Out of the 4 or 5 Subways in Hutch, this one is by far the best. Their service is excellent here.

This subway went out of there way to take care of us.

The Raspberry Cheesecake cookies are the best! My all time new favorite from there now!!

Ordered a meatball sub, which is my favorite! Sandwich was made very well. Service was good. Prices have definitely come up on all sandwiches. The store looks like it was remodeled.

I ordered 2 sandwiches for $10.69, they rang them up for $13,99, I told the cashier the price on the sign and she would not fix it because she said that's what it rang up at after both cashiers were very rude, took over 20 minutes to place the order and there was no one else there! Got the sandwiches home and they were not even right on the veggies. Will not be going back!

Waited in the drive thru for 20min there was no cars in the parking lost so I thought it would be quick, once she got my bread and meat and cheese it was anther 10min wait, the lady that took my order got the whole sandwich wrong, and charged me for 3 sandwiches, she had to get the manger to have it fixed, I’m not sure what was going on but I don’t see what took so long especially once she started my order. You would think she would get it right but she sadly didn’t, I think I’ll start going to the one on main from here on out because this isn’t the first time.

Love Subways food but the Subway on East 11th Ave gets a low rating for drive through customer service. Stopped there to place order and was told they would " Be with me in a moment." After waiting for 10 minutes there was 3 vehicles waiting behind me and still no one taking my order. I decided to leave without ordering and as I pulled around I glanced at the pickup window and seen a young lady standing there looking at her fingernails apparently. There was 1 customer in the store so it wasn't like they were being overwhelmed with orders. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing the establishment any time soon.

The employees were more interested in talking with friends and then when they took our order they acted very annoyed that we interrupted their conversations.

Loved the old menu. Like one of the new options.

They have good food. Good service.

Don't bother they are always out or they don't know why an item is available on the app because they don't offer it. And they will put zero effort into correcting it either...you'll just get a too bad so sad, our inventory is more important than fixing our error. And now you have to wait on their bank to release your transaction to get your money back.

The bread is fresh and soft. And if you're in a hurry, stop by subway on 11th Ave. They're very efficient and clean.

Not all Subways are the same, even though it’s a chain. The people here are always friendly. They’re fast with my app orders. And the food is actually always fresh.

Just can't go wrong with subway. Just gotta make sure the veggies are fresh

Forgot to order ahead, but still managed to get my sandwiches and get home quickly. Use coupons and paid a great price.

Even though I was standing there watching what I told them what I wanted on my sandwich they add some things I didn't want I asked very nicely if she would cut it in three's I could understand if they were busy. I was the only person ordering when I asked about it she said oh I'm sorry I for got.....I do have to say the drink I got is very good it's Lemone Aide and Strawberries and Kwi fruits it's awesome.......

I got a sandwich Sunday afternoon and it was amazing! The 2 people working the counter were so friendly and patient as I made my selections. Thank you very much!

Always enjoy getting a sandwich. Wish there was gluten free bread though.

Good for a quick bite to eat. Nothing fancy. There isn't a lot of meat and cheese in them any more with out paying extra.
