Love this place I love to get banana split instead of vanilla get birthday cake ice cream sooo good

Try a cherry limeade (not diet) and you'll be happy. Unless you hate cherry limeade... The burgers and fries are pretty good. We enjoy their shakes and ice cream but I'm bigger on the burgers. There are a few scattered around the state but the one in Hutchinson seems to be pretty consistent quality wise.

My order is always perfect even when there's a lot of items. Always hot, fresh and very fast delivery times. Employees are always very friendly as well.

Come here every few weeks. Typically have very good service. However, today was bad. Kierstyn took so long to make my ice cream that all the other employees had done at least 3 each. She would set my ice cream down and just stand around. She talked about non work related subjects with another employee while she should have been making my ice cream Sunday. Was very rude and kept wiping her nose on her hand without washing her hands at all.

Very disappointed , coffee at room temp. or coffee pot empty. napkins, coffee lids empty, bathrooms very dirty. and with all that employs waking around like,, it's not my job. this is with only 2 or 3 customers in the whole building. need some changes..

Really great burgers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Interior of dining area needs attention, in particular, the window and blinds need deep cleaning, they are so dirty and greasy. It's time for some updating!

I Love the Market but I always have to wait for about ten minutes or more for someone to help me checkout. It would be easier if it had a self checkout or maybe a buzzer to push to get someone over there faster to checkout your groceries for you.

Wide selection of ice cream, fat free frozen yogurt, and angus cheeseburgers as well as chicken tendies and a delicious breakfast menu (available daily from opening til 10:30am.) Staff is all very calm, very friendly, and very polite. They also have a small grocery section that accepts EBT as payment, which is extremely convenient for me, personally..

Braums is one of the few fast food places I go. Typically pretty good. Crinkle fries and a shake!

Sorry to say really a sadly run place. We were there for lunch and it was a total disaster. It looks like there is no real system whatsoever. It was as if all the employees were just running from thing to thing we no real point. Our food took forever and was nothing special to begin with. Numerous people brought things back with errors and some people who ordered when we did were still waiting for their stuff as we left after eating. Then, the poor asst manager was basically in tears. The whole place was a scene from a fast food reality show.

Braums is over priced for their food and groceries. I have never had a bad experience with their employees. My only complaint would be their tables are dirty and not wiped down. It could've been the time I went in they were busy but it definitely made an impact on my dining experience.

The staff tonight was very good! They were very quick and kind and took care of us even the ones in break took time to say hello ! Love this place and their friendly faces !

I hit the drive-thru late one evening & had a chicken strip dinner. The food was hot fresh & I just never have any complaints. Thank you to all the employees.

We went several times for both breakfast and lunch. At first, we didn't realize they sold breakfast and were impressed with the variety to choose from at reasonable prices. Staff was friendly at both interactions and our food came out hot and fresh. Here at Braum's, it feels like you get what you pay for at a great taste and reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

My great nephew loved the Butterfinger Mixes but the drive thru was so slow (about 15 min) we nearly left.

Fast drive thru, friendly staff, and delicious ice cream! I got a frozen yogurt twist cone and a limeade. Cone was wonderful and the limeade was good, they put a piece of lime in it which made the drink taste like the rine of the lime, that's an easy fix, but the drink was still good.

Yummy ice cream and fair priced!! The girls behind the counter were so helpful and nice. You could tell they liked their job.

I guess I feel like being super kind today. That's why your getting two stars. Lunch for three total cost =$27.66. We ordered 3 meals off the menu, and all with shakes. 612 your order is ready. Usually you check to make sure it's all on the tray before you call the guest up. First time up were missing fries and all our medium shakes. So we go up and get our missing fries. We wait a little bit and then I see the customers behind us getting shakes. So I go back up again and say hey we were missing our fries and we got those but now we're still missing all three shakes!!! They had no idea. There is lack of leadership in this store. The manager was just out right rude and nasty to people. The drive thru guest came in missing stuff. The couple behind else said they were missing something. The manager snatched the receipt from the person's hand. Why is the manager being rude when she is the one not performing or living up to braums basic standards. The price on the sign outside and the price on your menu and the price in your computer is all different for the chicken dinner. I then go to get Milk at the check out and this lady pulls out her ringing phone. Training needs to be done at this store.

They have so many flavors to choose from. Their food is always cooked to perfection. Their milk is the freshest.

My ice cream cones are never the same size some people will load you're cone up and then others wanna barely go to the top of the cone. So sad

Ordered several breakfast meals. 3 pancake breakfasts were sent with no butter or syrup, order bacon egg and cheese biscuit was given a sausage egg and cheese. Tried talking to the person at the store about no syrup and wrong order and she had a lackadaisical attitude with not even and offer to fix issues

The food and ice cream is good, my biggest complaint is with the cleanliness. We normally go in late afyernoon.or early evening an the place is filthy. Behind the counter, work areas have food scraps and ice cream everywhere and no one even attempting to clean up. Tables in the dining area are dirty, sticky and the floor always needs to be swept and or mopped.

My dad and I stopped here for ice cream during our weekly motorcycle ride. The ice was good. The servers were extremely busy with customers. I did notice one thing that worried me. The frozen cooler for half gallon ice cream had a long strip of metal dangling down inside the cooler. There were exposed wires and a ballast was lying on the floor in front of the cooler.

I absolutely love this place. There ice cream is amazing. Also the store area has There's two half gallon for 7 bucks, for the quality and flavor not to mention the selection, nothing compares to it. There food is very good and the employees are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Very disappointed with the Strawberry shortcake sundae. There was maybe 2 slices of Strawberry and a tiny amount of liquid. The 2 lumps of ice cream didnt even equal one scoop. I ate Plain ice cream on dry pound cake! Guess it's time to go somewhere else.
