heard of it. We live in Wichita an hour away so its not always convenient for us. It was a great experience. Njce friendly staff and the food is delicious. Reasonably priced too. Well worth a stop if you haven't tried it yet!

If I could give our carhop, 1K stars, I would! Great food too! Make sure that you try the homemade Pork Tenderloin Sandwich! It's big enough to feed two people!

My Wife and I tried this drive-in for the first time. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Beltline Burger. I'm 43 I've never had a Cheeseburger so BIG. I also got the cheddar peppers and My Wife got the grilled cheese and Mac &Cheese Bites. I got a Large Cherrylimeade. The Bill was $35,but it was worth it considering. I'd definitely recommend.

This place while being a drive in has indoor seating. After a long day at the state fair we still needed a real meal before heading back wichita. This was definitely the place. Wonderful service and we went inside for the full effect. We'll definitely be back when we return.

The quality of the food I had today (1/3 pound double cheeseburger and large fries) was decent. It's not the best or worst I've ever had, so I'd eat there again. I can understand why some people would feel put off by the customer service as it wasn't the most pleasurable experience when I went today. The restaurant is also in a less than desirable part of town, so I figure that had something to with it. Overall, I'd go back again as I'm a sucker for a greasy hamburger and french fries.

Looking for a place to eat while I was in town and this place was recommended by some locals. Well worth it. Burgers are good, homemade rings are a must but the limeades are out of this world. I don't think I can go back to limeades from anywhere else. I never knew what I've been missing. I'll be craving this til I can get back down here.

There is a reason this place has been around since 1948, one visit and you will become a life long customer! The food is some of the best burgers and fries you can get and I don't mean for the price. Its real food for real people at reasonable prices, with exceptional quality and service.

It's the oldest continually operating Drive-In in the state, and is a fixture, with regular daily clientele. You can enjoy personal CarHop service or eat inside, enjoying face-to-face contact with everyone. The food is delicious! But be prepared, it's juicy, flavorful and Messy, esp the Philly cheese steak, which I gleefully devour. Their onion rings are a greasy mess, but boy do they ever taste good! Stuff tastes pretty salty to me, but everyone seems to like it that way. And they have the tastiest limeades that I've found in Hutchinson. It takes ten to fifteen minutes for them to complete an order, so I wouldn't call it fast food, but if you call ahead to order it'll be ready when you get there.

I mean the history is cool and all but you can tell that’s it’s a place that never get the TLC it deserves. Definitely a small town staple that wouldn’t last anywhere else. Burgers were dry and hard to eat with the dry bun included; your bun shouldn’t crumble when you bite or rub it. The people inside weren’t very inviting but the staff was fine. I would say definitely clean up a bit because ignored this place a ton of times and honestly I could of still did without.

This is a type of place that takes you back to simpler times. There burgers are hand pressed and fried to near perfection. Hand battered onion rings curly fries . And all at an affordable price.

Always a fun nostalgic visit! Nice size burger( not shrunk down over the years!-ex.sonic). Great Choice of taters for sides!! And the Onion Rings are a treat on the days they serve them.

The best hidden gem in Kansas. The food was spectacular, cooked to order. The staff was super accomedating and friendly. If I ever visit Hutchinson again this will definitely be my first stop! It's a must visit at least once in your life!

The wait to get a called in order is extremely long- 40 minutes to an hour. There were only five cars there, so it wasn't overly busy. This has been the case for quite a long time. In addition, the food was cold by the time I received it. This used to be one of my favorite places. I hope they can turn things around.

First time visiting. Says they've been there for 70+ years. Had the double and a fry with the what looked to be 44oz drink (that i spilled all over their counter so i downgraded to a smaller size). Easily one of the top 3 I've had in the quad county area. The fries done the best way you can (fresh cut with just the right amount of salt). I will definitely stop any time I'm passing through.👍👍

Busy as can be for lunch for two. They were honest and let us know it was a 35-45 minute wait as soon as we came in. We said that would be fine and she took our order. The staff was busy but kind and the food was amazing. Definitely worth the wait. Small burger joint with great food and great people. Nice place to go if your ever in Hutchinson Kansas.
