This has been my fav Italian restaurant in town for some years now..... my dining experience has always been great. I reserve this place for special occasions and the place be it ambience or food or services exudes that too.... My top picks are Seafood risotto, pizza, Tiramisu. Sunday brunch has always been on my list and somehow couldn't get yet.... I have also been there for New years and the spread for brunch was vast.... specially desserts.

This place definitely holds it's spot in serving the best Italian cuisine in Hyderabad. The food ; ambience and the service here is immaculate. I would recommend the ortolana pizza;fetuccine arrabbiata pasta and the Gnochi Al Pesto.

it's a very fancy place for my tastes, but it's a new experience. the food tasted good and authentic Italian but if you are new to it it's a shocker as it's not like any Indian based Italian cafe. the service was bad tho, maybe we got unlucky but they served us the wrong order, didn't get our diet cokes till way later and the cutlery didn't have cohesiveness. we had to ask for cutlery constantly. also finding that place was hard for me too. overall I'd say it was a good new experience for me but one that i didn't enjoy much. also did I mention that's it's super costly... yea it is. the water costs 350rs so yea...

Went to try out this Italian restaurant with a friend of mine and here are my thoughts. Ambience: Beautiful Upscale interiors, perfect for a date. Drinks: They got good collections for wine, we started off with a glass of Pinot Noir. Was complimenting the complementary breads Food: We left everything to the chef and this is what we got Tuna Tartare: the dish was very fresh, fatty & delicious. They presented by CoveritUp with a dome and when it opened with a bang of smoke 😍 Mushrooms & Black Truffle Pizza: I am still excited that I had black truffles for the first time. Every time a slice of the truffle hit the pizza my heart went “Ooollala” Tortellini Pasta: TBH had it for the first time, it just melted in my mouth. Lamb Chops: loved the sauce it was cooked in & the bone just came off the meat. Orange mousse Tart: this made me remember my childhood, there used to be a orange cream biscuit which used to be my fav, and this dessert made me remember that. Every bite I had, I wanted more. Overall, loved the experience, the vibe, the food Probably will come back once I have enough money in the bank.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my parents. What we had 1. Lamb Lasagna 2. Spaghetti carbonara 3. Lobster risotto 4. Diavola pizza Don't remember the Italian names of most of the things. Excellent service and great staff who always had a smile on their face. Loved the whole experience. Don't miss the pizza, It's straight out of a wood fired oven. Missed out on the Tiramisu. Wish they had informed me the kitchen would close at 11. That was the only thing I didn't like about the service, that's obviously expected of the staff.

One of my all time favourite Italian restaurant in Hyderabad. Everything was worth the price. The ambiance was just awesome and all the time not much of crowd is observed. The bread items are delicious pizzas are one of my favourite items make your own pasta is special here. Try from Chef Sougata/ Shovik to get impeccable hospitality & taste. Tiramisu is lip smacking so will be the cannelloni Lamb lasagna & Diavola is a must try

Had a dinner here and enjoyed the four cheese pizza. The taste of this pizza was beautiful. The hotel has a calming vibe which makes it a plus. Also tried Panacotta which was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!

This upscale place is inside the park hyatt banjara hills. Right at the main road, this restaurant has valet parking. Ambience is awesome and various seating options are available. Staff is friendly and Mr. Pradeep was a great host and served us well. Food was delicious and had a lot of options to customise. They were also ready to make half of pizza spicy and the other half non spicy. Lots of options in pasta. Veg starters were surprisingly good. Overall, it was a good dining experience despite the fact that it was slightly expensive.

I only have the highest positive feedback to share for this restaurant - from the open “live” kitchen vibe, the overall rich ambience, the terrific hospitality of the staff (they checked on me multiple times as I was dining alone and were prompt and courteous throughout), and last but never the least, the fare. The mushroom soup was delicious as was the chicken salad. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places for Italian food in the twin cities. Their pizzas, pastas, risottos and desserts are absolutely mouth watering. You just don’t want the food and the evening to end. The one thing where they can improve on is service. You have to keep flailing your hands to draw attention. Our waitress this time had to be reminded time and again to get water or bread sticks or to keep the beer cold , which is disappointing for an upscale restaurant. But the delectable dishes make up for it.

Mike and Aleya Rowland want to thank every member of the Tre-Forni team that were passionate and committed to excelling themselves, preparing a Christmas day lunch that was a feast to the eyes and taste buds. The moist and succulently cooked turkey was perfection, as were the breads and grill counter. From the quality of the meats and seafood to the preparation, in particular the pork belly with crispy golden crackling, it was a joy to all at our table. So was the cured meat counter, the starters (in particular, the broccoli rissoles), duck brochettes. The prawn cocktail was missing the cocktail sauce, though, yet we'd feasted so heartily, to our regret we never made it to the cheese counter at the end (which was presented beautifully, though missing Stilton or blue cheese, my English husband noted). The only counter that could have done with a higher standard was the dessert counter. As the breads had been fantastic, I was expecting a top level in desserts. I am a pudding and dessert enthusiast, and should my input be required as to how it could have been better, I am willing to meet with your pastry chefs and lead them to achieving a higher standard. That would have completed, what for us, was the perfect experience. However, noting the late government directives green light, we understand there were some last minute decisions on the menu execution. Despite the desserts, we were thrilled with the overall experience, and have now considered getting a membership card with you in the new year. A special thank you to Pritam, who served us indefatigably and with faultless attention. Once again, a superb team effort, down to everyone who performed behind the scenes. We are regular customers at Tre Forni, in my opinion one of the best Italian Restaurants in the city. Most of the time we enjoy dinner, appetizers and cocktails at the terrace while we listen to music. We appreciate the attentive, professional and friendly staff at Tre Forni specially Tirthankar D. Roy who has been waiting on us for the past two years always professional and courteous. Mr Arpit the manager helped me organize a big event a few months back, it was a Mexican theme party which turned out to be a GREAT SUCCESS! Food and ambiance was fabulous! The new chef Marcelo has brought a new flavor to the restaurant and I’m really looking forward to try the future new menu. I highly recommend Tre Forni

