I bought a mod yesterday (3-27-23) and was looking at a specific one (tan leather and shiny chrome) and the young gal as nice as she was to me offered another that appeared to be the same but with a matte finish which I would have preferred since matte finishes tend to not looked as scratched down the road. Long story short the lighting in the shop played tricks on the eye because it looked matte chrome but when I opened it up at home in good lighting I could clearly see it was not matte chrome but a rose gold colored... not really what a guy like me wants to carry around. I attempted to exchange this mod still being brand new and they wouldn't honor the exchange because "it's a tobacco product" so what if it were broken and didn't work properly? Does that mean they won't honor the warranty? I guess I'm stuck with it because it is "opened" even though it was already opened by the store to put on display, had it come in a sealed package it would be my responsibility to check the package to make sure it is what I want before opening. So I guess is buyer beware but I won't be using thier services anymore and would suggest everyone else use due diligence and look around and always look twice especially if a product doesn't come "new" in the package even though you are paying new prices.

The customer service is awesome they explain everything you need to know about using a vape. I quite smoking 9/2/2019 after finding the juice flavor I liked. I have not had a cigarette since. I feel so much better. Thank you to Yogi's Vape.

Don't buy a product there if you think your going to have to return it, they won't do it and you will be stuck with something that doesn't even work. You'd be better off buying from eBay.

Great help! Jazzy helped me with all questions I had regarding my mod, due to just beginning. Switch out my coil and informed me how to do so. She also made my juice super quick and answers all questions I had, regarding. Considering how busy the store was, I am super thankful she was so patient with me. Get this girl a raise, she was killing it while the store was mid rush.

Went in about a month ago to get a battery. I was given the option of eGo1c Twist battery. By a guy who had no clue what he was doing. It lasted a month before it basically fell apart. After this man condescendingly told me it’s 15 yr old technology he proceeds to say I can buy another. I wasn’t warned this product wouldn’t last long. Especially since I’ve had this type of battery given to be by a dispensary before. I said I’d buy somewhere else and he happily said okay! ✌🏻 their customer service sucks.

Iv tried to go to other places to give them a fair shot but always go back to yogis. I went looking for a coil at a shop closer to my house and the employee wasn't knowledgeable he didn't even try and help me it was an "yeah sorry I don't know, anything else I can help with?" And went back to sit down. I go to yogis and they help me they want me to walk out of their store satisfied and I love that!

Their house juice isn't the best and kind of expensive but great staff and they have cheap coils. Great place, just wish they had cheaper deals

After the great experience I had at the Maize location, I wanted to see how the main Yogi's Vape location compared, and I was not disappointed! I had a great conversation with the kind staff, and was pleasantly surprised by the vast sales floor! This location offers neat little novelties such as some fantastic-smelling candles, and some e-liquid flavors not found at the other locations. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Always answer all my questions and help as much as they can. Prices on house juices are getting a bit high but I've noticed lately they've gotten more staff and I no longer have to wait in long lines. Rainbow is my favorite juice, tastes just like Skittles.

The guy told me there is no nicotine in their juice? He looked stoned, so not sure if he was messing with me or not. I really couldn’t tell you if he was just a bit slow there or what. He wasn’t entirely… rude, he said they have in house juices but they don’t have nicotine in them and they don’t do anything. They have some pretty bad devices too and returns suck. Vapor 100 does 14 day return for any vapes. Great point system too, I’ve saved up to 20$ off before on a purchase. Really weird experience, Just go to Vapor 100

I had gotten a generalized answer online and I wanted to check it over the phone. I called every other vape store in Hutchinson an answer compared to the online answer. Yogi's is the the only correct answer. These guys are the only vape to go to.

Best vape shop in Hutchinson! They have handmade candles and wax for your wax warmer, and they smell sooo good and have a stronger smell than the ones that you buy from Walmart. Their vape juice is very high-quality and the prices are lower than most other vape shops. Plus, they have 2-for-1 vape juice on Tuesday!! I got a 60mL bottle of my favorite juice for like $15.00!! You can't beat that! Oh and their customer service is perfect!
