At first I went to the location in Lanham. I visited on two Different days. The first day I was turned away, I was told they did not have sufficient staff to complete my work physical. I was advised to return at 7 AM the next day which I did, waited three hours and still wasn’t seen, eventually I left. The staff were unpleasant and very unprofessional. The following day I showed up at 8 AM to the Beltsville location. I was immediately greeted pleasantly and professionally, and signed in. By 1030 my physical was completed and I was exiting the facility. What a vast difference in the treatment at the two locations. Thanks STAFF OF BELTSVILLE CONCENTRA!!

Staff was really friendly. Took about 20 mins to take me in. At one point it was packed with people. It was not busy when I get there. I think earlier the better to visit. Everyone was wearing masks.

Out of everyone that was hired the same day as me, they all went right to work but I believe since I was the only white person there, I had to wait three days for a supposed rapid urine test to go to the laboratory and it cost me three days of work of much needed money that is used for my wife’s cancer! Thanks for nothing!

Pleasant staff! My experience was great. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The front desk nurse were courteous, and helpful in terms of getting registered. The nurse that I saw at the back was very very pleasant, I felt comfort. I would use the service at this local again.

Great experience. Super kind and friendly staff. Even though it was busy. Everyone was in it. My doctor and nurses were so great as well. Thank you and love you all❤️

I have been there multiple times now and on more than one occasion I have been left waiting by the door for a copy of my physical. I have waited upwards to 30-40min for paperwork and when I asked one of the staff members to ask if they were ready they just gave me an attitude and told me to continue waiting. So I waited to no one’s surprise I still didn’t get my paperwork that I was told by the doctor to wait for. So I went up to the desk to ask about my paperwork and the clerk had to print it out to give it to me. Mind you I have been sitting right in front of them waiting as I was told to and no one asked me what I was waiting for they were all just watching me sit there. Called in to let the manager know. I don’t think she even took it seriously. Won’t be going back to this location again.

Very satisfied and impressed with the service. The front desk was very friendly and I really enjoy the forms being sent to my phone made the process go A lot faster and smoother. The examiner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this location A+

I didn’t have to wait to long to be seen. I liked the process of questioning through testing. Good exsperance once again..

My overall experience was pretty good. For the most part I was in and out especially since this was a walk in visit for me. My new employer ordered testing that included urinalysis and a PPD. I feel like the front desk staff could have been more pleasant and welcoming, but I get it I've worked front desk before in the past and it's hard work. It may have just been a bad day.

The staff were very professional and nice. The doctor on call was very respectful and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was the wait time from start to finish it took 3 hrs other than that I was satisfied with the service.

First of all they didn’t welcome and I greeted them what they said how can I help you, I said say good morning first madam I’m greeting you and you are asking me a question? That passed , they asked for my email or number so that they will send my own copy of the result right now they have not done it but they had sent to my recruiter 3days ago, so I’m not satisfied how I have been treated, my results should be sent to me immediately

On 10/18/2023 my husband had an appointment at this clinic the nurse who attended to us was very rude. She was in the blue scrubs. Nikes black sneakers with rainbow colors with a pink Apple Watch ⌚️ band. I didn’t know if she didn’t like the idea of me accompanying my husband ,black people or she was in her mood . She has this kind of attitude all together and this is a clinic. Sick people goes there for treatment and this attitude can’t help . My husband blood pressure was a little elevated and that happens to him when ever he’s at the doctors office she asked him to sit down for sometime for a recheck but most a times he will be ask to lie down on the bed in the room but she asked him to sit in a chair and I stood the whole time but the chair she made him sat in was chairs for the accompany person.we will go there again because of the Dr Aikara Tessie but we will become back because of the doctor she’s nice and kind .

They do not make an appointment for a specific time. And it is very inconvenient. The line is huge, people have to sit or stand for hours. I waited almost 2 hours to pass the alcohol and drug test. After that, I had to redo the drug test at another place. There I signed up online and passed this test in 10 minutes.

Ariana assisted me in completing my work ordered physical. She was incredibly professional, effective, and empathetic to my needs. She is someone who is very good at her job and highly recommended for your care. Overall she changed a somewhat low experience into a comfortable and easy 5 star experience. Thank you Ariana!

Very professional service. They knew exactly what to do with my US Coast Guard physical and 10 pages of paperwork! Very complicated procedure that they were prepared for.