If you like a slow paced slow music environment then this is the best choice. I mean I am tired of those lounges very people can’t enjoy a good meal without loud music. The service was obviously very, you expect nothing less from HYATT. The staff was very pleasant. The food was good can’t say great cos I have had better pasta before. There could’ve been more variety in pasta and pizza.

Worth the price..but pricing is high..Perfect and cozy ambience..good service also..the best part of this place is the display of variety of cheese..they have a live pizza, pasta counter and you can order the pizza or pasta of your choice..

Good place to eat. Courteous and friendly staff. The earlier you go on a weekend the quieter it would be. Would definitely recommend a reservation in advance.

We ordered 3 main dishes, ravioli, lasagna, and pizza for lunch. Ravioli portion was very less. It had 6 pieces of ravioli, not even sufficient as an appetizer for one person, let alone main dish for lunch. If the restaurant is charging Rs. 800 - Rs.1000 for a main dish, expectation is atleast provide sufficient portion for one person. Pizza was ordinary, similar to what we can get in any other restaurant, but at a much lower price. Lasagna was tasty but the portion was less, not justifiable for the price they charge. Ambience is good, which is expected for a restaurant located in a 5 star hotel. It felt that the money we paid was for the ambience and not for the food.

Nice ambience, courteous staff, average food with nothing to rave about - Pizza was surprisingly salty (probably cos the veggies for toppings were sautéed with salt). For that kind of a price, I would think twice about spending money on their food again.

Valentine dinner here was blissful. My date and I were delighted with the service. The atmosphere and mood were well set and the ambience was perfect. The celeriac and sage soup with parmesan crumble and the vanilla bean mousse with caramelized popcorn were phenomenal.

The most average "make your own pasta" for Rs. 1200. I had asked for chicken and veggies and had to turn over every penne to look for the chicken. There were 2 tiny shreds of broccoli - the rest was mushrooms (which I do like). The flavour was uninspiring - I've made better pasta at home. And for much less. Service was quick and functional but not particularly warm. Maybe it was an off day for the restaurant but I'm completely surprised by their high ratings..

Authentic Cuisine. The dishes depend on uncompromising fresh genuine ingredients to capture that simple and hearty essence of Italian cooking. Their desserts need a special mention too, my go to place hereon for my Tiramisu cravings! And my compliments to Chef Marcello. It was a delightful experience, would definitely go back for more.

The food was hardly tasty. Ended up spending so much to eat salty food. The portion size was also very very less. Like 5 pieces of pasta for 1000 rupees. Even for 5 star standards, it didn't live up to it. The hosts were courteous though. Breads were nice. Love the breadsticks and the walnut roll. Mushroom soup was decent too.

Bad experience We went for lunch and had a booking for 2.30pm but reached 15 minutes later because of the rains and consequent traffic. We spoke to a woman and told her we were running late and she was all right with it. The manager, however, refused to seat us, saying the restaurant would close at 3pm (a lie). When we pointed to Google and Zomato and said the timing is clearly till 3.30pm, he admitted it was "his rule" and not the hotel's. The food was good and most of the staff were fine but the attitude of the manager was downright shoddy. We could see empty tables in front of us and he was showing us out of the restaurant. And by the way, we were not the last people to leave. Very shoddy customer service. Clearly shows the management need to train their staff better.

I came here for dinner on 11/2/2023 with family. Was underwhelmed by the experience, especially being as well rated as it is. The chicken skewers were served cold to the table. The pesto pasta and lobster risotto were passable , but I had higher expectations . Service - maitre'd was accomodating and helpful, although pace of service was too slow. Water didn't come to our table till.midway through the meal. Overall , there are other Italian restaurant and cafes, with better tasting food and more prompt service. Hope management looks into these issues.

We had gone for the Valentine Day brunch ... And it was superb. Yes it was costly but I felt the quality deserves the cost. The ambience is very contemporary chic and beautiful. Service was good. But the best part was the food. Great. Loved their lobster grill and live pasta station. And even desserts. Overall great experience.

Service was slow and just okay, even though the food was good. The manager refused to accept the discount that came along with the google reservation and insisted that we sign up through a different payment method instead.

Food is not consistent ..... I like their menu but they don't have everything available . Also it was my friends anniversary and I asked the server away from the table to arrange a small surprise dessert. Which was not possible either ..
