The front desk clerk was friendly and the hotel was very nice, well-maintained, and reasonably-priced. I stayed in room 120, which was very clean and has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. The free hot breakfast was good and the kitchen/eating area was neat and organized. I will definitely stay here again should the need arise.

I am very surprised this is a Wyndham property. This hotel is very outdated , must and just out of date. I expected more from a day's inn Wyndham. The staff were away from the desk most of the time and had to call them. I guess they live on property. The room was smaller than expected. Was supposed to be a queen bed, but it was just a full size. The room was outdated and smelled musty. Towels were dirty with stains. My one washcloth was dirty compared to others. The breakfast was OK the one day we got it. Later on I had to ask for new towels and washcloth and toilet paper, a couple was checking and around 3pm and the man looked at the breakfast area and asked if the maid was off, because the area may have been cleaned of the food but the gravy pod had nit been cleaned not had the counters. The man at the desk said we clea. Later, we were fully booked. Later, when we were leaving for dinner at 6 pm, the man and I guess the mother who worked the counter was leaning the area finally. The location was good as far as being close to everything's. The price was OK but indid expect more from a day's inn Wyndham.

Had a nice AAA rate ( much lower than nearby hotels ) and was very happy with this Days Inn , located in a nice location not far from a WalMart , convenience stores, and other stores. Room was clean with a nice microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast had the Golden Malted Make your own Waffles , and they also had Biscuits and Gravy along with a few other things. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean! We’ll lit parking lot at night . I will stay here again!

After seeing the response from the owner and not getting a response from Wyndham, I'm updating my review. Do not believe them when they say they weren't rude. It's a common theme on these reviews. The manager was absolutely rude and dismissive and did not care. They are unscrupulous at the very least and thieves at the worst. This was a simple mistake that they could have easily fixed and they chose rather to stick a teacher with the bill for no services rendered. That's not customer service. That's just evil. Stay away! I hope this keeps people from staying here and they go out of business. Original review: I've stayed in this hotel multiple times and haven't had a problem until now. There was a mistake on my reservation--whether that be the fault of the website or mine, it was still wrong and I got charged for five rooms on a date we were not there. When I called after the charges showed up weeks early by my plans I was treated with utter disrespect on the phone and told that there was nothing that could be done. I am out the cost of five rooms and I was reserving them for my students as I'm a teacher. It's not like I'm swimming in money and can afford to throw away hundreds of dollars. I contacted Wyndham in writing and they have never answered. In my opinion this is akin to theft. The truth is I would have booked again for the right date so they weren't going to be out my money. I'll never stay at this hotel or chain again and they're missing out on a lot of future business. Buyer beware. They do not care about you and will use any excuse to take you to the cleaners.

It is simple, but you'll have clean rooms and plenty of nearby restaurants. It's in a fairly quiet area and the staff were friendly to my wife and I. It's also pet friendly, a huge bonus for us and our cats. If you're stuck in Hutchinson, I'd recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable,clean , friendly and accommodating staff the pool was clean and very nice feeling . We travel alot to different towns to watch local dirt track racing . First time I've been comfortable enough to feel almost like home . We will stay here again everytime we come to Hutchinson for the races

The good- the room included a wet bar, sofa, desk microwave fridge and was nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. Quiet the night I stayed. Hot breakfast. The annoying- to me- old beat up hp printed sheets plastered on the entrance door and front desk advising guests of all types of policies. Also the property could use some sprucing up. Entrance door needs new paint job for example.

We made reservations 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived the clerk was curt and not friendly at all. When we checked into our room I kept hearing water running. I thought someone had left water running in the tub but it wouldn't turn off.When we told the front desk he said quite curtly. I know it's not turning off. When we asked him for a different room he gave us attitude. That room should not have been rented. We moved to another friendlier motel a mile away. Don't stay here.

The images were taken when we checked the beds for bugs as soon as we walked in the room. The man was rude and so are you. Stellar customer service you got there. I only wish I had taken an image of the broken tub stopper with the metal sticking up.The location is great but the guy checking us in was very rude and snatched the paper I was signing in on. I simply wanted to see what it said. When we got upstairs our bed was not a queen but a full. The best had garbage underneath it. The room appeared dirty. The plug was broken in the tub. The floor mat had tons of strings all over. On the last day I had 6 bites from something on my arm and back. Changed into my clothes and got 3 more on my knee. Not a mosquito in site just weird rapid bites that left welts. Not going back. But it is a great centrally located spot.

Fine for convenient location along the way to stop. The room smelled or dog urine which really changed my mind on the place. Looked clean but certainly didn't smell that way!!!

