Great food and hand a real pleasant waitress

I am Multi-talented Kansas Author Jae Byrd Wells and I approve of this family friendly environment. This neat restaurant provides delicious food by pleasant and accommodating staff. The restrooms are clean and well stocked. They accommodate big and small parties.

We(my Bible study group and I), had a Bible study on Tuesday evening, then after we discussed it, we went to the Alley in town, and did bowling and we had an awesome time, especially since that was my first time playing bowling ever in my life!! And I definitely want to be able to go there again!! It was so much fun that evening!! 🎳🎳

Arrived at 11:05, seated ourselves with no other customers in the restaurant. Took a good ten minutes to be acknowledged, did not get any food until 12:10, and then it was overcooked, cold and incorrect. I won't be returning as this was not the first time this has occurred.

failing at keeping a simple pool table in proper maintenance. I've offered to help fund the maintenance of the pool table and no response.

Had a great time , I never new that bowling was 8$ a person all plus shoes and etc..This place is clean and Workers are also friendly and nice..I didnt also know there was a bar there it was awesome to know it made the Birthday Party even better and also have best game.room!..We will return!

This is the worst spot in Hutch. Stay away from here. Staff refused to give an itemized receipt & refused to account, then over charged for food. Rude discourteous & horrible service.

Sign says to seat yourself but had to go find a waitress to even clean the table and take our order. Service was slow for the amount of people at the restaurant. Very disappointed.

This place is horrible!!! I brought my family for dinner so right after dinner we could play at the alley... I have been here almost an hour seen the waitress twice once to order drinks and then to take our order!!! She just came over and said that none of our order is right and that she can reorder everything or just cancel it. We ordered the appetizer loaded fried, a grill cheese kids meal and a large pizza it has now been over an hour.... I am mad!!!!

We had our company picnic there. It was fun. Our company made the whole place available for co workers and their family. The pizza I scored lower because it was a lot if people didn't think it was good more like cardboard. However, the service was professional. We had a great time.

Great bartender who never let our glassed get empty. Wings were fantastic

Food is always good. Service is always slow. If you're not in a hurry, it's a good place to eat.

It's Friday night. It's about 50 percent full. Seat yourselves. It took about 10 minutes for someone to even come get a drink order. Then another 5 to bring menus. We finally ordered and I ordered an appetizer .....chips.....and it's been 10 minutes with no chips......Looks like there's 1 server, and a cook that pops out from time to time, to wait on everyone. So far, I'm not impressed. Chips finally came out. The queso had a film on top for sitting ready for so long. Not good. The food came out shortly after the appetizer, further proving that the chips and sat there for a while. The food was good but the biggest complaint of the night was the lack of staff. The long wait times. To be fair or server seemed like she was trying to do her best and seemed very stressed out

Serves are slow. No where to be found. Took 15 min just to get our drinks. Food took about another 15-20 (wrap and sandwich) the bingo or whatever they had going on was so loud you couldn’t hear the person next or across from you. Chips were stale. Overall, not worth it.

We go there quite a bit after church. They are not terribly busy at that time and the food is really good. The staff is nice and accommodating. The prices are a bit high, but whose aren't these days? Amount of food you receive is good. It's clean and offers plenty of seating. We like it!

Good service and food taste great. Nice place to watch the game or just hang out.

The food was great, but what was sad is the part where my wife and I got accused of not paying! We gave our debit card and receipt to one of the ladies and what happens next?! They come finding us saying we didn't pay for our food! I was like "where's the manager?!" Luckily, my wife had the receipts for the payment, but they kind of ticked me off for pulling that! That was very disrespectful of them! Just be cautious who takes your card!

Had a blast here... perfect lanes super oily.. great staff cheap beer and jello shots.. locals are so nice I got free fair tickets... great place to bowl and have a cold 🍺

I wouldn't have left a 1 if it had been an option. The service was horrendous and slow - there was ONE OTHER TABLE. We weren't offered water with our adult beverages. My children were left with empty glasses and we had to ask for them. The salad was rotten and gross. The sampler app was sent with no sauces to dip. The atomic warhead tastes like a body wash soap. Our server was at best completely removed and had zero attention skills.

While the bartender, Amber, was only on her third day, she was attentive to my beer needs. The pizza was excellent, as always. My only reservation is the coors light on tap here taste different than other places I visit. Would still visit again. Three out of two thumbs up.

This place is a very fun place to take your family and friends. It is quite expensive though and the staff is not very friendly.

Great atmosphere. Was very busy because of ku spectators watching the game. Got a lane right away and did not wait long for our food

I'm never going to this place again. They refused to take my order because they are busy watching the KU final Four basketball game. They wouldn't fix any food until halftime, So not a good place to eat.
