I come here a lot. Love to come and eat with others friends. Great servers.

Foot was good, service was terrible. Even though there were only 4 tables (customers) split between two waitress, I still had to go into the kitchen (after standing outside it, yelling "hello") and waiting at the table for 10 mins for a refill. When I went in, they were just sitting there talking. If you take more than 10 minutes to check on your 2 tables, I'm not sure if the service industry is for you. You'd think you'd coddle your 2 tables since it doesn't seem like you are going to get a lot of customers for the day, in hopes of maximizing your tips, but I stand corrected.

Decided on one of their fresh bowls and it was fantastic! Service was good, restaurant was clean, lots of options on the menu To satisfy everyone in your group.

They were short staffed on the floor, but the AM? Bartender Jennifer jumped in and greeted me, took me to a section, not hers, got my drink and took my food order. I soon saw my waitress and saw the manager on the floor assisting the waitress, taking orders, and delivering food. This Applebees has it together and knows how to work together as a team. Food came out perfect too!

How can I express my experience with my Local Applebee's in such a short statement: Delicious, tasty, wow? Everyone has their own experience and standard; however, I learned by keeping average expectations, my servers and bartenders rise to the occasion. My bartender, Brooke, kept my beer flowing, and the cook did and amazing job cooking my steak to my specific order. I find it very hard to come by a individual that truly knows how to prepare a steak medium rare, but somehow this person, of all places, managed to do just that. Also, best Coors Light on tap in town. Bonus, best cook for steak in town. Will return.

I went and ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken. My favorite. An employee brought in a carton of toilet paper and was dropping it. As I was waiting for my food, he stopped and asked me if I needed toilet paper. I said yes, and I was going to purchase it after work today. He gave me 6 rolls and a sack to put them in. He joked, Today's deal, order take out and get free toilet paper. I really enjoy the friendly staff!

I have never been to Kansas before (but have been to a lot of Applebee's lol) and this was the best!! Megan our waitress was the nicest person ever and so attentive, the drink i had was a little too strong for me (def on me for being a lightweight) but she took it off our bill and got me a new drink right away! The food was amazing and came out SO FAST, my neighborhood Applebee's up in Minnesota could NEVER The host was very nice too! They also had something going on for fundraising for a local's memorial which was very kind, they definitely care about the community. If I'm ever down here again I am definitely coming back!! Thanks for being the best part of a long drive:)

Chili's is always a wonderful place to eat. All the servers are friendly and spend some time with you. No hurry. The food is hot and just what you ordered. You can't go wrong eating Chili's.

We are visiting from New Jersey and had a great meal with a super friendly staff! The place was busy for a Chief’s game so we waited a little bit for our drinks but we were apologized to several times. We would definitely come here again if in the area!

This would be a nice place to go out with friends. There aren't that many options here in hutch. This place is pretty popular and a lot of the time busy. It's not my favorite place to go. But it's good to bring a group if you have to.

Consistently good food at reasonable prices. We especially like the late night half-price apps! Too bad the Won Ton tacos are no longer part of the special!

This place is dirty, and the employee behind the bar was making drinks for the wait staff and other employees to try. Two managers on duty watched and went into the back with them. We had to wait a very long time to place our order and to get our food, and there were less than 5 customers at the time. The chicken was undercooked, and they took it off my plate and put it on the silverware tray to take it back to have it cooked more. After about 20 minutes, it came back out cooked to a crisp, and I told them to throw it away because there was no way I was going to eat it. Employees drinking alcohol while working and management, allowing it equals poor service and poor food quality. My family who ate their meals were sick for the rest of the day.

We decided to go out for our anniversary and we definitely should have chose somewhere else. It took a long time for our waitress to first come to our table, so when she did we ordered drinks, an app and our dinner all at once. Mind it was not that busy at all being a Monday night. Our spin dip took way longer than it should have, and once our steaks came, the server that brought it out didn't ask us to cut into our steaks. I really wish she did because mine was not even close to medium, so then I waited and waited til someone came by to have them cook it more. Long story wrapped up, it took 3 tries to get it cooked and I got a to go box right away because we needed to get going back home. Will definitely not be going back.

My wife and I had their half priced appetizer after 9 deal and it was great. The waitress that we had was amazing and timely.

