I booked a stay here and I canceled at 5:03 pm the day of stay. According to the website if you cancel before 6pm the day of stay you won't be charged. The next day I was charged for both days. When confronted about it in person they had different policies that were nowhere to be found except on person at the front desk. They tried to give the run around and to call corporate. Corporate is currently looking into the issue and should have my refund within a week. I would not recommend giving your money to shady business tactics as this

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfy with just the right firmness to the mattress. Was pleasantly surprised to find a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and microwave in the room as well. Along with a loveseat, chair and coffee table. Would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start? My husband and I used to stay in the previous hotel, Red Coach Inn, when he was working in the pipeline. Now, with the new management, it has gone downhill so much that the room was nasty. The bed was like laying on concrete so much so that we didn't even stay after paying for the night, so now out being $50 and ruining our anniversary plans. If I could rate it a 0, I would.

Awful. Disingenuous staff. Exploitative standards. I would not bring children here because of the men that seem to loiter with the permission of the hotel staff. My daughter overhead an adult conversation with the hotel clerk and another person and she is 12. I would of given 4 stars for the motel and it's appearance and amenities and location but safety of children comes 1st to me.

Everything was filthy, including the room key, which was my first indication that it may be a theme. The room itself had a strange/bad odor. The sink was dripping and the bathroom smelled of urine, too. No surfaces had been wiped and the floor was not swept. The beds were made but the sheets and comforters were blood stained. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold. The mini fridge was so frozen over that the door could not shut. Did their housekeepers quit? Absolutely disgusting place, would rate 0 if possible!! We left but they completely refused to refund me any of my money! Never stay here! Horrible service and filthy unsanitary rooms!!!

Let me preface this with saying I typically stay in super 8s when I travel, so I am accustomed to budget hotels. My husband and I stayed here for one night last week and as soon as we pulled into the parking lot the concerns started. The mattress seemed clean, but that was the only plus. I asked for an upper level floor because that’s an easy way to mitigate risk in a sketchy area, but none were available despite the obvious vacancy. The floor level windows open up all the way, don’t have screens and someone can easily just hop into the room. There is a lock on the window but it was faulty and took both of us to set it. When we walked into the bathroom, there was still water droplets in the shower and a few body hairs as well, so I doubt it was cleaned before our visit. The AC smelled moldy and one of the curtains was tied onto the rod by a plastic baggie (?). All furniture had extreme wear and tear. I wish my husband would have read the google reviews as the owners seem to just not care and not take all of the feedback that customers have consistently left. They are not the type of people I would like to give my business to. There are many options in the area in this price range- I would avoid this one.

Very simple, CLEAN, quiet room. Manager/ owner very pleasant and helpful. I requested an extra bath towel and a hairdryer and promptly received them! The cost is so reasonable in today's market. We had a King room, again simple decor but CLEAN.. We will definitely stay again😊

The gal who checked me in at the front desk was so kind. She prompt and professional. Great service! Rooms are to be expected for an economical hotel. The quietness is nice and the TVs are good. Good location for shopping and food.

This was a terrible place. Old, run down, dirty and bad service. The bed was hard and lumpy and the bedding was worn out and smelled. The pillows were falling apart and also lumpy. The room was really dark. Light bulbs were low wattage or burned out. The shower curtain smelled musty and was stained. The curtain was falling off the rod. They charged us multiple room deposits and we had to get the cc company involved to get it resolved. Hallways smelled of pot.

Location is not the best. The room was ok, however there was a moth nest in the room that had clearly been there awhile. Service was terrible. They tried to double charge incidentals for myself and my friend who was staying with me, and argued that both had to pay, even though there was already a card on file. Then my car was hit in their parking lot, not blaming them for that, stuff happens in parking lots. However, when i went to tell the night manager that I was calling the police to file a report, no one was there. It took an hour, and no staff could be found to help look at or pull footage to see who hit Me. When I brought this up the next Day I was told that I shouldn't be upset because they finally talked to the police at 2:30, over an hour and a half after it happened. When I asked why no one had been available when we initially needed them, I was told the night manager had been in the bathroom the entire 45 minutes this had been going on. They told me I shouldn't be upset because my car had been hit. They then argued with me when I asked for a corporate number to talk to someone about what just happened. The rooms may be ok, but the staff is horribly rude and they will not help you at all.

Room was adequate. But breakfast had spoiled food. From eggs to coffee creamer everything was sour. Worker poured new juice over old juice. Waffle batter was sour. Coffee creamer was slimy dry, it wouldn't pour out of the bottle. Milk sour. Boiled eggs tasted spoiled. Very disturbing. I won't stay here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Me and my softball team needed a place to stay so our coach booked this place. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in. When we finally got to our rooms, thankfully, there were no bedbugs, BUT there was pee stains, blood stains, dried boogers, and clusters of hair everywhere. The pillows and bedsheets were yellow and had a foul smell. It was so bad that we had to find another hotel the next morning. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please do not stay here!!!

