Nice, clean, fast, friendly franchise, the franchise owners and their well chosen hard working, dedicated employees are awesome and definitely make you feel welcome to their establishment. I always liked Dairy Queen but this particular one is truly dedicated to us the customers, were treated like family here and not just a number.

The owner works the window. He is the friendliest man you'll ever meet. If you bring your furry friends he has treats for them too. Our ice cream is always the way we expect it. Fast and friendly service is a guarantee at this location.

Fries were cold and stale and gross, not very good service, took them forever to even acknowledge we were there

Could not get service. They had a 250 dollar order ahead of us. Told us it would be 30 minutes.

We just love ice cream and the blizzards. We get cherry Dilly Bars to take home and Buster Bars. So on a hot summers day who doesn't like ice cream.

Made me wait at the speaker in the drive thru. Would not take my order until the card in front of me were served. Waited over 30 minutes with a car behind me so I could not leave even if I wanted too. Multiple cars left further back in the line. Horrible service.

Just yesterday I bought one of the ice cream birthday cakes. Upon arriving home and eating it, the vanilla left a film of texture in my mouth. Almost as if just the vanilla coating of the cake was frostbitten. The inside chocolate was perfectly fine, but this quality is just a waste of $30.

I love DQ but our location charges more than the others. It's nearly $6 for a medium blizzard and the cup shrunk. I guess I'm gonna have to stop going there. I would always go there for an ice cream cake for birthdays though because it's for someone on a special day.

Makayla, was very rude and unprofessional. She slammed the window in my face. Owner please read this so your business isn’t being ran off.

My son and I got a slush and a box of star bars. Unfortunately, they stopped carrying the all cherry ones. It was $20 for 3 items. We weren't waited on until they had finished making the order for the couple that ordered ahead of us.

Always delicious every time I order with my app so even if I have to wait awhile to reach the order window I can drive on up to the window and my order is ready for me

The only reason I have for not giving 5 stars is that I tend to order more ice cream than I should be eating- not their fault! But it tastes so good, and their service is almost always great- sometimes they are really busy- and I guess they have problems hiring enough help

Just use the drive-thru redeeming coupons received in the mail. We had to make two orders to receive the slushie and the ice cream but it was well worth the wait.

Good food. Great ice cream, just wish I could eat it again (dairy free life). Good place to grab something through the drive thru or go inside and sit. Family loves it!

Place is nice, lady on speaker was nice and respectful, but this 5th time I've been there and they never put napkins in the bag, guess I better start carrying paper towels when I go this place

Staff was pleasant and courteous, even though I needed to wait in drive-through, I didn't mind for fresh food.

We stopped by the drive through today since our dogs were with us. We asked for two plain meat Pattie’s and the staff person was very accommodating. She was very pleasant and efficient. That being said, the food left a lot to be desired. I bit into my burger and got a mouth full of some sort of paper. When I opened it to examine, I found the burger patty to be gray and unappealing. It had the appearance of having been steamed or microwaved, no caramelization whatsoever ever. The fries were “meh”. Dogs thought everything was Ok, they got it all!. First bad experience at a Daity Queen ever for us.

Fries were cold, woman had an attitude, about fixing a mint oreo blizzard. I Asked for a medium got a mini. She's like well,the mini is what we have on the screen. You just read the order back, said medium Mint Oreo. Looking like a deer with his head cut off. Instead of offering to fix it. We just went inside, the gentleman fixed it with no issues. Everytime I go there, it's always a problem

Food is always fresh and hot and the young man that works the drive thru window and takes orders is very respectful and makes sure your order is correct always that same young man no matter day or time of day I found out his name is Jonathan and I believe he went off to school now

My 3 year old knocked his chocolate shake off the table and it splattered EVERYWHERE. I went to the register to get a towel to clean it up and they insisted that we just move to a different table and they would clean it up for me. They then offered to make my kid another shake! Thank you, DQ, for making our family outing such a pleasant one…or at least a slightly less embarrassing one!

I go here somewhat regularly. And the staff is usually kind. Today, the guy working the drive through around 12:40, was incredibly rude. His tone made everything sound like an inconvenience. And when I asked for my items to be in a drink carrier, he nodded, shut the window. And then handed me my items without the carrier. Then when I asked again, he sighed very loud and didn’t come back for several minutes. I get that work can be stressful when it is busy. But you have to work with a smile. Just disappointed that that was the attitude everyone was met with.
