One week ago, we admitted our 2-month-old baby to Blossoms Hospital due to multiple severe health issues and critical condition. My baby is treated by Dr. Kv. Ashok Chowdary sir(MD Pediatrics). Dr. Ashok sir treatment has been excellent, and I'm pleased with the positive change in my baby's condition. he cares a lot and explains things well.The care provided has been reassuring, and I appreciate the expertise and attention to my baby's well-being. Here's the updated review after the delivery on 23rd November. Let me classify the review based on the category. 1) Gynaecologist: ours was a high risk pregnancy at an advanced age. We consulted Dr.Hima Bindu who was patient enough to answer our questions and cool enough to reply on calls and WhatsApp too. 2) Nurses: A big shout out to Sisters Pavani and Esther for their dedication in what they do and help the mother and baby equally. Blossoms is blessed to have them and wish them success ahead in their career too. 3) Paediatrician: Kudos to Dr.Sanghamithra for her expertise and treatment of the child. 4) Infra: Hospital is equipped with expert doctors in Gynaecology and Paediatric specialisations. I bet without a doubt you can come down here for treatment. Cons: i understand the lift is slow for a reason but i guess for new patients it might be irking . I have preferred to climb up and down rather than waiting for the lift which helps me in counting the daily steps target of 7000.

Treatment was very good, heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sanghamitra Mam and Dr. Sandeep Sir from B/O Pavani. and this is not a complaint, just suggestion — we have observed some of the nurses/sweeping-women rude behaviour on patient attenders who are in very low and stress. I had a girl child on 23-march and had a normal delivery in eluru and the babies condition was very serious and immediately transferred to Vijayawada blossoms hospital and the staff of blossoms hospital received us immediately and my baby was treated by mahitha mam.she received us immediately and treated my daughter with so much of care and checked daily after the treatment too . Himabindu Sakamuri (Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department) " ma'am, who mostly prefers & does the normal delivery for all. Such a great support. I'm in the labour room for delivery along with my wife...The staff has immense knowledge about the procedure and explains it to us in a precise manner, which helps us very much in understanding and act accordingly for a normal delivery. I recently admitted my wife to this Hospital, and overall, my experience was a mixed bag. I would like to commend the Gynaecology department, particularly Dr. Himabindu, for her exceptional care and professionalism. Hospital Administrative department is good. However, I had a few concerns regarding, communication approach of the Paediatrics team. Let's start with the Gyn department - Dr. Himabindu, the Gynaecology doctor, was outstanding. Throughout the entire process, she displayed empathy, expertise, and a genuine concern for my wife's well-being. Her knowledge and guidance reassured us, making the experience much more manageable. I have no complaints about her and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of gynaecological care. (Actually, we have been blessed with baby boy, if baby girl, I could have named her as Himabindu.. that much of confidence n support doctor Himabindu garu given me on my wife complete process of pregnancy on 8th month) On the other hand, hospital administration – Mr.NagaRaju and his team are doing a great job.. much appreciated 👍 Moving on to the Paediatrics department, I had mixed feelings about their services. Initially, they informed me that my baby would be kept under observation in the ICU with oxygen support. Although I agreed to this, I was concerned when, within the first 24 hours, I visited twice and only consulted with the Lady "Junior" doctor, Ms. Vasavi. She is good at her level of experience. The rest of the Paediatrics team seemed disinterested in discussing my baby's condition, Their lack of communication and minimal engagement with me, the worried parent, was disappointing. Additionally, the senior Pediatrics doctors didn't exhibit any warmth or smiles, (My baby was in iCU and I tried make my smile on my face.. but senior Paediatrics faces like, they paying my wife n baby medical bill) In conclusion, my experience at blossoms was a mixture of positive and negative aspects. Dr. Himabindu from the Gynaecology department stood out for her exceptional care. Administration department is good and Main pediatricians - they should improve their approach towards the patient attender.. u guys not doing a free service, we are paying and we need that damn respect and "good approach" while u talking to patient/patient attender.. My overall rating is 3.5 ⭐

My wife blessed with a baby girl with normal delivery, Regarding my experience with Blossoms Hospital, I started treatment at this hospital when my wife was pregnant. DR Hima Bindu mam explained the baby's condition clearly in the initial checkups and she was very patient to explain every condition very well and every thing was treated in detail and well. She gave a lot of moral support during the delivery and the staff was also very supportive. We were impressed with her treatment. My wife had pains in the middle of the night and the staff responded promptly and treated her very well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone, even after delivery they follow the patient's conditions (phone calls) and give advices.

Till the last minute of delivery they never insisted for any operations or artificial pain medication. They did stick to normal delivery considering the patient condition.