4/23 Travelling with our dog across the country. We stayed in several budget hotels, and this was by far the best value. Our room has a single queen sized bed, spacious bathroom, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. The room and hotel were clean and fresh looking. I don't believe they charged a fee for having our dog. I really don't understand the negative reviews. Either that were old reviews under old management, or just winers. For a 2* hotel, it is a great value!

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The room had cigarette holes on all the blankets as well as stains 🤢 Microwave was dirty. Was more of a low end motel than what you would think of a hotel being. The worst part was when I brought up my concerns to the front desk attendant he began yelling at me, verbally attacking me, offered no upgrade or even a small percentage off to make the issue right, not even clean blankets and sheets. Absolutely uncalled for, the room cost money and I had my son with me and we deserved a sanitary room. Gross. Disgusting. Please do not stay here. (In response to your response) You are now flat out lying. There was no upgrade offered upcharge or not ..nothing was offered to remedy the issue. Yes the room was smoking but it should still have been sanitary, which it was not. Gross. Baymont is better and probably any other hotel in hutch. Poor business practice. A report was filed with BBB.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk clerk is very RUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, when calling the front desk or approaching the front desk employee CARL “I believe is his name” is rude or never available because he’s in the back sleeping and does not want to be disturbed… The OWNER has an attitude of the employee is ALWAYS RIGHT, assuming because he’s mainly the only employee for the front desk. I paid for 2 rooms with 4 nights and you would think I could at least get respect NOT attitude for asking a question smh. Choose your stay wisely.

Do not stay at this property they will steal ur momey after they cancel your reservations. They shouldnt get the money if they cancel and not stay there. That is Fraud and you are stealing money. Your gm or owner of the hotel shouldn't have a hotel in kansas and then live out state in Oklahoma. This hotel need to be shut down and Wyndham needs to take there flag ship from this property.

Ok place. Front Desk guy had an issue with my reservation. We got our room and no remote. Front Desk guy said people steal them all the time. No tea bags on the breakfast. All in all it was a good stay .

You know you're going for value, not luxury, at a Days Inn. Our room was clean, everything was functional, and the place was relatively quiet. That's about as much as one can wish for at a Days Inn. I didn't try the breakfast, so I have no comment on that.

I went to Hutchinson for vacation in June. We stayed for two nights from June 9th - June 12th. It was horrendous. The guy at the front desk was a grouch. The breakfast tasted like cardboard. Our room was small. The bed that my mom and dad slept on was infested with bed bugs. How come my mom got bit but I didn’t? If I was to go on vacation again, it’ll be to Enid. They got a lot more stuff to do in Enid. I definitely will NOT be returning to Hutchinson.

The room was clean and comfortable but the stairwell and hallway near the entrance smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I felt sorry for the one person on duty 24/7 who didn't seem to enjoy the job. Breakfast was waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt cups and, sometimes, sausage links heated in the microwave. It was okay for the price but I'll opt to pay more for something better the next time I'm in Hutchinson, KS.

Yes.... Rude at the front desk. Not a people person or something!!! I was overcharged for having to go to a funeral and not check out! Pet fee was waved for 1 day but.... overcharged for $20. & full extra days rental?! Is that your policy?

Dogs barking all night. A guy at breakfast told us he had bed bugs in his room. We wont be back.Man at front desk was very rude. Hot tub was broken.

Bed was super comfy. Different set up then I had seen before. Plugins and places to plug your phone in on alarm clock, not what was expecting. A pleasant surprise to say the least. I do wish 2 items were included in the rooms. One being a listing of restaurant or things to do in Hutchinson for people not from there and possibly a makeup remover wipe in the bathroom with the shampoo and soap. Just one of those things easily forgotten and much appreciated. The breakfast had was ok, nothing fab. Would have liked maybe fresh fruit, cold cereal and toast or muffins to be offered as well.

The price was fair and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but decent quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price.

My family, and many others, were evacuated from our small town around midnight due to a natural gas explosion. The salvation army set us up to go to this hotel and the man behind the desk was a complete jerk! Told a crowd of people that he would not put anyone in a room til someone gave a credit card number. This was after he was called ahead of time and informed that there would be people coming. While I realize this was a rough situation, none of us wanted to be there and I'm sure he didn't want all of us there. He was rude to everyone and was yelling at people that couldn't hear what he was saying. My husband and I decided to take our three kids to a different hotel and just pay out of pocket for a better experience. The guy informed everyone that he was to only employee there and that he worked 24/7 for the last two years. 100% would not recomend
