We come to this Burger King now that the Main Street location closed and I have to say that this location is far better than the other was. Service is so much nicer and faster. Our orders have been correct every time and they remember to put our entire order in the bag. I would recommend this location. Not sure if dining room is open at the moment, we just do drive thru.

Definitely an improvement since the last time i was here. Inside was recently remodeled and the service and quality of the food is better.

It has taken over a hour before sitting in the drive thru waiting to order then another hour waiting for your food I recommend checking your order before you drive away from the window because they way to often forget to put all of your order in the sack even though they try to rush you to pull forward check your order because they are very difficult about getting your remaining food to you or refunding you Is just not going to happen but what can I say I have major love for the whopper sandwich without cheese and sometimes have to sit at that window while they remake my whopper and leave the cheese off I just pray nobody is spitting in my whopper lol but everything they have is delicious and you get much faster service going inside and placing a to go order not able to use your app perks and crowns but they often have very good coupons and you can use them inside or at the drive thru window just have the number on your coupons ready to tell them because no number no coupon so no $6.99 large whopper meal for you my friend

I am so greatful for the manager and his wife. I pulled in the parking lot with a blown tire. I wasn't able to change it myself, the young lady went and got her husband to take the tire off for me, he went to his house and got a better jack and put the new tire on for me. He went above and beyond at being a manager. I know he didn't have to do that. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but I will remember the kindness they both shared with me. Thank you very much!

The staff was very Friendly and courteous to us and what we needed would definitely be coming back. The only bad thing I wish they had diet Dr. Pepper

We used our Burger app and then chose the location for pickup. The code given us wouldn't work. We tried three times each time refreshed and given a different code. Asst. manager could have cared less Body language is everything, and his was saying hurry up and seem annoyed . We didn't get the special, and he wasn't offering to honor it . Last time, I cross over their threshold to purchase here. Come on, Burger King, this isn't rocket science. Customer service is dead here . whopper is cold, but why say anything ? Once again, customer service is dead here !

Probably the fastest drive thru with the best food at a great price. I like the taste of their jr burger, and order the combo often

The Specials are on the entry door and display which changes pages too fast to read options. Staff behind counter needs more training to help guests. Service is slow when business is slow. We will go to Spangles next month.

I ordered on the app. When i arrived, i was told they were on a mandatory break. I asked how long and was not answered. I waited several minutes and left. My card was charged, and i got no food. I get they are understaffed, but its cost me more for food already, but the service and food quality sucks.

Trash store no one does their job. Sat at drive thru for 15 min went inside 2 ppl standing around messing up orders. Asked for my w2 over a month ago still haven't got it. Pos place to eat & they do nothing to fix it

No diet soda, pop machine in lobby has been down for weeks, ice coffee tasted like old burnt coffee, ordered a large meal got a junior tots, asked if they had Splenda was told yes was given nasty sweet&low. Terrible service and food. Absolutely awful

Food was fine, and restaurant was newly updated. They are fast & quick as food should be, but food is often sloppy in the bag.

I am new to Uber and Uber eats and it was pretty late / pretty early and I was hungry for a burger well on the app for burgerking it says that you could order burgers and breakfast I put a order in which go pick it up hadn't even been made and they informed me that they couldn't even make it anyway but if I wanted it so I just was not happy with that and I just think they need they need to fix their app and they need to do a lot of things different and just not happy with it because they have a lot of people did misconstrued with their app and with their services

This location has had it's fair share of staffing issues leading to some wait times, but the staff is nice and always ready to fix any mistakes. So long as you're not impatient it's a pleasant location for lunch with friendly folk.

I do not recommend anyone to eat at this filthy cockroach infested establishment. The general manager is a rude piece of trash and should not hold the position he holds. The fat slob at the register just stands there and stairs at customers waiting to order. This spot is by far the worst location I’ve been in. I watched multiple people walk as well as myself. Sit this location down!!

