They are super fast and the coffee and everything else is amazing!& and all through the years they have kept my Hazelnut when everyone else seems to discontinue the Hazelnut either can’t keep it in stock or don’t sell enough Scooters I know I can always count on you but please bring back the orange cranberry scones!!

I come here a lot. I always get the vanilla bean frappe. Only drive thorough.

Getting coffee at any scooters is always a gamble, it tastes either burnt or the exact opposite of what I ordered, I give up I’m just buying an espresso machine so I can make it myself at home

Service was very slow. I received the wrong drink. Ordered a hot coffee, got an iced. I kept it due to length of time its took to get. I was only car in the drive threw and it took almost 15 minutes.

Consistently great service! They’ve got the drive thru figured out! Fast service even with a long line! The drinks and food are always great and the employees always provide exceptional service with a smile! Sadly anymore this makes for a unique experience. Highly recommend!

Service is always fantastic! Coffee can be somewhat dependent on who you get(like any coffee house), and it's pretty frequent to get only 1/2 of the burrito that's been heated and the rest is ice cold. But all-in-all, I keep returning because the service and great and the coffee is usually good.

The staff are super kind, the service was not the issue. It's the coffee! Blechhhhhh. Water with a touch of milk... I could've made that at home for free! The breakfast sandwich was decent. I tried the coffee in 3 different occasions to be fair, I wasn't a fan.

This place was drive-through only, so walk-ups are dangerous at best. The baristas, and I use that term loosely, had to have terminology explained to them. I do not blame them for this, I blame management and/or owner(s) for lack of training. I blame the owner(s) for the lack of dining or pedestrian accommodations.

My very first experience at Scooters was today!! Beyond impressed!! I will NEVER go to starbucks again!!! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Probably the best I've ever experienced! Great menu variety, and decent prices!!! 15 stars if i could!!!

I don't remember stopping at a scooters. Their buildings are cute and go up fast.

I love the coffee and try different flavors and strengths. The staff is friendly and, I believe, appreciative to receive their customers business. And the Everything Bagel is awesome!!

This is the first time I haven’t been happy with scooters. How could you let someone “cut in front of people?” The employee knew I was there first but take the other cars order first. Yes, it may be childish but there is a fair prices… until now. I’m very disappointed in scooters right now.
