This Walmart is huge! They have a good selection of groceries and everything else. Everyone's really helpful, it's clean, and has good deals. I just wish they didn't have so much stuff behind locked cases. Like socks, and nail polish. It's weird. I also wish they had more cashiers instead of mainly just self check out. And with some of the self check outs it's hard to notice that some only take cash.

I purchased and did an online store pick-up order for the promotional holiday event. The store location had availability and even a status bar to track progress. It even displayed a message “Pick up anytime after 6:47 pm”. I arrived 30 minutes early only to receive a text message ten minutes before the scheduled timestamp that my item was unexpectedly canceled. What was upsetting was that I was charged for the item and drove down to the store, only to be canceled. I am dissatisfied with my experience. They did not make me whole and made me miss out on the holiday event this year.

I went to the automotive department to get my battery tested and probably buy a new one. A transaction that would have taken ten minutes tops. I arrived at about 6:10 pm and the sign said the were open until 7. I stood and watched them in the shop through a window, they knew I was there and ignored me. Eventually another employee from a different department saw me and told them to come serve me. Another 5 minutes passed and someone came inside and started to close the shutter that separated the auto department from the rest of the store. It was 6:20. The guy then walks up to me and asks me what I need, and I'm not even sure why he asked because when he responded he mumbled something about "we're closed". I asked why the sign says they're open until 7 and he incoherently mumbled some more. He was a native English speaker mind you, and he could not be bothered to enunciate his words or raise his voice enough to be understood. They closed 40 minutes early. Walmart really is a joke now.

Auto center super helpful ordered some tires came for my appointment got my tires installed 10/10 recommend. Amazing customer service. Service manager 10/10. While I was there waiting and browsing around Walmart it's for sure the cleanest Walmart I've shopped at.

Caution when buying donuts: they are always either a day old, or, they put them out late (never before 10AM), so it’s in your best interest to avoid the entire bakery for this simple, constant mistake. Target donuts are the same price & you can select flavors. Edit: they now sell their donuts in angled plastic packaging so the glaze gets all over the place: nothing but genius moves at Walmart. If you’re going to force us to use self checkout could you install more lanes please? This place just gets worse & worse. 10+ year old shopping carts that only get washed by the rain, it’s embarrassing to shop there to be honest.

The store was very dirty. Restrooms were trashed. We asked employees for some help on finding items & the response was, "This is not my area!"I don't have time to look it up." "Really, I'm going to break. Find someone else." After that, we left the store. Never going back. Wow, It's Maple Grove. Bad News!

Found everything I needed although the shelves looked ransacked. I went to a cashier since I had produce. No greeting from cashier and no thank you at the end. I know it’s difficult finding employees nowadays but a robot would have been more personable. Points for products and accessibility only.

Clean, merchandise was not all broken in the box. Staff helped me load my TV and stand into my car. No waiting and NO yelling or swearing from other customers like the store in Brooklyn park.