The food is on point about 85% of the time, the rest is still good but comes down to preferences being fulfilled. The service is mostly good but occasionally there are requests unfulfilled but nothing to complain too much about, mostly the no ice request because watered down soda gives my wife heartburn. The decor could be updated but it isn't bad, very local notes but much has happened since this decor was new.

It was Wild that I was charged $2.99 for "cheesy broccoli" for my side, my daughter had twice the broccoli on hers for no charge But the "cheese" was just a sprinkle of shredded not like creamy Velveeta type or anything. The steaks were really small and tough. It was disappointing especially since they change the wonton tacos and they tasted funny

Waitress only had 5 tables and the service was so horrible. We never got our appetizers, when food came no utensils. We had to wait and when I finally asked for silverware the waitress rolled her eyes at us. The fries were way too salty and the steak was like chewing on gristle.

10/10/2020 Well, we will not be back until the mask requirement goes away. However, the food and service was good. 9/21/2019 These were the best sweet potato fries I have ever eaten! 2017 The Thai salad was good. However, it took almost 30 minutes to get cheese fries and a salad.

It's a bit crowded for my taste. I loved the food though and service was excellent. I just wished there was more room for moving around.

The gate keeper kept forgetting to put my name down so instead of a 30 minute wait it was an hour and was seating five or six other groups before us. Keep a better eye on your staff and make sure they aren’t overwhelmed. Do better.

Only three stars for the helpfulness of the staff. Your staff is good we had a new hire and she was awesome! However the food is hit or miss every time. My salmon was seasoned so strong I couldn’t finish it (my husband often complains about the seasoning as well. but I loved the cheesy broccoli. And the atmosphere is just fun. DONT DRINK the WATER depending on which faucet they use it may taste horribly chlorinated. Bathrooms are very clean and not icy cold! And you usually can’t go wrong with dessert!

I ordered the quesadia burger. Requested it well done, but it was medium. 1 bite into it and couldn't do it. The waitress was awesome and it was removed from my bill. Alternative meals offered but couldn't do it.

I have eaten at many Applebee's one of my favorite things is the spinach and artichoke dip. I was disappointed this time because the artichoke were just huge chunks. My mash potatoes were cold. Other that it was ok. The waitress was nice the place was clean and nice.

We stopped in for appetizers with friends after the Fair, and were quickly seated. The lighting seemed brighter than the last time we were there - not a bad thing - and our food was exactly as expected. We had the Appetizer Sampler. Nothing special, just cheaper than Fair food!! Good food, good price.

App pretzels are awesome as usual. Service is good. Sauce with pretzels was not good. Mustard was bomb. Spinach artichoke dip was very spinachy.. just ok. Chips were off. Fries were real good. Burger was to order and real tasty.

Hutchinson Kansas location has been good except for tonight. They have started putting their dry red wine in the refrigerator??? I came to relax with a decent glass of wine but no didn't happen!!! I need to add that carpet is gross and smelly and either needs removed or the vet least shampood weekly!! For that 1 star.

Food was great! I got the shrimp bowl and onion rings and they were good. The salsa was mediocre though.

I have given this location a well deserved negative review in the past. I will say the service here is considerably better today. Angela was pleasant and the manager even checked with me to see how my meal was. Keep this up and I'll be likely to visit more often.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I asked for a medium rare steak. My steak was burnt when it came out, sent it back with the server. My entire family was done eating, by the time the new steak came out. The server checked on the table twice. I had to get the host attention to get a manager to the table. When the new steak came out the steak was mooring still cold in the middle and bleeding. My sisters food was so spicy that she had an a allergic reaction at the table. The manager stated he would take off both of our meals. He only put 50% discount on the ticket to cover the cost of inventory he lost in the store. We spent 70.00$ in the restraunt still. I called the next morning to talk to the store manager. The store manager refunded our money. Will not be back any time soon. Still haven't received money back in our card. They said 7 to 10 business days before money is returned.

The service was fine. But someone spilled this big glob of mustard on the floor, it was literally there when we arrived for dinner. We were there for well over an hour and nobody cleaned it up. Every employee walked over the mustard, they obviously saw it because some even made a funny face at it. Apparently they have a real bad case of “not my job”. That was pretty obnoxious
