This BWW has gone downhill. We have gone back several times but this will be our last. Our ultimate nachos came out with hardly any toppings. They should change the name to tortilla chips with shredded cheese. After asking for additional topping we were told additional charges would be added to our bill. We declined the offer and ate out tortilla chips with shredded cheese. Chicken wings still has feather stubs all over them and under sauced. We felt that our waitress was multi tasking between waitress/kitchen staff.

Best part of the experience was our waitress. The food was terrible. Wings had almost no sauce the nachos were supposed to have chicken but it was no where to be found and we were told we must have not ordered it. The kids plates were okay except again little to almost no sauce on the wings and the boneless wings were over cooked. The alcoholic beverage I ordered was sub par and the sodas were pretty flat. The server tried to make it better and did apologize for the terrible food. I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone downhill hard. Thankfully I was able to watch the last 10min of the Avalanche game

Probably the best server I have ever had. Fairly certain he had an eidetic memory - never seen anything like it. Memorized 5 orders and drinks at once. And then actually knew the exact dollar value from receipts for each. He was awesome!

Wings. Meat. Noise. Large screens. Girls in sparkly dresses chowing down to a pile of wings at 10 PM on a Saturday night, if this is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. We came as a large group and they handled us with grace. The serving staff was great, organized and efficient. Since we were a large group things took a bit longer than usual but we had time. So if you want wings and LOTS of screens, come here.

We really enjoyed the food and the staff and surprisingly enjoyed the caramel sauce and the cheese curds together. The wait wasn't too long and everything came out great. Will definitely come back and try more food options in the near future.

Had an unpleasant experience. I don't usually complain but I did talk to the manager. She offered 25% off the meal. The employees were friendly, but the actual service and food from start to finish was terrible.

Very clean and friendly environment. Went on a date and we were glad to find this place stayed open late. Their drinks are amazing! Tried the mango habanero bone-in wings and they were HOT and delicious!

This place never has seasonal beer. We tried to order the “pizza” and have yet to be successful each time we came in.1 time out of them. This time the burnt the pizza and we waited on a pizza that had 5 pieces of chicken!

Was in town for a graduation and had lunch here. Been to other BWWs. Was very slow being seated which was understandable they were shirt handed in suppose and thought maybe this is how things are in Kansas. 1st server introduced herself and then another came and said why you taking this is my table. So another young lady took our drink orders. Got a pepsi Zero, but it was a weal root beer, so I got a diet pepsi. Didn't seem too eager to fix the fountain issue or get it from another fountain. Food was slow getting out, but again, I thought maybe this is just how it is here. Finally got our food. Got a Saucey chicken sandwich. it was pretty good. My wife got a ceasar salad she said it was decent. We got an order or 10 wings that were supposed to medium but were Hot. I liked them but my wife couldn't eat them. Overall decent except for the wings being too hot. We needed refills and told the waitress, and she said she would get them. Well we are eating hot wings and needed some drink. She went and filled cups in here drink station and got anither customers ticket. My wife started drinking the root beer that was originally on the table from my original drink order. It was several more minutes until she finally brought refills. She may have been new because she gave my wife ice tea with barley any ice to chill the tea. Maybe inexperience. I enjoy BWW this location appeared to be under staffed compared to.ither locations I've been. 1 at bar and 2 waitresses. I could be just used to bigger town BWW.

Ordered take out bundles. Included over 30 wings 3 different flavors. All three were dry and had a very small amount of sauce on the actually wings themselves. I was on time for the scheduled pick up (actually a few minutes early) the food was still in the back. Brought it out to me and we traveled home. Get home to start eating at found the wings barely sauced. (See attached picture). This has happened to me now a couple times. For the price of chicken wings I would expect more.

This was my first time here. I will be back best food and service i have had in awhile. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

Got our appetizers and main corse all at the same time and half an hour before our tap drinks from the bar. When asked beforehand when we might receive our drinks, our waitress told us that they were terminating any drink orders from the bar as they were backed up. We observed that they were still fulfilling alcohol orders at the bar still and not other patrons. Their constant lack of staffing during peak or busy times is a sign that management doesn’t have positive control of their establishment. I can’t imagine corporate would witness or allow this atrocity without making changes/improvements. Our waitress did an outstanding job and apologized for the short staff and is not to blame here.

We here with friends. I ordered fried pickles as an appetizers, they were great. I order the sampler appetizers as my main course. But they brought it easier. And unlike the pickles every warm not hot. Fried food that has been sitting under heat lamps is just terrible. I hated even trying to eat in front of all my friends. But it was so bad I didn't bother, they told me to eat and I said it terrible and offered it to the rest of them each tried something and said wow that really is not good. Cold is not the correct word, warm is, it was warm to the touch but not hot. As everyone for was ready the waitress brought it out a meal or two at a time. So we all ate different times. They had food to share so I didn't starve. But the waitress never came back after dropping my food off in a reasonable time for me to show her mine was not hot. We were there around 3 in the afternoon. The place had a few other people but was less than half full. There was plenty of staff for the amount of customers. We were there to enjoy friendship, which we did. If we were there to enjoy food it would have a bad experience. And we love BDubs

I arrived about 40 minutes before closing. There's a reception area at the front of the restaurant, but no one was there. I hesitated there for a minute, then figured I should just go to the bar area where all the people were along with a couple of bar tenders and other employees going on and out of the kitchen. Sat down at the bar and waited for five minutes being ignored. Finally one of the women going in and out of the kitchen asked me if anyone has helped me, I said no. She said, I will be right with you and went back in the kitchen and I never saw her again for another 10 minutes. After close to 15 minutes sitting at the bar the bartender who hadn't been farther than 10 feet from me the whole time I was there finally asked if she could help me and took my order. The food came quickly. It was for take out. It was cooked right, but I didn't care for it. She asked if I wanted anything else, I asked for ranch dressing. It wasn't in the bag when I got home. I won't be going back.