Came into the restaurant was not greeted, looked around the lobby was dirty. Went to the restroom and it was nasty. Came out and the person that was working looked at me and said yes, not can I help you or did you need to order food. The trash was running over, the drink area was not neat. Many of the tables were dirty. Over all not very pleasant to come into.

Second time this week I tried to eat at this restaurant and left with nothing. First time I was turned away they were cleaning overnight but the part I found unprofessional was the worker who looked like he was an active drug user was smoking while telling customers they were closed while the manager just stood on the sidewalk. Tonight I was told that they couldn't take any orders at the drive through unless it was door dash or a mobile order. It's just pathetic and honestly they deserve 0 stars.

Took almost total of 30 mins to get through drive thru to the window to get food. Got order wrong too. Slowest/worst service I have ever had at a BK. The driver thru guy cant multi task and made everyone 1 at a time do order and get food before doing next vehicle. Never go to this place.

I worked there for many years before moving away . I am a Whopper lover. SURPRISINGLY the food was hot fresh and as amazing as I remember ! Can't say much about service the younge lady must have been mute.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. Was told twice to wait till they got caught up. But there was no customers inside the restaurant and no one ahead of me in the drive thru. Finally left the drive thru and went inside to order.

Been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes and the line is not moving. Pretty sure eno one is doing anything at this location. Only place open on Christmas Eve and no one is taking orders.

I am a loyal Burger King customer...however I am extremely disappointed with several fast food restaurants here in Hutchinson... who in this time and place will continue to pay for food that is truly uneditable, staff that's has no concern nor even self respect,responsibility for either. " responded well there nothing I can do " I am Greatly disappointed and concerned.

They were running on a skeleton crew. And they got more order mixed up I didn't realize it till I got home mile and half away. But they guy at the front window the one that took my order and my money he had a great attitude and he was very helpful with the menu for me. I think they would have done better if they would have had one more person there helping them with the orders.

Very very helpful came to my table and brought me food not once but twice and even took a selfie with me which made me feel good very very nice place

I haven't had a burger from Burger King in over a year. Having a Kings burger was so delicious and filling. Every bite was better than the last.

2 cars in front of me and it was still a 25 min wait. At 10pm. Watched an employee taking a smoke break by the trash dumpster the whole time we are waiting for our food. In the mide of the day the store is locked drive-thru open. Rhe door has been locked no dining inside .drivethru open. This as Been going for awhile. This was at 2pm next day dining inside open. The food is good. Customer service terrible.

32 minutes between the time of order and the arrival of the food with only maybe 3 other customers in the building. The food was good and the employees were nice and apologetic but I wouldn’t exactly call it “fast” food. The wait is my only complaint.

I didn't know know it was rocket science to make a sandwich got my order and both sandwiches are covered in mayonnaise and what was supposed to be on the inside of the sandwich was not and was smashed so don't waste your time or money

I ordered a impossible burger and requested it be microwaved instead of cooked on the grill(food allergies) and I was told they couldn't microwave it. Then I was told it could only be cooked on the grill with meat. I have had my impossible whopper microwaved at this exact store and many others across the country.

Waited more than 15 minutes to get to the ordering speaker (had two people in front of me). After pulling up to speaker, a person said they would be right with me. 15 minutes later, no one ever said a word. Left without ordering. NEVER visit this business, Ever.

Both adults got a Whopper #1 meal. We got a childs meal with chicken nuggets. The cashier was very friendly. We received our meal quickly. The meals were good and filling.

Long wait to order and only had two cars in front of us. Think they need help. And check their soda it was really watered down. The food was good and the fries better than mcdees. Sadly they was outta onion rings main reason I went there.

They obviously need more employees! The food was great, but I think they may only have two people working: one running the grill, and one taking orders, then making and dispensing fries & drinks. The drive-thru takes forever because they're only doing one order at a time! I guess they are doing the best they can with what they have!
