My A1 day one location. I love this place. Acceptable for a first date, second date, birthday, anniversary all events..Thursday night black biker meetups my favorite. It's too bad the tomato mozzarella salad is no longer available but the steak and wine here is always good. Of course I can highly recommend their cocktails as well. Their staff is also very kind and hard working.

Worst tgi fridays I've ever been to. Poor service all around. We saw our server maybe 3 times the whole meal. Other people brought out our food and drinks. The first problem was I got a drink that I get all the time and it was completely wrong this time. Which is fine had them send it back. Next our chips for our dips were stale as can be. So they brought us new chips, after our meals came out. My friend ordered a Cobb salad which comes with avocado and it was brown. We asked for new avocado. Which was even MORE brown. We asked to speak to the manager (which I never do) and the server said they'll be over in a few minutes and then walked to serve another table. Didn't even go to get the manager. We had to ask a different server. 0/10 worst tgi ever. Avoid if possible.

2 HOURS LATER AND WE ARE STILL WITHOUT FOOD OR DRINKS!! The food that has come out was cold and sent back! No drink refills!! The WORST service FOH and BOH!! You can only contact corporate by phone or on the webpage, never ever ever ever ever again!! Definetly a completely different service experience not reminiscent of the days growing up. I wouldn’t even buy a Gift card for somebody to come here!! Our server was initially Tae, and the FOH manager who was not able to resolve any issues was Maria. I had to go to the host stand to ask for an FOH manager because our server failed to have them visit our table after 3 requests. I spoke to Maria privately on the side and had to ask her to come and visit our table. We chose your location because many of us grew up patronizing your establishment on Friday nights and we thought having a working meeting, in a fun location with great service and food would turn out a great end of the week. We are the team of the future mayor of Washington DC and we’re very disappointed with the entire experience tonight. We arrived at 6 PM and left at 10 PM, with the last person receiving their food at 9:30pm, just a simple order of fish and chips. After reaching out to corporate over six months later we still have yet to receive any phone calls or correspondence from this establishment. That speaks volumes on the importance of their customers.

A medium well burger, with a sweet savory glaze…I wasn’t mad at this. The Fries…PASS. It wasn’t enough of them, and they weren’t fresh. Their Strawberry Lemonade ($4.09). DECENT. It tasted like a powdered lemonade with strawberry syrup in it. . Customer Service: Was actually On Point!! I was greeted, seated, it was clean in there, although the table was chipped up. So, I decided to hit up TGI Fridays one Friday night for a chill dinner. Everything started off okay - we got seated pretty quickly. But then, out of nowhere, a server and the host got into a big argument right in front of us. It was super awkward. Putting that weirdness behind us, we ordered our food. I went for the classic bacon cheeseburger, and man, was it good! The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, especially with the crispy bacon and melted cheese. And don't even get me started on the fries - they were golden and crunchy perfection. Apart from the drama at the start, everything else was pretty smooth. The staff were friendly and quick, making sure we had what we needed. Overall, TGI Fridays served up a tasty meal, but they might want to work on keeping things drama-free.

I had someone pick up an order for me from Greenbelt Fridays and the meal was terrible. The broccoli was old, the rice was hard, and the salmon was pitiful. I called Fridays and spoke with the manager. I explained the details of my meal and that I would bring the food back for a refund. He was polite and assured me that he would credit my account and there was no need to return the food. Needless to say, the credit never happened. This is not my first bad experience with the quality of my meal at Greenbelt Fridays. Its a shame because it is convenient but I won't be back.

Drinks were good but the food was horrible. My broccoli was rotten and when I asked the manager to replace it, the replacement was rotten too... service was very slow and when I questioned the manager about it I was told that they were short staffed...a few minutes later I overheard the manager speaking to a customer behind us and she stated that she didn't care and she was leaving at 2am... very poor experience and definitely not worth the $200 it cost...this visit was on Saturday 9-17-2022 at around 9pm

Low class experience! Very disappointed. I Love the experience of eating at restaurants but this was by far the absolute worst. First, we were seated near the aisle with the traffic flow so we asked to move. Second, all of the dishware had water stains, Fortunately, there was not a wait time so we were seated quickly, the bathroom was acceptable and so was the restaurant. Third, we all received paper menus (even though an impressive menu is a low cost expense that can leave a great first impression). Fourth, The silverware had water marks. Fourth, I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken strips (dry) and the loaded southwest potato twists. Now I have never had a southwest potato but I expected an actual loaded potato NOT potato chips with toppings - ugh! See pictures, it looks like a potato 🥔 I could have bought a bag of chips myself from the store and added toppings. It was disgusting so I traded it for spinach artichoke. We also ordered fajita (steak & chicken mixed) and another spinach artichoke, lemon water & diet coke. Total = $77.10 (2 ppl). Fifth, the bill was laid loosely on the table and not inside of a check presenter. Needless to say, I will never return. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I understand Monday morning is not a busy time but only having one server for the whole place and bar included make her service a bad I am not blaming her she was running up and down. The food let just say u can make better testing Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta at home that what I had my wife she said her burger is good so that's why I gave it 2 stars.

On vacation and wanted to go to a familiar restaurant. The reviews for this location were not the best but we decided to chance going anyway. I'm happy that we did. Our waiter was Christian and he was awesome. He recommended items and saved us money off the bill. Everything we ordered was delicious. We'll be back for more food and thanks for a wonderful experience. FYI, we went on Friday around dinner time.