The restaurant is bright with high ceilings. It is very clean. There are booth seats, table seats, and counter seats. The tables and chairs were clean and sanitary. We went during lunch time and the restaurant was very clean and very nice. The server who was in charge of our table was very friendly and very nice. The food was good, but the salt& vinegar was too light and tasted like nothing, which was disappointing. Celery and carrots also they seem to have forgotten.

They let me sit on the patio with my dog catered to my every whim, got my dog a big bowl of water. I had barbecued boneless wings and two beers and my bill was $20. Can't beat that. Also the staff is so sweet and good music on the patio. Excellent.

I called today because we ordered online and we there was a change in our order. So I called to talk to the manager Maura and she was pleasant and helpful. She shared with me what had happened and offered to make it right. Thank you buffalo wild wings! We love B-dubs♡

Waitress was lacking In attention to order, and the high top chairs felt very sketchy they had so much play in them we sat in them with one foot on the floor

Food was good but server was super slow. Her nails were longer than my fingers. Didn't know server's were allowed. Loads of workers walking around with a very empty floor. Yet it took forever to get drunks and food. Management is out of touch.

Waited a very longtime to get seated 30 minutes and people were put in front of us. Then waited another 10 for drinks got a drink we never ordered she pulled it off table after we told her. The food was very greasy . Mozzarella sticks not melted. Overall poor service from getting seated to waitress to cook. Very upsetting as it was for a birthday celebration.

The dirtiest BWW's I've ever been in. They didn't even clean our table before they seated us. Bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a month. Horrible service. They weren't busy (only 1/4 tables had customers) and they had enough servers on duty for 2 a table. Server didn't come take our drink order for 15 minutes. They were all in the server stations on their phones. Took another 15 minutes to get 1 beer. Wife and kids food came out, but not mine. They were done eating by the time I got my food. Server never returned to see if we needed more drinks.

Family and I came here last night and my nachos were so salty it was like licking a salt rock. They went skimpy on everything else but the salt. My strawberry tea was very good though. Our waitress closed out our ticket before redeeming the points and she loudly asked another coworker for a cigarette. She didn't listen when we asked her what she recommended, instead she explained what the differences were. My kid loves wings, but didn't even touch his which says a lot. Last time I came here, I was just a teen and they weren't that bad. However, after last night, it will be awhile before I eat at this location again. Definitely not worth the price we paid altogether.

I've been here a few times and every time it takes nearly an 45 minutes to and hour for our food to come out and usually one person gets something way before the other and tonight was no different. The waitress was nice, but it seems like every time the waitresses have to many table to manage. I love the food for the most part, would be nice if they would have larger sides for the price.

My kids love BWW so we come back when coming in to town for them. Been in area for 4 years and never gets better. This particular location is always slow. They always blame help or the kitchen. Most people that work here try to be pleasant but is very oblivious no one likes working here so in turn service ain’t always great and hardly see same people. Tables always dirty, assuming due to lack of help. One of the supervisors is very rude and rarely have decent experience when she is here. Today I ordered a beer never got it or a water entire time but they took care of my family so…. If you were only to come to town for BWW I would suggest the one in Wichita. This one doesn’t seem like a happy place to be

3 out of 10 times the order is wrong or incomplete. You may be waiting over an hour to get a simple order. Many of the boneless "wings" are almost entirely breading. They build tipping into the app, and they are now the final straw for tipping for takeout food for me. A tip should be for good service, not shoddy service where you never once had to wait on a person, only to not get it right. We don't tip McDonald's drive-thru people for handing us food, why do we tip someone for handing us the wrong food? Sorry, ask your employer to pay you more. We consumers can't keep picking up the bill for less than average quality of work. Not a one and done person, by the way. I was getting food there biweekly, if not weekly. Have probably spent a grand there this year.

Took an hour to get food. They only brought half the order, I let the person know we needed silverware and ketchup, she said " that's not my area" and walked away. Our actual waiter showed up 10 minutes later, I let him know we were still missing half our food and that what they had brought was cold, we would like it heated or new food made. He said they'd make us a fresh order. 20 to 25 minutes goes by, they bring the 2nd half of our order. Waiter says they're making our other half fresh. 15 minutes later he comes and says he needs to take our cold food to the kitchen, Apparently they decided to warm our cold stuff up and not make us a fresh order as we were told they would more than a half hour previous. I tell him I'd like to speak to the manager and bring me the ticket. He brought the ticket and our reheated wings for us to leave but the manager never came.

Tables were open everywhere but they wanted to make us wait 30 minutes because someone was using a chair to play video games. Hmmm...video games or a table of 8 people? You would think they would want to make money. It was 3 in the afternoon. The place was not busy. After some pushing they seated us. The service was decent.

Normally a great experience. The last visit we were seated right away and immediately took drink order. Walked past table half dozen times with no acknowledgement. After 15 minutes finally got around to asking if we were ready to order. Food was very good! Not very busy to warrant the lack of attention to service.

I was somewhat disappointed with my visit. Waited at the check in counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone came up there. There were maybe 5-6 customers in the restaurant, so they were not busy at all. Not a big deal…I wasn’t in a rush. However, my wings were served to me at what I would call room-temperature. Again, not trying to be too picky, but these wings had been sitting around for quite a while. I’ve had wings DELIVERED to my house from other restaurants that were too hot to touch when I went to eat them. The wings were delicious, just not “hot & fresh”. The fries were cold & pretty dreadful. The waitress did a fantastic job, & I’ll give ‘em another try cuz everybody has a bad visit every now & then. I just didn’t walk away feeling great about my meal.
