What a find. If you like authentic middle eastern food in a cozy setting then look no further. This family owned diner is a real gem. The food is outstanding. I'm not a picky eater but there wasn't anything I didn't like. Very friendly service. Feels like home. Definitely recommend anytime you are near.

Found this place on accident and I have to say WOW. The Beef Lamb Gyros are amazing. The chicken gyro is wonderful. The rice and sides are perfect. I HIGHLY recommend the hummus, fresh made and full of flavor. Also, the rose water? Like a rose bouquet party in my mouth. Come try the food, it does not disappoint!

I enjoyed the food there. I tried lamb beef gyros sandwich and babahannus. Both were so good. For gyros there are three options of sauce and tahini was so good. Inside of the deli is small and not many seating options. If the weather is the patio is good. Definitely recommend if you look a middle-eastern restaurant.

We both loved it. Dine in, or take-out, and patio. Food was delicious and they're generous with their service, smiles and good natured attitude. It's a new favorite place for me and I 5heink you can get delivered as well as curbside pickup. Definitely give them a call.

I didn't know this place existed until I drove by. The aesthetic and the sign advertising Lebanese food pulled me in. This restaurant is in a bustling part of Minneapolis and has a sizable parking lot. The owners/employees are very kind and accommodating. My first time there I ordered the falafel wrap. It was enough to feed 2 people at a cost of only $8.79. The second time I ordered the Mjadra sandwich for $8.79. The third time I ordered the falafel plate and it was a big win coming in at just over $12. This place is so good I ate there 3 times in 2 weeks. I can't recommend it enough and if you happen to be in Minneapolis don't miss out.

You'll find fresh and delicious food here made by people from Lebanon. Some of the dishes are Lebanese, and some are Mediterranean. They serve daily specials that cover hot dishes, in addition to a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, meza (stuffed grape leaves, baba ghannouh, hummus, ...) and other dips. They also serve Middle Eastern pastries like sfouf cake, baklawa, shabiet, etc. If you're vegetarian or vegan, this place won't disappoint you. If you're a meat lover like me, try the kibbe with yogurt and lemon juice.

Just ate there for my first time and ordered their gyro. Definitely the best gyro I've ever had! Their wrap is thinner which is way better than the great big thick wraps. The cucumber sauce is much more tasty than the sauce on other gyros ive had. Their gyros include all the wonderful essentials and it doesn't get overfilled and leak out the bottom like I've experienced before. Great food and great service!

Great food here! The Greek salad was all gone when we arrived, so I'll have to stop by another time for that, but the gyro plates we have were delicious. Great people working behind the counter here, we felt very welcome, even close to closing time.

Family values dinner, you will love it, and their meals are the best it's a family restaurant, so they welcome you as part of the family I had branch there with a friend and will love to go back there more often, check out and see, I know you will love it.

Zakia is definitely one of the best spots in NE Minneapolis. They have a diverse menu of really flavorsome dishes. I eat here at least once a week and have never had a bad meal. My personal favorite is the falafel, it's a delight!

So delicious, and a huge variety of things to try!! 5 stars for qualit,y only giving 3 stars because the portions have gotten pretty skimpy lately, especially if you get the special. Used to be very generous, now they give half portions and just fill the plate up with rice or potatoes. I would rather pay more if it meant actually having food

I typically order enough food to last me the entire weekend. Food is always fresh and authentically delicious. I have also ordered catering from Zakia for baby showers and rehearsal dinners. They go above and beyond for their customers. Never ran out of food. Great food for the money. Always beautifully prepared and presented.

Generous, friendly staff and great food! This is a beloved lunch spot for Bio-Techne employees. Nice to pick up after work to take home too. My only notes are to get better pita bread as it's not as great as the rest of the food, and replace plastic utensils with biodegradable.

This is a great little spot. Food is great, authentic and served quickly. Easy in and out if you stop by for takeout. Outside seating when the weather is appropriate. Staff is customer focused and very friendly and appreciative of your business!

A cute little place that offers a homely experience in terms of food and service. We regularly visit here both for the consistently tasty food and lovely interactions with the owner, Eisa (bhai), and the staff. Most of the things on the menu are worth a shot but I am biased towards their eggplant entree and the chicken. Pair them both with their hummus for a sumptuous meal.

All I can say is yes they do take out yes you can dine in yes they have rose water which is my favorite drink I love this restaurant it is one of my favorites always fresh are always good cool have a salad you have everything you want. Yes I highly recommend going here and I want you to go there you're always go back

This place had amazingly good food. We were hungry, after being stuck on an airplane for hours. The descriptions and reviews sounded good, and it was close to where we needed to go. Glad we did. The flavors were very good.

Excellent food. really enjoyed my lunch date with wifey here. They could do a better job with cutlery - the dining experience on paper plate and paper bowls makes the special food not so special.

I stop through here time-to-time through the month to get something to eat normally it's chips and hummus sauce or dip. Today I just have something I never had before a spinach pie holy Toledo was a good. I really like this little deli. Great service great food. I give this little place a ten star if I could.. highly recommend this restaurant/ deli.

Just had the Saturday special- a little bit of everything from the hot case- it was incredible! The chicken is so tender and moist- perfectly seasoned. The fish (not sure what specifically) was delicious! Not something I would have thought to order but a real highlight. Very generous portions and arguably the best deal in town. I don’t live nearby but would absolutely go out of my way for this spot. Their to-go/deli selection looks amazing too and I will definitely stock up next time.

This place is amazing. The food is very flavorful and well seasoned, ingredients are always fresh, good sized portions. Everything I've ordered has been delicious. I wish I had discovered this place sooner!

I truly don’t understand any of the 1 star reviews. I LOVE this place and ever since moving to Chicago I have craved it and am sad I have not found a place like it here. The portions are extremely generous for the price, and it always tastes so good. I highly recommend the chicken gyro plate and the chick pea salad with their cucumber sauce. Please open a restaurant in Chicago!!

Ordered a platter for lunch with plenty to bring home; the falafel is wonderful. Salad has a nice, smooth tahini dressing. There is take-out rosewater and lemonade, an array of drinks. This restaurant is very clean. People who have been coming here for decades rave about the excellent service and relationships with owners. The classic hummus is destination-worthy. I have the Zakia Salad and the Feta Pasta salad here. Delicious all the way through. There’s pita bread to go; don’t miss it! Also, the lady at the counter is absolutely beautiful.