Went here early Saturday afternoon as a group of 8. Initially, I was concerned we would have slow service since it took us about 25 mins before our drinks arrived. However, after that slow start, service picked up and we had drinks and our food rather quickly. Not sure what the slow start was about, but since the rest of the refills and food was delivered in an appropriate time frame, all worked out and we had an excellent time. The food was delicious and we had no complaints amongst the groups. William was a great server and overall, it was a nice group outing post COVID restrictions. Will definitely visit again.

We needed a good place to share a quick meal for my grandson Birthday. We checked out TGI Fridays and it was Awesome. Fast service and great food. Thanks We enjoyed everything.

Love the DJ on Thursday. Playing nothing but great music!!! The food was fresh, hot and good portion. The beer was on ice cold glass. The atmosphere was great. Hype man on the mic was on point!

Good food, friends, family, and fun. Every time I visit this location. I'm never disappointed!

Me and wife went here for dinner. We had the app sampler combo which was good. Wife had the new chicken pastor bowl which she really enjoyed. It wasn’t too spicy. I have the sizzling chicken and cheese. The cheese was under the chicken with the vegetables and most of the cheese ended up burning to the plate. Chicken was dry. If the cheese had of been on top of the chicken, both issues would be solved. Server was nice, but could pay a bit more attention to the table. We sat for almost 20 minutes after we finished eating. Didn’t have to wait long to be seated and food came out pretty quick too.

The meatball appetizer portion size, they were tiny, and there were only 3. They should have been free. The ribs were dry and over cooked. The garlic broccoli had NO flavor, but the portion size was large. The person who greeted me was very nice and deserved 10 stars. Sue raised my rating from a 1 to a 3.

Well, the place it's a nice place to go eat out, but they have a happy hour which to me makes no sense at all to call it happy hour. The miller lite 12oz beer they sell for $2.00 comes in a very slim glass. While the regular $5.00 beer comes in a nice chubby glass. Now why would you call it happy hour if im actually playing for half of a regular beer cost? Usually at all restaurants that I have ever been, they will sell you a $5.00 beer for $2.50 on Happy hour. That's the point of calling it Happy hour. Would recommend the food, but never again the fake happy hour they selling. Because it's not a happy hour. You buying less beer for less money. The food was good, but the service was really awful. The waitress was rude with no reason, she was like didn't want to be there. We didn't get any napkins or asked for something else. And after that she just gave us the check like "get out of here". It was my birthday and I asked her for any deal or something and just told "NO" and she left. Hopefully you guys improve your service cause your food is good, but nobody wants to treathed like that

Went here a few weeks ago and the restaurant was nice and the waiter was nice as well. My cousin order the sirloin steak and man oh man was the steak tiny as heck. Her mashed potatoes was dry and not flavorful even when she added butter and salt still nasty. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo my bread was burnt and it was too much sauce you tasted more sauce then the chicken and shrimp. It's crazy because we went here before and the food was great, what happened????? I don't know

The environment is great. Great customer service, server was very welcoming. Drinks were on point! Food came out hot on time and was delicious. Bathrooms are clean. The server made sure we were okay and needed anything. I will recommend anyone to come here.

Our food and server were fantastic! But good lord!!!....it sounded like a dance club. The music and the bar patrons were out of control. It wasn't horrible, but it definitely was not calm.

The bartender " Bravo" was very courteous I just moved from Brooklyn... Great place to catch a great vibe. People were comfortably Vibing from all over... I met a Bronx, Haitian, D.C Nebraska etc... multi cultural and we can't forget the Great whisky sauce shrimp etc😍😍😍

Ordered the 6 ounce sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Asked for rare and it was cooked just like I like it. Sat at the bar. The music was a little bit too loud. Overall good experience.

We were there for dinner. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered salmon and Jasmin rice with broccoli. We had the same server who was super courteous and very helpful. Our 2nd visit to Maryland in a little over a month. We enjoyed our meal and the great service. 👍

I was surprised to see this place has improved so much. Our server Dante was superb. He was fast, pleasant, and attentive; everything we look for in a dining experience. The manager was also very courteous. My wife and I were glad to choose to eat here tonight. This is now our favorite TGI location to eat before a movie.

It's Friday's so nothing special at all. This location is a good 1. Food was good, I got some salmon dish that was actually really good. The drink I had was good too. I sat at the bar. Bartender was not attentive enough for how empty it was in there but he was ok nonetheless. I'd go again. They have some good drink specials.

Good food, clean place and amazing staff. Our server had a LOT of tables on his own but still managed to be attentive to us.

The food wasn’t great and the music was very loud. Did not enjoy the spinach dip but the beyond burger was pretty good. Our server Chris was great.

The food was mediocre; service was horrible, and honestly I don’t know why anyone would go here. The music was so loud you could not have a conversation and the server brought food without silverware or napkins. Ordered a Long Island ice tea, got a vodka lemonade. Ordered some tots, wings, and an LIT. Server offered water. Yes please. No water, they must have added it to the Long Island. Server was arguing with the table next to me about his mistake. I get it, it’s a TGI Fridays, low expectations but come on. Do not patronize this place.

Great experience! The service was fast and outstanding. I'm not a huge fan of going out to eat as I would rather prepare my own food but this experience was worth the money. The cook was on point! My friend ordered a well done whiskey burger that was spot on without it being burnt and I got the whiskey sliders without specifications on how I wanted the sliders done and they came medium well as it should have! Great team on 11/8/21 between the hours of 4-6
