They try to force you to make good reviews if your staying there. So many of the good reviews are forced . The owner stole $200 from me. Everything has stains on it and holes. Don't trust the owner. I'm not the only one who he has done this to. T

(10/22)Cheapest room in town. Front door and back door to the building. Once in, it is down stairs to the bottom floor, up stairs to the 2nd floor, and up more stairs to the 3rd floor. Light bulbs burned out, smoke detector beeping due to low battery, queen mattress (very comfortable!) on a full size box springs. Roll over too far and you're on the floor! Very dim bathroom light. Plugs behind bed so loose if you plug things in they fall out immediately. No cleaning done while there two weeks. Hard to get towels and washcloths. Toilet paper rolls are doll-sized. No roller in holder for toilet paper. Refrigerator worked great, heat/air worked great. TV is Cox Cable so some channels drifted. Mouse hole in the corner of the room. Definitely had been sprayed for bugs due to finding dead crickets, spiders, etc. Only found one live spider while there abd he wasn't very lively. DEFINITELY NO BED BUGS!!!! But once I went to Walmart and bought the toilet spindle, toilet paper, washcloths, light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and full size trash bags instead of small store bags it wasn't bad for the price. I should have bought a dust mop for the floor too. Lots of dogs so some barking, door slamming, yelling, and fighting but that could be anywhere. This is the picture of room 12 on the bottom floor. I actually would stay there again if my key deposit had been returned as promised. DO NOT EXPECT THE $40. KEY DEPOSIT RETURNED!!!! I returned my key. Manager said she would have to credit it back to my account but didn't do it while I was there. Now says she did it but it has never been put back in my bank. (05/23) UPDATE! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! I stayed in October of 2022. My bank account was charged $480. for my 2 week stay. Key deposit was never returned. On May 21, 2023 THEY TOOK OUT ANOTHER $480. COMMITTING FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOW DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND JAIL THE OWNERS, AS WILL MY BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO RETURN MY MONEY ASAP!!!!!!! AND GIVE ME BACK MY $40. KEY DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You people that are negotiable about this motel .haven't stayed here science it's been under new management Chris and the staff here have been working hard to get reputation changed .from old owner and every day there's remodeling going on. It takes time and money to get it back on top again.why don't u all give Chris and staff a brake they deserve it. Good job keep it up. It coming around.

EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN ROOMS , THE PROPERTY IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED, AND THE RESPECT MR. CHRIS SHOWS HIS GUESTS IS A GREAT QUALITY ...... WHENEVER I NEED A PLACE TO STAY , I SHALL ALWAYS STAY IN EITHER THE SKY PALACE OR THE SUNFLOWER ... AMELIA SUTTON LIED ON HER REVIEW , these 2 hotels are A GREAT PLACE TO STAY TO STAY , AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERY TO CHOOSE THE SKY PALACE AND THE SUNFLOWER HOTELS

The crew does well. They appreciate their residents as far as I know. And nm they don't answer downed ac calls. Paco hasn't come back with a fuse

My lil home away from home, I'm going to genuinely miss staying here once I get back on my feet and into an apartment. The rooms are basic but more than enough to keep you comfortable. There's no bugs and it's a clean little hole in the wall. The staff is wonderful and so SO nice, VERY understanding and willing to work with you a lot of the time. If there's issues with anything, they're quick to fix things for you and make sure you're happy. The long-term guests become more like family than just the regular strangers in a motel. Everyone looks out for each other and helps out when and where they can. It tends to get a bad reputation, but if you're willing to give it a chance it will most certainly grow on you! Coming here was the result of a bad situation but I will be leaving here with friendships that will last a lifetime!

Needs Work, back door didn't close a violation of the Fire Marshall's Rules and Regulations and open skewer drain, attracting files in an unclossing door, allowing not only flies but unwanted guests in at any hour.

My stay at the Sunflower Inn was pleasant with staff interacting on a friendly and respectful personal level. This was much appreciated. The price was great, the key deposit was a little high, but understandable to insure rooms are taken care of. The room was clean, provided with hygiene products, and comfortable. I also appreciated that the staff were cognizant of conserving electrical energy by unplugging unused power outlets, as well as requesting lights be turned off. All in all, I was very happy with my stay. Budget friendly, pleasant staff, everything I was looking for.

This place has done alot for me. After moving here in early May, and nobody willing to rent to "the new guy" in town...i found myself in desperate need of an affordable place to stay. Its clean, the staff go out of their way for everyone staying, and the owner is very respectable. Whether its for a night, you are in town working, or just down on your luck with limited funds...i will definitely recommend this place. The owners are new, and working hard to bring the place back to life. I hope your experience will be as good as mine has been.

No towels. Was told only $45 rooms were left and no cars in the lot or people in sight. Was hoping to get a $25 room, but wasn't "available". Must be really bad if the $45 was the best thing available. Didn't get a key because that would've needed a key 🔑 deposit, and didn't wanna trust I would get it back. Took the lady several tries on different doors to get one to unlock with her master set. Very scary place...

The place is so more cleaner than the last time I was there. The new manager is so helpful and treats everyone awesome. I felt at home here. Thank you for the great stay. I will be coming back.

Nice place to stay, I have stayed one week and everything feels good. Rooms was very clean.

It's good for an immediate situation, but when I moved in, I was told it was a 40 dollar key and room deposit, which I paid weoved in and actually lived there from December to March then March comes along and I never paid her my deposit, and she has my ID because I let her hold onto that as a substitute... That was a lie because if she had it, she'd still have it... We left kinda overnight... I would not suggest taking your family here it's a trap and a half... If you're single with no one to look after, you may make it out alive... But you're surrounded by roaches and a building that's falling apart, there were constant issues with the plumbing...

Owner yells at customers. Doesn't give refunds. Sleeps with his employees. His hotels allows drug use, and has bed bugs. Rented a room half a ceiling was missing, toliet was broken. Grosses place to stay... If you want to catch anything this is the place to be.
