    2 caramel ribbon crunches... Watched 10 drinks leave that were after us and the redhead who forgot strawberries in the pink drinks prior to our order didn't put coffee in these. Not happy.

    Cruddy day at work, and my dear boyfriend TRIED to bring me coffee. He’s never been at a Starbucks, and isn’t really a coffee drinker himself so didn’t know what to expect. Wait in drive thru was 30+ minutes, which, whatever, we’re in a staffing crisis and I know everyone is stretched thin. Ordered a venti caramel cold brew. Was given a hot coffee. Boyfriend understandably asked if it was right, barista INSISTED that it was right and wouldn’t take it back/change order. Turned out to be a pumpkin spice latte, and I’m violently allergic to cinnamon. Really disappointing waste of $6 and 45 minutes. I don’t think the Hutch Starbucks was out to poison me or anything but… really? 🤨

    First time and was bummed.. The toilets in both bathrooms were dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned. Trash was left in the chair cushions. Thankfully the cashier was nice so it was a not total bust.

    Very good coffee, and super friendly girl at the window! A little pricey as you probably know already. I'll go back for the coffee and the friendly service! Yes the drinks were still good! But I had a bad experience today. Ordered two hot cappuccinos large. Took them home and the 20oz cups were only 2/3 full. So our "large" cappuccinos were only about 12 ounces This isn't acceptable to me. Plus they really weren't that hot either. Taking away stars now.

    Never tasted weaker coffee than here, asked for a triple shot tasted like regular coffee. I asked for a regular coffee tasted like it had no coffee in it at all just milk and syrup.

    My wife is a Denver native living out here life in Kansas and if it were not for her almost daily Starbucks, she'd be much harder to get along with. Joking aside, Starbucks is just down right consistent and if it's your thing, you'll get it anywhere they have a location. At the one in Hutchinson, the staff of always friendly and the manager gets to know the regulars by name. Pretty cool for a big company in my opinion.

    We asked for 2 drinks, both of them tasted like old coffee grounds and one of them tasted like vanilla instead of hazelnut. They remade the hazelnut drink and it still tasted like they added vanilla in it. We drink coffee from Starbucks all the time, so not sure why this location gave us 3 bad drinks. We threw them away and went somewhere else.

    I thought it was just in cliché satires you'd get attitude for not knowing sizes lol No. Totally snooty reaction to an innocent question on large options - I must be sooooo uncool lol Silly. Study prior I guess! Great drink and don't even hate the price, just prefer not feeling like garbage starting my morning - I'm sensitive lol

    Could do better when a customer calls and says they got a drink through drivethrough and the lid wasnt on properly so it spilled everywhere

    Had made plans this morning to pick up a bag of Coffee Grounds for my garden. (I had even called twice to make sure what time to pick up). When I get there @ 6:30 or 7:00 P.M. SOMEONE HAD THROWN IT AWAY!!! :-(

    I drive between Chicago and Albuquerque often. Every trip, I stop in Hutchinson, because it's the halfway point, and every time, I stop at this Starbucks in the morning. The staff here is always so friendly; they greet everyone, and wish everyone a good day, at 7am. Cheers to this team!

    When searching for the little pick me up, Starbucks is my place to go. I live on that stuff and I'm probably picking up a mobile order 3-4 times a week. I have been a consistent customer for some time to the point where many of the employees knew me by name & new my orders before looking at my mobile tickets. Now, there's not as many familiar faces which is understandable & not the issue by any means. Today I went in to pick up my mobile order as I do often. They were pretty busy so I waited a moment before going to the counter & requesting some cream cheese for my bagel. The worker immediately seemed frustrated and annoyed by my request. She told me for future reference that the cream cheese was extra so I needed to be sure and ring it up in the app. I've never been told that, or have had this confrontation. She said I cannot expect them to just give me cream cheese for my bagel because I need to pay for it. I was really thrown off by this as again, this has never been a issue or conflict within my many times picking up and being a customer. I understand mornings are crazy, but this employee made it a scene and made me feel very uncomfortable. I apologized and offered to pay the difference which she denied and had other employees come over as well. I ran into another customer later today who just happened to also be in the establishment this morning, a complete stranger. This person brought up the incident to me and continue to express how mad that employee seemed to be. I love coffee as much as the next person, especially being a regular somewhere. Just highly disappointed in the customer service and how those are treated, whether you go in daily, weekly, or monthly. This interaction was completely unnecessary.

    I think everyone has a preference for their hometown coffee place. I really like this Starbucks. The baristas are consistently friendly and professional. The staff acknowledges you when you walk in. And, very importantly, the coffee is always very good.

    I hope Starbucks pays their employees very well because the employees here deserve top notch pay. They are always kind and compassionate. Sometimes they have made mistakes with my orders but they always quickly and graciously fix the issue and never act annoyed or frustrated. I am not necessarily a huge Starbucks fan, but I really enjoy the customer service of this Starbucks and honestly it's part of the reason I frequently stop in when I need a fast cup of more than just basic coffee. Hats off to these fabulous employees and I genuinely hope the site manager realizes that they owe them a lot for the success of this specific store.

    My sister and I drove all the way out here from Wichita, on my birthday because Wichita had a water boil advisory and I wanted Starbucks. The employees were very nice and did an amazing job!
