It's clean inside, which goes a long way for me. The staff was professional and they provide hearty serving sizes. It appears this location is well stocked on the orange chicken staple. Serving up fast American-Asian cuisine. No issues on our side. Our family is pretty fond of the rangoon. The food itself is ok, very Americanized. You get it super quick though!

Let me start off by saying I love Panda Express. But I just had the worst PE experience. Food was dry and overcooked and not fresh whatsoever. Open the dining room so people can see what they're getting! Horrible! Waste of money for sure. Probably won't be going back to this place ever again unless they open the dining area back up. You're welcome for the $10 taken from me for nothing edible in return. Thanks.

The location was great when it first opened a couple or so years ago. it is now so bad that I no longer eat at this location. The orders are constantly messed up and are smaller servings than other locations. The food is often burnt and the orange chicken is usually just over cooked breading lacking chicken. The employees are not very friendly and are a bit disgruntled. I have contacted corporate about all of this and nothing has changed so clearly they don’t really care how the place is ran. Definitely go to the one in Maize and get you some fantastic orange chicken and employees that are respectful and seemingly enjoys life and the customers that come in.

Panda Express is my absolute favorite restaurant to eat at. Food is made fresh countinuously,You can fill your plate high and make it your own, there are a lot of different food options, However my favorite is the famous orange chicken and chowmein. The food is always warm and delicious and the workers greet you with smiles. There is one thing though... Nothing its gluten-free 😕 so I hurt myself with the deliciousness, but its worth it .😋

I ordered seven meals. Three of which were not complete and tasted horrendous. The kids meal I got was a chicken teriyaki with noodles and broccoli. It didn’t come with any chicken and the noodles had no sauce and were tough while the broccoli was overcooked and discolored. The second meal was a chow mein, broccoli beef, and Beijing beef, but it didn’t come with any broccoli beef and the Beijing beef was hard enough the fork couldn’t go through most of the pieces. The last meal was chow mein, orange chicken and honey walnut chicken. The orange chicken was hard and tasted terrible, like something irregular was mixed with the sauce. When I entered, one employee said they were slow during the time I put in the order and that they were waiting on fresh broccoli, which apparently never came because we didn’t get any fresh broccoli. I also noticed that there was a large spill of something in front of the drink fountain and the area where the utensils and napkins were at was dirty and disgusting. I would highly recommend not going here because of the service, atmosphere, and especially the food. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Food was OK, not as fresh as I had before. Mainly the rice and chow mein. The honey chicken with green beans was delicious! Front service was good. Restaurant was pretty clean.

It was a little disappointing, but not too bad. The available selection of dishes was not very good, lots of things missing. Also the food did not taste as good as other times I've eaten at the chain.

Love panda’s food, always great. The bad experiences I have are always because of the customer service. The staff is almost always rude and snippy, it’s even to the point that now we predict who it will be and how many seconds it will be before they get rude anytime we’re there. It’s almost comedic how accurate we are every time we go in guessing how rude they’ll be on a scale of 1-10.

I love their String Bean Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp, and my husband loves their Kung Pao Chicken. The food is always fresh and it doesn't take long if they have to make more. It's worth the wait. Their fried rice and spring rolls are so good too. Everyone is very friendly and it's always clean

We went through the drive-thru in Hutchinson, KS: only got half our order, and what food we did get was wilted and gross. When we called there was no resolution they had for us other than coming all the way back. No way to reimburse or even offer an online coupon. Not returning ever. Ruined Panda Express for us for good.

Good food! If what you want isn't listed on drive through menu, ask about it sometimes it's not shown, if they're low on something they'll make it fresh and there may be a bit of a wait. But it's worth it.

The guy working the counter was great with the customers, greeted everyone happly. He took care of us on food from our order that was still cooking. His name was Gavin and his service made our day better! Good job sir!

Exceptional service last night! I wish I had looked at our server’s name tag or asked for their name. The receipt says Gavin T was our server, hopefully that is correct. Whoever it was, they deserve all the recognition for the patience and professionalism they exuded. It also felt super authentic and not fake nice. It can be hard to keep a positive attitude working in food service and dealing with rude customers every day.

The food was just not great, service was "meh" and nothing that would bring me back. Beijing beef was overdone, crab rangoons lacked the normal creamy flavor and were salty, fried rice was cooked well and had a good amount of egg which we liked but almost zero flavor, honey sesame chicken was alright but still lacked enough flavor, Kung pao chicken was probably the best thing we had flavor and cook-wise, but still nothing special (it's the spiciest dish they have according to them, but it will not be spicy enough for spice lovers). Lo mein was HORRIBLE. Dry and flavorless. I don't know if dogs would eat it. This would be one of the rare times I would tell someone to not waste their time or money. I'm still disappointed even after a 25% off coupon.

The worst experience yet had to call corporate this people did not have any rice at all waited till the last minute to start cooking some it would take forty minutes and their communications skills out the door acted like ten year olds, their answer to not having rice was we sold all the rice to a basketball team,,I answered did it occured to you to start making some more as soon as it was gone, got a blank look and nothing else

Last 2 times we have ate here we have been disappointed. The meat is very fatty and make the meals unenjoyable.

Unfriendly rude did not have rice of any kind knowing that they were out this guys didn't think Abu making anymore rice right away instead preferred we didn't buy anything. The worst management ever will not go back fifty dollars I guess they don't need for their business.

The food and service was a lot better before COVID and last week when I visited the selection was poor and the service was extremely slow for dine-in they seem to concentrate on their drive-thru costumer's and make dine-in wait.

Worst meal ever beans shriveled and chicken dry hard. Nasty how they can serve food like this without getting in trouble.

Small portion...I spend 40 dollars including delivery and they pretty much give me a hand of chicken 3 onions and some small brocoli....never again....I'll rather to spend 10 dollars at McDonald's..... thiefs....smh

The food was good, but they were pretty stingy with the food today. My little guy was given such a small amount in his kids meal, that he ended up eating half of my food. Maybe it was a new person working. Otherwise, everything was good and they were nice.

This is a bigger plate with Beijing beef and fried rice. The rice is under cooked and on the crunchy side and the beef is as hard as rocks this is disgusting 😒

Went to get some dinner tonight at our Hutchinson Panda Express and was very disappointed for several reasons. 1st was because they have been so faithful in wearing masks even though no other restaurant does in town and that has left us one place to eat out as my daughters immune system is not good so we have to be careful and all three of the boys working were not even wearing them over there mouths or noses. 2nd the chow main was old and crunchy and they gave me next to none of it. Hoping they fix thigs so we can continue to go there regularly.

The last 2 times been the orange chicken was sooo spicy that couldn't eat it and there was a ton of celery in the noodles.

Went to the Hutchinson ks Panda and order the plate. I got like half spoon of entree and a huge amount of rice. Very disappointed. Tried to call the store and talk to someone and no one would answer.

Ordered a 2 item meal May 6th, was 3rd in the drive through line. After 13 minutes of not moving, I called the location and asked if they were open. Was told yes, just waiting on rice (no idea how an Asian food restaurant would be out of rice at 330pm). Finally get to the window, pay and after the blonde female hands me my order I tell her they should let people know ahead of time, not everyone has 15 minutes to wait on fast food. She closed the drive through window on me, no apology, no comment on the fact they just forced us to wait 15 minutes for something that shouldn't have taken more than 5, or at least let us know. Will never go back to this location and I'd suggest you avoid it as well if you value your time.