I've stayed at this hotel before and it was fine however this time the room was nasty. There was something splattered all over the wall by the door and what looked to be dried buggars smeared on wall in front of toilet. The rags and towels were stained. There was one working lamp in room. The toilet didn't flush very good the 2nd night. The only good thing was no bugs. When I went to check out, no one was available and the phone number that it said to call wasn't working. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Hotel manager don't bother to reply with the same reply you've had for over a year because you obviously aren't trying to fix it! If only I would've read reviews before booking!

Seriously, do not stay here. SMELLY, FILTHY, DANGEROUS, CREEPY Signs said they were under construction, but it looked like they just didn't have any cleaning supplies. Or vacuums. Or motivation to clean. I sure didn't see any improvements in progress. Outside door latch on the back door is broken. There is a picture online of the door latch in the same broken condition 10 months ago. The first room we checked into: pillows were stained and dirty with no cases 3 of 5 lightbulbs in the room were burned out refrigerator was without power and smelly water ran out when I opened the door They put us in another room with the following issues: curtain rod was broken in half (The desk clerk came into our room uninvited and attempted to fix it but made it worse. He then would not leave and kept explaining how this was housekeeping's issue and he could not be held responsible.) 2 burned out lightbulbs fridge was frozen up with ice and had old food in it from previous guests toilet the seat was broken the toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall microwave made a loud noise when used desk knob was missing entertainment center latch was broken and had a sharp protruding bracket that was a hazard for my young son tub did not drain there were no clean towels at the front desk Two other guests at the front desk echoed my experience In the laundry room THERE WAS A DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS JUMPSUIT AND A PAIR OF SHOES IN THE TRASH! Someone literally walked into the hotel, where we were sleeping, through the broken door, and swapped out their clothes for some in the dryer. Presumably an escaped inmate trying to avoid the police. Also, there is barbwire stapled to the top of the privacy fence to give you an idea of what kind of trailerhood this is in. UPDATE: Over a month later, the manager has still not answered multiple phone calls or emails. But has managed to track down my negative review and leave a heartfelt reply about how they take these issues very seriously. Looks like he does that for literally every single negative review. Unbelievable

The rooms were clean. The towels were stained and threadbare. The shower head was broken. The pillows felt ages old...hard and flat. The man working was very nice. I believe he was the only one there, as he was there afternoon, evening, and morning.

  • 1/5 Kirsten W. 6 months ago on Google
Absolutely horrible. The management ignores any concerns and gives you undeliverable emails and phone number to try reach the hotel owner. We had what looked to be pee stained pillows with no pillow cases and leftover rotting food In the refrigerator. The front desk clerk is rude and dismissive. The curtain rod was broken waiting and barely Holding on.

I had a great experience my space was clean new mattress big fridge and awesome water pressure. Breakfast was basic and easy. Very nice staff along with helpful I appreciate it and would recommend it to anyone on a budget or based off my experience. Wanted to also say the location made easy to get to alot of places like shopping for food, merchandise and really good restaurants within walking distance. I'm grateful for always quick service. The gentleman working the desk was always on top of everything i needed everyone I seen was helped at 100% and catered too with needs being handled in real time. Met some good people staying here while having breakfast we all agreed place was worth the stay.

Please take note of the fact that the only reason this establishment has even mediocre ratings is because it has a slew of reviews from other affiliated hotels, and even its own employees. Bar none the single worst hotel experience I've ever had, to say the facility is unclean or in disrepair is a tremendous understatement. Fixtures falling off the wall, stained sheets, odors, holes in the shower curtain, mysterious stains on every surface, the ceiling above the shower literally had a hole in it. Every thirty minutes throughout the entire night we were woken up by the room above us seemingly dragging their furniture across the floor, paper thin adjacent walls made us aware of every movement our neighbors made. If you have absolutely any other option than staying here I'd encourage you to do so, I wish I had slept in my vehicle.

it was wonderful being able to fully relax in my room because it was so clean. The walk-in shower was beautiful too, and I loved all the local artisan items throughout the hotel. All the staff were friendly. My stay was absolutely relaxing and peaceful.

I stay at Baymonts fairly often. This one was run by people who don't understand customer service. I was told $48 (which usually in my travels all over the country means, out the door). The TV didn't work, even though there were three controllers underneath it (so they knew there was a problem). I go down in the morning for "continental breakfast." They had juice but no cups, cereal but no milk, and no fruit. I asked the other guest and he said there was no attendant for help. So I go to check out, and there is no attendant as the other guest mentioned. I couldn't check out, so I couldn't see what they really were going to charge me on my CC. Two days later, I get a charge on my card for $61.29. Today, I called there to try to resolve things and the person said, "If you didn't try to resolve it that day, I can't help you now." Just how was I to resolve things when there is no one there? The place is run down and dirty. You don't want to stay here. Update: Now that the hotel has responded, WHY didn't they offer adjustment? Any idiot manager is going to say they will "investigate" and "take ample steps" to... Too little too late.

