    The girl the took our money was rude and had an attitude. Then we checked out bag and wqs missing part of our order and when i pulled back around to tell them what i was missing the lady had an attitude like it was my fault stuff was missing!! Then the lady that handed us our food that THEY forgot she pretty much just tossed it at us with an attitude. I do not recommend this sonic!!

    Hamburgers we ordered was cold like they where made ahead. Not fresh made. Was very disappointed. Had ordered the same thing at the McPherson Sonic and they were fresh and tasted so good.

    30th street sonic in Hutch is horrible. Orders are frequently incorrect. I order on the app and never park in a stall. Always go through the drive through. It takes forever to get an order in a stall. I go for drinks and only because it is close to my house. I ask for easy ice but usually get a cup packed full of ice. The other day, my drink was only carbonated water. They would not remake it because they didn't have time to change the empty canister. Offered another flavor that I did not want, but refused to refund the drink, or to offer to replace it at a later visit. They really need to hire a competent manager to properly train and supervise all of the kids that work there.

    Waited in the stall for over 15 minutes and no one took my order. They were not that busy. I then went to the drive thru only to find out what I was going to order they did not have even though it was on the menu. What a poor place.

    Waited a hour for our food just for it to come out cold and the milk shakes melted. When we sent it back it came out abt 15 or so minutes later and it just tasted like it was put under a heat lamp. No straws, no Ranch, no nothing. Worst experience so far.

    When you have only 3 stalls with cars (totally not busy) and I have placed and order for 2 drinks I should not have to wait nearly 20 minutes for my drinks to be delivered. Definitely going to stop coming to this Sonic while visiting Hutch. This has happened nearly every time I have visited this location. Ridiculous!!

    Only getting one star because that’s the lowest rating I can give. First off, when you hit the speaker the waitress was super rude, got our order wrong and it took 15 minutes to get 3 drinks. What is going on here?? Avoid this location at all costs. Wasn’t worth telling them the order was wrong because they were so rude. Complete waste of money.

    I'm not a huge fan of Sonic. Last few times I went it is ran by teenagers. Which there is nothing wrong with that but there were times you can see and hear horse playing while waiting on your order. As for the atmosphere, it's all outside dinning. So if you like eating in your car it's a great quick lunch break meal.

    A "mistake" done repeatedly becomes a choice. More often than not when I order "light ice" I get a cup that's over half full with ice. If the owner of the Sonic at 30th reads this, resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Staff were friendly, they were busy and took awhile before my order was taken. The food was good. Only giving 4 stars because they forgot an item. Otherwise they definitely would have gotten 5.

    This Sonic surprises me its still open. If you come before noon any given day, expect 20+ minute waits. 1 person working the entire place. Online order? You will never get it. Drive thru? 1 car ahead of you and 15 minutes later still no order. Carside? big Brite red button will just sit there and blink. I've tried multiple times at different times and experience the same thing every time. Cars are leaving left and right because they didn't get service and have to get to work.

    Literally got served a chicken sandwich without any chicken in it… I was already down the road and didn’t wanna return for a replacement. It’s a nice place, maybe just work on the quality control a bit!

    We pushed the button and waited 20 min. The wait button reset itself and let a ton of people cut in front of us. We waited 30 min just to order.

    I ordered a hot fudge sundae with caramel added. Half of the sundae was only whipped cream and they only put the a little hot fudge smeared on the side that I couldn’t even get off to put kn the ice cream. My daughter got a kids meal with chicken strips. It looked like maybe chili ? all over the fry box with an extremely weird tasting cherry limeade 🥴

    Love this place, and a young man named James fixed a problem that I've never had at Sonic. Always a problem at other places, but James made us customers here for life! Thank you, James, for caring.

    We sat forever and the screen was broken. When our order was taken we didn’t get a total. Not Ed the order read back. Every time we come in the evening it’s like total chaos! Missing food when we got our order this Sonic is just Sad.

    I wish the rating could be less than 1 star. Waited for quite awhile in the drive thru. My iced tea had a large hole in the cup and filled up my cup holder with liquid. The breakfast burrito was pitiful! Received no receipt. Just a horrible experience. As you can see the picture speaks for itself!!!

    I was impressed. It had been a long enough time, so I tried again and I'm glad I did. The food was hot and fresh, didn't taste like old oil in the fryer, the servers were friendly and accommodating. Very good!

    First I went to the drivevthru. Sat there for about 3 minutes and still nobody came over the intercoms so I left and ran over to ups store and came back This time I pulled into a stall thinking I would get some service. After I pushed the order button I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. I watched 3 cars come and go thru the drive thru and never did I get service. I go to sonic everyday almost but I guess this one just does not want my business. I won't be going to this one again.

    You really need to have your employees pay attention to stuff before taking peoples foods out. Get them off of their phones. Have them act like they are at a job or get rid of them. If nobody wants to work. Guess what manager needs to step up. It's not rocket science on how to take a build an order. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!

    Push the button wait 5 minutes, no response. Go through the drive-thru wait another 5 minutes before somebody comes on and then told you can't add cheddar peppers to an order without getting a larger size. Wasted half of my lunch time and didn't get any food and had to go back to work.

    Took over 30 minutes to get my small order, from a place called "Sonic" I pushed the button, waited 15 minutes, it turned back off. I went through the drive thru and had time to past this review while waiting for a corndog.

    This location always had terrible tasting food. My tots were cold but edible. The burger was gross I ate 2 bites and couldn't eat the rest. It tasted like a dirty flat top grill looks. I did get a fritos wrap and that was so so. Probably won't eat at this location again.

    Idk what the deal is with this place but they can't get things right for nothing. This time not only was what they gave me wrong but they charged my card for my order twice then when I asked them to fix it they charged my card yet again for the order that was behind me! Then when all was said and done they forgot my drink and refused to come to the window so that I could tell them!! I've given them far too many chances to get things straight...I won't be going there again.

    Despite being very busy, I got my order very quickly and it was all correct!! The food was fresh too!! They have definitely improved from where they were last year same time!! Thank you very much!
