    It’s was nice and organized except the ladies that the front desk working ladies only gave us dirty looks like if we were gonna make trouble. They were also upset my other family canceled so they took it out on my dads bill and overcharged my parents for his 3 night stay. But then that one boy with the piercing on his face who worked was so kind and attentive to me and my family. Which made our stay feel a little bit better. Floors were messy like they don’t clean them including the bathtub. Other then that we were comfortable.

    A mixed experience here. The staff was very friendly, and the room was far better than OYO at least. Not enough parking - at least not for a U-Haul showing up late at night. They're pet friendly, that was fantastic. What really disappointed us was the cleaning staff. They paid attention to what was obvious, but missed an old pizza crust beneath the armchair, a big pasta (?) stain on the drawer below the TV, and a huge thrown liquid stain behind the door. The city it's in isn't great, but it is close to a few food options. I'd just as soon suggest you skip this city, but if you can't this is a fair option for sleep.

    We enjoyed a 4-day stay while attending a Family Reunion and this modest motel was sooo accommodating. The well-planned breakfast area allowed for 6 people to sit at tables and visit. The hot breakfast, plus cereal etc, was good. The staff worked hard meeting our every need with warm, friendly attitudes. The only negative? The juice machine was broken.

    I have stayed here many times. This trip was a little more disappointing but not terrible. It is a little difficult to get there but overall it is a good place to stay. I prefer staying here to the Fairfield that is about two blocks away.

    The room was fine and comfortable for me, but my wife found the bed to be too hard for her. The breakfast was bland, no much flavor with the sausage or the gravy for the biscuits.

    Rooms very clean other than the used coffee pod placed back into the new container. The outside of the hotel was very less than perfect. 3 homeless ppl standing outside for longer than 5 hours in seperate areas. Luckily no one broke into my vehicle but i couldnt sleep knowing that there were so many strangers outside. The hotel itself was good other than the nasty breakfast that my dog wouldnt even eat. Pool was murky couldnt see your legs that were inside. Fitness room is very limited but glad that its available. Yet they kicked us out for cleaning when its supposed to be open 24 hrs. Not the worst but has opportunity for improvement

    This is a desent place to stay. The breakfast was good. Lady at the front desk was nice. The housekeeper Denise was awesome! She was always nice to our son and even bought him some Starburst, which meant a lot to us.

    there was mold in the dish soap holder. there was hair on the side of the shower wall and in the bottom of the shower. when we went to check in they did not make sure that the credit card matched the driver's license and charged to the card anyway. the overall condition of the room was really dirty. won't stay here again.

    Room looked nice but I woke up with bug bites all over looked like flea bites but idk. I only came across one employee that was actually nice to us I'm not sure her name but she was wearing the dye at the time. The other employee I think the girl said was her manager or something was very short with us even before we asked to cancel the other days we planned to stay. I STILL haven't been refunded for the days we didn't stay and it has been almost a month ago. We stayed right before Halloween and it's now almost thanksgiving if that tells you anything.. the last time we called to ask about the refund she cut us off and said it'll take up to a week for the refund to process and it's now been almost a month. The only reason it's not getting a one star is for the one good employee we came across and the set up of the room looked good. If someone could get back to me about the refund and fix the flea issue then I'd gladly give a better review despite the poor hospitality.

    We had a wonderful experience at this Hotel last weekend. It was awesome being able to swim in an indoor heated pool & relax in a hot tub, especially since it's winter!! And our room was nice 'n clean. Best of all, the housekeeping staff respected our "do not disturb" sign on the door. Last time our family stayed at the Hyatt, the housekeeper came in our room at 8am and woke up all of my kids!! And we had the do not disturb sign on the doorknob! My husband & I were irritated to say the least. So from now on we will always choose to stay at this hotel! ♥️☺️ Thanks for the fun experience!

    It was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the hot tub. The jets weren't working and the front desk person said it has been that way for a long time. It is extremely small and 4 ft tall with one step. Careful!

    Our “stay” was a disaster. We reserved our room as we were going to be in Hutchinson for a family wedding. Very late that evening we checked into our room. Got our room key. Got to our room only to find either it hadn’t been cleaned or someone was already occupying the room. Back at front desk we were informed there were no other rooms available. All other hotels in Hutch were full. We were forced to drive home 3 hours in the middle of the night.

    This place is sketch. We've stayed at enough Holiday Inn Express locations to know good from bad. It took three phone calls to talk with someone. Upon arrival we were led to a room that wasn't cleaned as of 8pm, the next room we were given didn't have a working thermostat, and only two towels in the room. No towels at the pool and some janky wanderers in the parking lot. As a hungry family of four traveling across the state of KS- we opted out of breakfast and just simply hit the road- we didn't get a rested night sleep here and noted as a place to not return. Assuming IHG investors, Holiday Inn Express GM's, and area managers want to set eyes on their investment here. Extra measures can certainly make this ideal location better for travelers. ** And why is it so difficult to leave a review on the hotel website? Had to resort to Google.

    Great hotel and you can’t beat the price and what you get here. Natalie was at the front desk and was so helpful and nice. She really made me feel welcomed here and gave great recommendations. I will stay here again.

    The employee working when I checked in wasn't very friendly. I asked for adjoining or next to each other, I was rudely informed they would be opposite each other. That was fine. Not so much her wording and tone. Rooms were very clean. The night staff, housekeeping, breakfast area, and morning staff were all very friendly.

    I made reservations with them a week in advanced with my daughters birthday and the day of our suppose to be stay, luckily I had called to see if I could rent a room specifically for the cake and presents because plans for that had changed and she told me it would be 25 for an hour and I said okay I’ll go ahead and do that. She then pulled up my reservation and said well we don’t rent to people who have a drivers licensed issues here in Hutchinson Kansas. And I said alright then we will figure something else out for the cake and we will still stay so my girls can swim. And she said NO and was very hateful and said I can’t rent room to you at all. And I said not for a night? And she said no. I asked for her manager to call me and she told me “no he’s not going call you. You can’t rent a room.” And I said so your telling me that if someone has an emergency in their home they can’t rent a room if their ID says Hutchinson Kansas? And she said that is correct we would say absolutely not just like we are to you now. I asked again to talk to her manager and she said no. So I told her to cancel my stay and I’d be in touch with her manager. If the manager doesn’t see this and contact me before Monday I will be calling the corporate office. Her tone and behavior over the phone was non professional and unacceptable.
