    I’m giving this a 1 star because they have messed up a lot of our orders so many times one time I came through I said a LARGE sweet tea they give me unsweet I order a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and a double cheeseburger and they give me a quarter pounder and then a double quarter pounder instead a double cheeseburger we also said fresh gave us old stuff and then when I got home I called them and then having to drive back 10 mins back to McDonald’s to this one then when we got there we waited 20 to almost 30 mins til someone answered also we came to the drive through while back like 2 weeks ago an one of the girl who is at the window was high I don’t know if we should call cooperate about my experience ok so I’m adding on I posted this last night on Sunday December 5 2021 and today is the 6th and I got 2 mchickens add tomato and they didn’t even add it no tomatoes whatsoever ugh they messed up my dinner last night and today and other times before they keep messing up a lot of people orders

    Employees are so happy to be at work and enjoy there duties . I happened to show up after they had closed the dine in area but since it was cold and I was on my motorcycle they were kind enough to allow me to order and eat inside out of the cold . Thanks so much for the food and warmth

    Every time I visit I seem to get the lane that had the employee that don’t like to work. I say hello several time while the other lane takes order after order and ended up just leaving

    I would go lower if I could. Ordered 2x quarter w/ cheese no onions and fresh fries. Get loaded onions and the coldest fries they could serve. Didn't even attempt. One girl asks another if they were, and just bags them up. Say something about it, and they act like I'm wrong and a bad person for even asking about it. Lane Enterprises has the absolute worst people they can find working. The last 5 times I have gone there has been horrible. I'm done with them, and the terrible lack of service. 👎👎👎👎👎

    This McDonald's was horrible! They were not very clean, menu wasn't on screen, I waited for salt while my food was getting cold! There was like 3 or 4 workers that ignored me not including the 3 workers on grill standing there talking! I usually don't complain but it was enough to make me mad!

    Depending on the time of day it is. The evening staff messes our family order up frequently. More times than not, the wait time is way too long for fast food drive thru

    Charged me $2:59 for a small ff. Asked gal at window small ff more than hamburger she said %I don't know I just work here. Would not even check to see the price.

    The service was a little slow. I had to wait about 20 minutes for food but it was during lunch rush. Other than that it was an okay McDonald's. Nothing made it stand out in a good or bad way.

    I ordered on the app to pick up in store, but for some reason, they were running a lot slower than expected. We just had 2 breakfast sandwiches, which took about 10 minutes to get. Hopefully, it was just bad timing.

    The 11th st location is notorious for incorrect orders, so we knew what to expect. They are always great about fixing it, at least. Food was what you expect from a decent McDonald's. Speed in the drive thru was okay. Had to wait for fries. They always forget to give a fork with my 'no bun burger'.

    They are speeding up the drive thru tike by pushing everyone to park on the side. I count 7 car including myself. They are having to walk up to cars asking for people because it is unorganized. Stop trying to speed up your drive thru time when your under staffed. You're show Corp that you're doing something better with less people when you're NOT.

    There was about 5 cars(that includes ours) and we were in line for just about 20 minutes from the start to the finish. #1) the person on the intercom was having trouble understanding our order 2 sausage mcmuffins and 1 sausage biscuit (but we asked to substitute bacon for the sausage and she said yes. Now repeating it back was her challenge. 2) I'm really not sure everyone was getting what they ordered,because the cars were just moving forward NO MATTER THE WAY THE ORDETS WERE PUT IN! 3) We finally get to the window to get our meal and sure enough we were handed the wrong meal. We are not from Hutchinson but I can't remember the last time I waited in line at a drive through for about 20 minutes, and still have the wrong order handed to us. So I guess next time we come through we will make sure to pack us something else to eat. Thanks but NO thanks

    Go to McDonald's on a regular basis in several different locations. This one though... pfft. Messed up my order. Then fixed it. It took 15 minutes to do so though. Then they over charged me for their mistake. The only reason for the second star is the guys stunning blue eyes. Intense eye contact that gave me shivers. He looked like he was silently screaming and miserable on the inside of his blues.

    It's usually decent. The workers have never been rude or anything, but they also don't really provide any customer service.. just hand you the receipt and close the window, no thanks, etc. The awful part is if you order curbside and show up before everyone else in the drive thru, they will leave you sitting, sometimes for 20+ minutes while they take NEW orders at the drive thru. That happens every single time. I think they get mad that you order curbside, so we started using drive thru

    Seriously 🙄 this is the second time now driving out for a interview with the so called manager. Wasted my time and gas getting here without even a simple courtesy call to reschedule AGAIN. No body is even here they are "remodeling".

    Been sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes now. Three cars ahead of me yet…. Now a car drove off… now they sent the next guy off to the waiting stall… and after all of that my burgers were smashed and the fries tasted like chicken nuggets and the filet-o-fish patty. Total time waiting after ordering was 14 minutes.

    My God is mighty. Mcdonald's on 11th tried to take me out last night. Plus on top of it all my sugars being under 50. I am able to keep something down. So my sugars wont keep dropping. Worse experience ever dealing with food poisoning. Not a great feeling. By the Grace of God I'm still here. It was that bad. Thank you, to the one's that Prayed for me and concern about me. Bless you all.

    I just want to give a huge thank you and praise Jasmin at McDonald’s on 11th for being patient and trying to help when they card machine wouldn’t take my payment. Although I have money on both my cards it still wouldn’t go through for unknown reasons. Jasmin was so kind and paid for my family’s meal tonight. A HUGE thank you and my family appreciates your kindness. P.s. she even made sure we had fresh food. ❤️

    I've noticed going in around 10 p.m. or after, your going to be waiting in drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes. That's before you even get your order in. Really bad wait time at 11th and 30th. They could really use some improvements in that area. If you're going to be waiting that long, at least the food should be fresh! Gone down hill!

    This place has 2 drive thru "ordering stations" We were told it would be just a minute, then waited while 2 cars at the other station got their orders taken. When the 3rd car started giving their order, we drove off. This isn't my first bad experience here. I don't recommend it.

    The worst experience to date and I have had somy share. This time they like to have you pay then go to a stall. There were four cars including me waiting. The other cars were served three more cars came behind me and were served. For fifteen minutes and noone coming over to ask me if I was waiting so I went inside. Well they lost my ticket. They refunded my money and I left. McDonald's has to stop with this practice. If you can't serve your patrons in a timely manner get new management. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again!

    Today I ordered a fish filet first time it was just thrown in cheese thrown on side. Second sandwich cheese not melted and thrown on side the tater sauce. Went to counter said I'm not eating this please can u make it right manger got an attitude and said it's only half cheese slice. Third time cheese was burned on the filet with barely any tater sauce. Needless to say the employees do not know how to cook I will be calling cooperate in the morning service was terrible. The older woman who was the cashier with grey long hair thank you for being polite you were the only one.