Room was clean just in need of a little TLC grin which they are currently under a remodeling... no issues with Artemis or Brutus... no free breakfast and not a lot of room for parking while towing...staff was very friendly.. will happily stay there again

This place was freshly painted but dirty. There was urine all over the toilet seat, what I think was vomit on the walls and cabinet beside it and a gap between the bathroom tile and main flooring that was full of dirt. The breakfast area was not clean, with the tables having the same coffee stains and crumbs on them from the day before. The waffle batter dispenser was crusted with batter. The strip dispenser was disgusting. Beds were comfy. Pillows were yellow and lumpy. To be fair, I didn't ask for clean up. I just went and bought cleaner and did it myself.

We reserved this room through Wyndham , that experience was nice and smooth with no issues. When we arrived at the hotel we questioned right off whether we wanted to stay here. It looks dated and questionably maintained. Don't get me wrong we have stayed in many places that are not 5 stars, but this place from the outside looks stretchy. We asked prior to arrival if we were able to check on before 3pm, were told yes IF we paid $20, needless to say we didn't do that .. REALLY? When we got into our rooms we were surprised. There is no closet of any kind to hang your clothes. NO ROOM to move around VERY CRAMPED. The beds were on these metal frames that made such loud noises when you moved on the bed. The mattress is hard as a rock , the pillows were so flat you might as well not have one. The coffeepot had molded old coffee in it. There was only 1 cup to drink or rinse your mouth out and 2 towels for a room that is supposed to sleep 4. PLUS there is a DIRTY TOWEL hanging behind the bathroom door, YUCK! We went to the lobby to get coffee since we obviously couldn't use the coffee pot in our room and that coffee was lukewarm. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The accomodation was quiet nice and comfortable 😊 , One of the cleanest hotel I have been in . The staff was so friendly and they give me a water bottle while checking in . It is so near by zoo and aquatic center . The breakfast was excellent . Totally I enjoyed the stay here , Highly recommended place in Hutchinson

This is a older hotel with many improvements. It is bot the nicest but it is clean and the beat value in the area! I plan to stay here every time I am in Hutchinson. They went out of their way to put me and my family members rooms close together. Recomended!

The staff and management on duty were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and clean but the air conditioning could not cool the room and was very loud when it did run. The room floor was sticky in some places and the lock securing the back door to the hotel hallway was broken and would not latch at all (see photo).

Affordable, great location & quiet place by restaurants and stores for convenience. Liked · Check in was prompt, service professional & friendly. ID & form of payment required for verification. Lobby/Breakfast area was clean. Room was average sized w/queen bed on raised metal base. A/C unit (worked well but loud like fan on very high setting- I love that white noise to sleep though), microfridge, microwave, coffee maker (no coffee packets present in room though), alarm clock, desk, lazy chair and foot rest, Large rotating LG flatscreen, blow dryer, ice bin and cups provided in room. Bathroom was average sized but the best was the huge showerhead! Water stayed hot but you can adjust to very hot which is a plus! 2 regular sized bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels, shampoo/conditioner & 2 bar soaps provided. Exterior may look dated but I recommend it because it fors the job for comfort & rest. Breakfast included cooked, uncracked eggs in egg warmer, waffle maker, maple syrup, fresh apples, orange juice, fruit juice, iced water, oatmeal, regular coffee & creamer/milk, toast & butter. Plastic plates, plastic utensils, and napkins provided. Disliked · The bed was raised on a metal base so everytime you accidently grazed your foot and hit the side, it tooted with vibration like a train-not a huge problem though. Breakfast was sufficient for the price. It would have been nice to have a few other things but I'm grateful there was at least something! Last 2 Inns we stayed at was more expensive and they did not provide breakfast at all. No condiments e.g. jelly, pb, hot sauce, etc. The shampoo/conditioner was Matrix brand but the conditioner did not condition my hair well. Felt like generic conditioner filled. But grateful for it. Lotion was not provided, fyi (I always have my own though).

I really wanted to give this a higher score. The following are what make it lower. AC was really, really loud. I expect louder AC units at a motel, but not so loud you cannot even talk over the phone. The breakfast was not worth the effort. The room albeit small was adequate.

My husband and I were traveling through in our motorhome when the heater quit working and needed a room to grab a few zzz’s and a hot shower. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Was nice to have a complimentary breakfast before heading out. And parking lot was easy to access for our RV
