Staff doesn’t want to help customers at all. They act like you’re an inconvenience the minute you step in the door.

YALL. The people are so nice. Came down with Covid and needed food but didn’t want to expose them. So what did these nice people do? SET MY FOOD OUTSIDE THE DOOR FOR ME. SO nice.

The family and I love firehouse subs. Not a sandwich on the menu that's not 5 stars. Only bad thing is there isn't one in Salina, so we only get to go while visiting grandkids. Must visit.

We had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was excellent. Server was great. Very pleasant and brought out order to us.

Was in there pretty late, we got served right away, and the staff was very friendly. No complaints about the food from our group.

Nice food, great service, only downside is cost. If you are okay with paying $16+ for a 12" sub, that part won't be a problem.

When a customer specifies, a particular Condiments or ask for specific dressing. They should be able to tell, you if that's Available? Order wasn't correct despite Asking for a Specific dressing

Check your order before you leave. We ordered a kids meal and didn't receive it. The receipt shows the item with no details like they heard us order the combo but not what we wanted. When I called the store to tell them about the mistake the only option offered was to come back and get the combo or they could credit the amount on a gift card at the store. Both options required that we make a 40 minute round trip that night. We were on our way through and we live over 1 hour from the nearest location. I sent a complaint to corporate with the request that I be contacted and have not received a correspondence over a week later.

Great place to get lunch! Friendly staff, the subs are hot and delicious, and the place is clean. Also appreciate the way they team up with T-Mobile and do free subs occasionally!

Their meats are the best!!! Also love the bread for the sandwiches. Prompt service as well. A little high priced but it's excellent food.

I'm traveling nurse that is constantly on the go. I can order my sandwich before work and know that it will be perfect many hours later. Staff are always friendly, the store is clean.

Great subs. The New York steamer was fire. The captain sauce its very flavorful, not just hot.

I ordered a meatball sub. I asked for onions and green peppers to be added to it. They literally added the cheese and the onions and peppers to the outside of my sandwich. Won't be back.

Great staff, very polite, bubbly, and well-mannered. Oh yeah, the food was a bogey, that's above par, not sub-par for those of you that don't know golf terminology! Definitely a great lunch or dinner spot.

Worse firehouse subs ever. There are always super strange people in there. Never feels safe and cozy like it should. It's dirty and I have to wait forever on my food. Firehouse is supposed to be quick. Like firemen...

They make a good sub! I like how they cut up the vegetables in pieces that go on the sub. A bit pricey for a sub sandwich.

Pros: the food was good. Cons: service was extremely slow. There were four people making sandwiches and it took 25 minutes to get one sandwich. When my food was finally ready, all the guy says is, "Here 'ya go." I *might* be back some day but it won't be during an hour lunch break; I don't enjoy having to hork down my food.

So different from when they first opened... Pickles weren't the same...to much sour..not to mention lots of fat on my New York Steamer..never have had that there...

Wow, Firehouse subs....how many years have you been ripping people off? I almost laughed when I recieved my order of 2, half sandwiches and some lukewarm soup. A few scraps of lunchmeat and some lettuce, all for $19.47. Never again. Not to mention the guy at the cashregister who would barely let me say what I wanted to order.

This was the worst experience I’ve had ever and never like this before at a Firehouse Sub establishment. It was dirty and 4 workers and not too busy at all and we waited forever for our food and then both sandwiches were completely wrong ……total opposite of what we ordered so I sent back and wrong again ‼️This time cold sub was hot and hot sub was barely warm 😭 I threw mine out and went somewhere else. $33.39 wasted I would like a refund and for this establishment to “step up” and be what all Firehouse Sub establishments should be and always are ‼️ They laughed at my granddaughter for wanting her sandwhich correct and were very rude and then they all went back to eat their sandwiches with several customers in the store ‼️UNACCEPTABLE

They acknowledge issues in their mobile ordering system but yet they don't contact you and verify when they see that issue. They said if you add or remove 1 thing then sometimes it will take off everything. They decided not to even verify and just gave me a cheese sandwich. Money wasted
