Decided to try this today. It was pretty good. The air conditioning was down to arctic and it's definitely a self serve kind of place even when you don't order the buffet. Having not eaten here before, we decided to order four small pizzas. A Stampede on original crust, a BBQ chicken on skillet crust, a Caprise on thin, and a Tuscan Roma on thin. Was a little surprised they came in boxes instead of on pans but the pizza was good. We enjoyed all of them.

This place should be called Chicken Ranch. The fried chicken here is the best around. This place is a pizza buffet. You have a great selection of pizza's, salad bar, hot food bar, and a dessert bar. You can even order a custom pizza. They will bring it to your table and serve you. It's a great place to dine in, with great selection and choices. The esablishment is clean, spacious, and a friendly staff.

The staff was very nice but the food was meh. Dessert was really dry, not a lot of options for food from a buffet, and nobody here used common courtesy as in if u we’re about to grab something they’d hurry up and grab it before you even though there’s plenty??? $15 a person

Drove out to meet some friends for dinner, and I got to say I liked this place so much better than the Pizza Ranch on 21st and Tyler. Extremely clean, very friendly staff, everything was very well stocked. My only complaints were the ranch dressing is one of the worst I've ever tasted in any restaurant, it made my salad practically inedible, and most of the tables were not wiped down. We had to search for a clean one that would fit our party. I consider it a fluke, because the bus girl was very attentive, and there was only two other people sitting at the tables. They provided hand sanitizer and plastic gloves at each individual station, which I think is a great idea for a buffet. Total was almost $63 for 4 adults, a little high for a buffet, but my friends got massive amounts of food. By the way, there is no arcade here or Fun Zone. Just 2 claw machines in case you were wondering if there was anything for the kids to do.

Food quality was extremely poor! Fried chicken was burnt and old. Pizza was bland, greasy, and lacking in variety. The pasta tasted like it was reheated multiple times. Do yourself a favor, skip pizza ranch, and go to Ken's

Service was good. everyone was nice. The food was ok. They were running low on everything for the price you paid it wasn't worth it. There are only a few pieces of pizza on the bar and the whole chicken bar. Everything looked old, and sitting there all dried out and only had a couple pieces of chicken on it the whole time we were there, never restored it

This is the best Pizza Ranch location. I've tried west Wichita & Ark City & this is the one I regularly go to. The employees all have great attitudes & the food is always spot on. Worth the hour drive from Wichita.

I picked my food up through the drive thru had to wait a sec cause they were busy and waiting for it to come out the oven. but 100 percent worth it. It was hot fresh and delicious. On top of that the staff was incredibly nice!!! Probably the best pizza ranch in ks. 😁

Pizza is marginal but the salad bar,fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn were very good some of the best fried chicken I've had. 45 dollars for 2 adults and 1 10yr old was,a little steep but the was pretty good we will be back

This is the second time we have been to Pizza Ranch in Hutchinson. We were told at our first visit that we could order a kind of pizza that we wanted for the buffet, if it wasn't out there. It turns out they have a "Buffet Your Way" deal where you order what you want to see on the buffet. You are then given a buzzer so that you can be first to get the kind of pizza requested. HOW COOL IS THAT? The food is outstanding! The service is outstanding! The price is outstanding! Doesn't get any better, folks. Head over to Hutchinson's Pizza Ranch for a real treat!

We normally eat here on the weekends. We ate here on a Monday night on my son's bday. The food was good overall. The ice cream machine was down, the lights were down, and it felt a Lil warm. No one came to the table to take a way dishes. Not really sure why we left a tip when we paid for our food when we came in. The prices have been going up and not affordable for our growing family. Not able to go eat here like we used to because the prices have gone through the roof.

Great place to take the kids out for dinner. A lot of great options for kids and adults. The chicken is pretty good as well as the pizza. Great salad bar and a decent selection of desert. The have giant warm cookies that are amazing. Staff is always friendly and working hard to keep everything as full as they can. Good prices, building is clean and well maintained.

Food was amazing. I think there was a more fluffy type of breaded pizza dough that I absolutely loved. It was pretty busy and the food was fresh. Our waiter Cheryl was on top of cleaning up the dishes. The staff were all friendly and kind. Thank you pizza ranch!

We always enjoy this place but we had multiple staff members walk past us and stare at us without taking our order at the front counter. One door was locked no sign on it, then as we come to the front to pay and place order we seen at least 4 employees walk past us. Finally after a good amount of time I believe the manager came to the register. Rule #1 at any restaurant always have some one waiting to greet you and take your order. Food was good and the rest of the staff did a great job. But it's always about first impression.

