Excellent sandwich - great fast service and clean facility!

Man for a simple sandwich shop jimmy johns didn’t disappoint. Adron made a nice tuna sandwich. Better then subway for sure!!!

I get the unwich...the lettuce wrap is always crisp, the meat and vegetables fresh and the store clean. I believe the employees top it off. On my way out last week I told the employees the food was great. They said "tell your friends." Thinking I was being smart I replied, "I don't have any." Without missing a beat one of them said, "We'll be your friend." Priceless.

Had a problem with over cooked bread. Called the store and manager was very polite and gave me a full refund that showed up on my card within a minute. This is the first time this has ever happened. Awesome food and awesome people. Very happy!

I lovvveee Jimmy John's. But it would be nice if they ever followed the directions on what you order for delivery. Sandwich is never even cut, if you change anything on the sandwich it's never done, no napkins, etc.

I ordered two sandwiches. I was the only one in the store and it took them 25 minutes to make two sandwiches. They also did not number the sandwiches like they usually do so we could not figure out who’s sandwich was whos.

Love Jimmy John's. My only complaint, I wish they could extend their delivery area slightly. I work in construction, my crew stayed at a motel recently (out of state) that was 1/10 mile outside of their delivery zone. Since I didn't want to walk to pick up my food, I had to choose another establishment that was absolutely AWFUL as well as expensive, but would deliver to my motel. I would gladly wait the same 20 minutes as well as happily pay extra for delivery (within reason) to eat a good sub sandwich versus the alternative. 🤮

I love Jimmy Johns so much but you need to find better management!! We go there weekly and spend like $40 bucks here..but after our experience today, we won't be for awhile. You short us half of our order, we call to tell you, you make us come back and then asks us for a receipt. Calls us liars and told us to "calm down".. This was an online order for pickup, you have the receipt..

I placed an order at 5:45 pm for delivery. It is now 7:00 pm and it still hasn't been delivered. I called twice so far and they just keep saying it's out for delivery. We live 3 or 4 blocks away

I was excited to see Jimmy John's return to Hutchinson. I gave them some time even to work out the bugs that come with a new opening before going in to try them out. I know Jimmy John's very well, having worked for them on multiple occasions in multiple locations. First, they were anything but freaky fast. I know that comes with experience, however it took 10 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. Corporate policy is 30 seconds per sandwich. Second, the bread was darker (burnt) than specs should have allowed. Third, the bread had not been baked within the past 4 hours. This leads to a tough crust that is difficult at best to chew. This has been my most disappointing visit to any Jimmy John's. I doubt I will return anytime soon.

Are there for first time and we wasn't impressed at all. No regular ranch dressing and bread was gross and they don't toast it like subway. Will not go bk

Great sandwich and service. My only complaint is I couldn't get the app to work so I lost out on my discount for pickup, hence the reason for star reduction.

I’ve always loved JJ, even worked there for a time, but since they have reopened, my sandwich is hardly ever 100% correct. Even if I order online and know my ticket says what it needs to, it is never made correctly. For example the last 4 times I have asked for oregano on my sandwich, they put that oil and vinegar sauce instead. They need to either teach the employees which ingredient is which or make sure they are reading the orders correctly.

Young man working there lacking in customer service, and didn't seem to know what he was doing.

While pricey for what they offer ($16 for a sandwich and an unwich) they were gluten friendly before it was a thing and the food is good!

First of all it took almost 40 mins to get 2 sandwiches!! Then my husband called to ask what was going on & the woman who answered was completely rude. The woman’s name was Avery Hayes!! Once we finally got our food the sandwiches were great, except my husbands sandwiches was missing bacon, he had the ultimate porker, but TERRIBLE experience!!!!!

Really great service. Walked in very clean. Got my sandwich with in seconds. The manager Bryan was quick on making the sandwich while wearing a mask and gloves. Great energy. Will return every time I pass through hutch

If I could give you no stars I would. Who doesn’t take freaking cash as a payment. You can’t seriously break a $50 on $20 worth of sandwiches?? Not only that but your customer service is subpar at best.
