All the sites are full hookup. Very clean facilities, including laundry room. Smart idea to have the bath house as the storm shelter also. There's a nice level of security from the storm shelter to the security lights all over the park. The owners are both friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

In an effort to extend our vacation and casually travel back home from Colorado, we looked at RV parks about half way between our prior spot and home. We Google-map searched for RV parks and found this beautiful place! The office in the 1-room school house is charming, and self checking was a breeze. Even after hours, we could purchase firewood (from an authentic-looking wood shed) and ice. Our spot, #11, was HUGE: We could park a large RV, our truck, and a another small RV or truck if we needed to do so. The site had a fore ring but an adorable new tree, plus a picnic table, and plenty of room on the side for a large rug and many chairs. And the price: Very low, especially compared to KOAs, and we had a Good Sam discount. While we had our RV, the cabins, built in a style you might see on this prairie a century ago, were beautiful!

New campground's located behind the new truck stop. Easy to enter/exit from the highway. Polite staff if helpful. $40 a day +. $25 for a trailer or extra vehicle

Very nice little park. I had not made reservations, but the lady I talked to was very nice and helpful and with her instructions I easily did "after hours" check-in, got the correct code to get everything, no problem. The bathroom was clean and warm, but the water in the shower could have been warmer. The park is close to everything, so I can get gas and get on 61 south easy peasy in the morning. Quiet & peaceful spot. I was here in a 24' Class C.

Manager was very nice and assisted us over the phone with a one night reservation. I was impressed with the existence of a storm shelter ( It is Kansas...) in the building housing the showers/toilet rooms. Very clean and secure with combination locks. Highly recommend!

We needed a place to stop and sleep for 1 night, last minute. I emailed them and she got back to me fairly quickly with a space, instructions for stay and it was a great price for FULL hook up. Clean bathrooms/showers.

Nice park, big sites & they do have cabins. Very convenient to all the things to do here in S.Hutchinson & Hutchinson. The manager took care of us when we had to extend more than once. The owner worked with us, actually did the work, to get a replacement braker in a very hard & tight spot. We thank you so much for your help & hospitality. We will come back. Dutch & Di

Wish I had taken photos but it rained most of our stay. This is a small park but one of the best private parks for miles. The bathrooms and showers are clean and really nice. They have some small cabins like tiny houses that looked like they were all being occupied by long term families. This is the only thing that turned me off with several things outside of these cute tiny houses. The lady in the office was very nice. My daughter even went in and visited the office cats

Update to my post below stayed here again and this time we extended our stay two nights to enjoy a warm front moving through the area. Once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are level sites, full hookups, and laundry on site, great wi-fi, good prices, very clean bathroom/showers which are kept cozy and warm all year! A very nice loft with rocking chairs, a TV and full kitchen can be rented, again very clean and well maintained. Near the underground Salt Museum and the Cosmosphere. Close to major roads. Nicest camprgound we have stayed at in that area of Kansas. Since this is in Kansas, like everything there, its fields forever so no tree cover and a bit breezy. Still 5 stars for us.

This is a very nice rv park with bathouse and cabins. Self check in was simple and my stay was short and sweet. I got in about 6pm on Sunday evening and was out by 8 am Monday morning, and never met anyone from the park.

Very nice large roomy sites. Easy access on and off Hwy 50. Quiet, comfortable and excellent value. We would definitely return upon future travels through south Central KS. 🙂

We will be back. We only stayed one night. Area was clean, well marked for out spot, picnic table, fire-spot, a few trees, easy pull thru for our 5th wheel. Some lighting, bring a flashlight. Easy access to utilities. Internet available but I am not sure we used it. Small lake nearby to walk to. I saw Herron and geese as well as a few others. The long term stay folks were fabulous. We came back from our event, our dogs (in the camper) were happy to see us ran down the steps. Our deaf and almost blind pug wondered off before I could get her harness and leash on. These folks got out and started helping us look for her. It took quite a while but she was found.

Best campground around the area, nice location right outside of South Hutchinson, this is our second time here and we like it. Jennifer has always been a good host to deal with! Sites are always clean and nice. I've never been in the cabins so I can't speak for them.

Nice open sites with easy pull through access. Originally booked for a single night but extended to several after setting up and enjoying the quiet. Site 10 is spacious, level and with full hook-ups and for $20 a night (Passport America), a fantastic bargain. Met the owner who was friendly and eager for feedback on ways to make the park better. To be fair, he set it up right. Sure, the trees need to grow and mature but the water pressure was good, the power was clean, sewer connection threaded, roads gravel and spacing nice. No clue on the other reviews speaking of anyone being rude. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. I’ll come back here again in a heartbeat.

Owners or management not sure who I talked to on phone. They were extremely rude and insulting. I will never even think about staying there again and I will make sure everyone that might stay there knows about my experience. Completely despicable and uncalled for!!!

I can't say enough about this RV Park. The owner and office manager helped us out when our house was flooded. Jennifer worked hard to find a spot for us! She is the sweetest lady and Richard, the owner, helped us out on the price of the site. We were there 3 weeks. They have nice bathrooms, laundry room and a storm shelter that will handle many people! Cute cabins also. We can't thank you enough for all you did for us! GREAT RV Park. Thanks Jennifer and Richard.