I highly recommend a visit! We went as a group for our kids taekwondo tournament and it was perfect! It was small enough to keep track of everyone and had an excellent variety of options for different tastes. They even made one of our students a special gluten-free pizza! The service was truly above and beyond. The manager was working the register when we came in and when we told him it was our first time he took the time to explain how everything worked and made great conversation. He then came to check on all of our tables to make sure we had everything we needed. The busser came around regularly to pick up dishes and trash so our eating experience was very enjoyable.

Chico was superb! He greeted me & all of the other customers, remembered our names, checked on us throughout the our time there, & made great recommendations! The pizza is as incredible! I recommend going there!

Always a pleasant experience here. I don't do the buffet. I call in my order but they are so nice on the phone and they give you literally everything you need at the drive up window. Napkins, plates, etc. It's nice to not have to ask for those things. This place is amazing. Food is top notch.

First time to visit with family and truly enjoyed atmosphere. Chico took our special pizza order and was very helpful! Establishment was clean and the food was fresh and tasted great!! Definitely will recommend! Thank you!!

Came to eat with parents and since we came in we were welcomed with a smile and happiness. Aaron took care of us and he is amazing. Food was great. Chicken and Salad fresh. Dad loved the ice cream and dessert pizza and Mom loved the salad. Definitely need to visit.

This place was a disaster today. I know what you’re thinking - how on earth does that deserve 4 stars? Because they made it right. The young lady working the counter was just the best. She was working her rear off. The manager (yes, it was contact the manger bad) was so kind & helpful. One employee was ugly. She jumped right in with an attitude. I’m not sure if she was the one screwing things up & was trying to save face or what but she was something else. This very well could have just been a horrible experience, causing us to leave & never return. Thankfully, between the 2 other employees & the manager that wasn’t the case. Thank you for making things right.

Always love this place. My girlfriend and I eat here about once a month and always leave satisfied. It's not all about pizza. She goes for the unlimited mashed potatoes and gravy. Friendly staff. Casual atmosphere. Slightly pricey but worth it as often as we eat there.

We were in town for the State Fair, we stopped in to a fairly busy rush, the manager was talking to his cooks on a hand radio saying get more going! It was perfect timing too, the food was fresh, the chicken was excellent! The sides were good too! My kids like the desserts offered it was one of the best Pizza Ranch visits yet. They have Gold peak tea! It was clean and great service. Writing this review makes me want to visit this Pizza Ranch again.

Pizza was good, but not very hot. The fried chicken was excellent! Dessert pizza was tasty, and the soft serve cream was very rich and creamy. Looked forward to some coffee after dinner, but both dispensers were empty. Employees were very friendly.

Visited around 3pm, restaurant was uncrowded, buffet was fully stocked and delicious. Five or six dessert pizzas. They kept restocking with fresh pizzas even though we were between lunch and dinner services. Clean with welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

Food is so delicious I couldn't stop myself from eating and took a 2 hour nap. They can create so many different varieties of pizza it's absolutely amazing!This will be a favorite and definitely going to make return trips!

Excellent food! I love the variety! They have everything from Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes & corn...to Pizza, and EXTRA cheesy breadsticks! Mmmm oh and their dessert pizza is amazing too! They have the cinnamon one PLUS fruity topped dessert pizza. My husband loves the cherry one. 😊 Definitely recommend this place be ause the food is delicious and the price is affordable.

Is it the best pizza? Nah. But it's good enough. The deserts are good. It's a buffet, so my expectations were low. Their kids prices are awesome. Staff is friendly, place is clean. Drinks included. No complaints!

We celebrated my nephew's 7th birthday. We were able to use one of the party rooms since we had 20+. The only thing I would recommend is have more options in the buffet and have signs for the custom options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. They were able to keep up with so many people. They took turns to hang out with us, interacted with us and enjoyed celebrating with us. I am partially deaf and they made sure to face me and allow me to see their faces to lip read. Food was great and the staff made sure everything was clean. Food was great and we could even order a specialty pizza. Just amazing all around.

Very clean! A great family atmosphere. It's amazingly quiet unless a party of kids come in, then still not bad. The food is terrific, hot, fresh, and very tasty. From salad bar, fried chicken pizza, all the fixings, and if your still hungry, there's a desert bar that's perfect to top off the awesome meal!

The pizza is pretty good! You can request pretty much any kind of pizza, and they will bring it to your table. I think the star attraction is the fried chicken! Salad bar, pizza and fried chicken buffets, self-serve drinks, plus dessert pizza & ice cream! It's a bit pricey, but not totally unreasonable. The grandkids love it!
