The management here is the worst and the staff is highly unco-operative. The manager is so full of himself. Having a team of about 7-8 members he doesn’t allow the customers to sit out in open in the day, because it becomes a lot of work to serve outside. He said it will open at 7, and when we went at 7 he still denied us to sit out side in the lovely weather and month of December. Very rude behaviour and the food is highly oily and the management doesn’t take our choices seriously. When told please do it less oil they didn’t care at all. Not at all recommended. Should be avoided at all and every cost. Not worth your time and money.

Inside and outside ambience, both are good. Dinner is the best time to visit this place. We had lake side moon light dinner. Lollipops are tasty and good. Bit expensive but worth for place. Weekends but busy place. You will have to wait for service. Overall good experience place.

Poor food. Horrible service. Not recommended at all. The waiters are slow and really rude. The waiter who served us was super rude and unhelpful. We ordered a bunch of food which was barely edible. The food took a very long time to arrive too. I'm sure that I'm never going back here and I suggest others to avoid this place too. I'd rather visit a decent cafe elsewhere. Good service and nice hospitality, there's availablity of liquor as well, considering the place and keeping in mind the ambience of it, prices are bit on the other side, apart from that, it's a good place. Food can be improved. There's both veg and non veg, there's availablity of sitting outdoor as well, overall a decent restaurant, perfect for a date night.

Service is slow and pathetic. I have ordered veg Biryani and specifically mentioned all items should be veg. They have served me chicken biryani and when asked manager said there was confusion with tables. We were the only table with 9 people the entire afternoon and there is very less scope of confusion. Employees are very neglectful of the customers and do not care about the opinions, orders.

The ambience was amazing. 4 stars goes just for the ambience. Love that it's a fine dining restaurant. Food is okay. Service is okay and music is bad. You get to hear 80s hindi music. I had to wear head phones just to avoid the oldie music.

A best place to hangout with family and friends. There is good food available with good options too. Place is well maintained during Covid times. The view of tank bund is simply superb. You can have the best speed boat experience from this spot. Love Hyderabad logo is the closest to this. **Note: The parking for this place towards left side on the opposite road.

A good place for a diner with family or friends.. nice ambience inside. Sitting outside gives a good view of the lake. Staff is prompt in their services but the food is not upto the mark. The taste of the food was not good and the quality was bad; I had so many boiled lumps of noodles and literally I had to separate that while eating.

Food : below average. Menu is very limited and for kids below 5 they don't have proper items. So if you have kids below 5 carry food for them. Also it is pricy for the quantity n quality. Ordered veg platter took ages to come but when it did come it was very less in quantity and the price was 980 for it. Ambience : really good. The view of the lake at night is stunning. Sitting outside would be even better but weather was too humid so we did not.Tables are very small, we were seated in a 4 seater table but still looked small and when all the food was placed it was congested and there was no free movement of food. Staff : behaviours very rude. We sat for almost 30 mins then someone attended. Even the managers would need training on how to attend. They don't even bother to stop for a sec and talk to you. Simply walks away saying someone will attend to you. They forget to serve what we have ordered. And some drinks were replaced with others. The waiter even spilled food over me when serving. Apart from ambience nothing else was good. I read through other reviews, most of them had reported rude staff, pricy food, below average food which are all true, but I still decided to visit just for the ambience. To summarise. Food : 2 Ambience : 5 Service : -1 It's just a one time visit restaurant just for the ambience. Am surprised to see 4 rating in Google. TRAIN YOUR WAITERS AND MANAGERS. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE RESTAURANT AND EVEN DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE. THEY BEHAVE AS IF THEY OWN THE RESTAURANT. EVERYONE BEHAVES THE SAME WAY.

The atmosphere and the ambience is great. We ordered noodles but it wasn't great ; so we exchanged it for crispy corn which was tasty.

(a) Location : Located at about half an hour’s drive from my location,I enjoyed my visit. Parked my two wheeler near tank bund. Highly adviseable to arrive at this destination in a two wheeler rather than a four wheeler. (b) Highlights : Enjoyed and cherished the brightly lit up Hussain Sagar Lake with the India flag in the background and ferries running in the dark night. Overall felt very calm,soothing,I feel a visit to Secunderabad is incomplete without a visit to the Hussain Sagar Lake. (C) Drawbacks: (i) Citizens must avoid throwing garbage into the lake. (b) It has become polluted with a strange pungent smell due to the impact of the Global Warming and rapid industrialisation.

This place is for evening lover who want to enjoy their evening time with low light seeing the lake .. good place is good .. the quality of the food is very good.. service team is well trained and the atmosphere is good with mosquitos and you may have to face the drainage smell if you sitting outside.. rest is good

Water Front.. Have heard a lot about but very disappointed with the service and food. Place is movie and picture perfect, however the service and food needs a huge improvement. The steward and not courteous at all, it felt to rush out as the attitude was very lethargic and unfriendly. Chicken lollypop and fish was uncooked and had a smell. Rushed to another place after having appetizers as the palate and appetite died. Hope to see you guys work on the feedback and improve.

Food is very average. Location is good just like any lake side restaurant The rating is due to the worst behaviour of the staff. We didn't like the menu hence just out of courtesy ordered something very basic. The wait staff (he said he was the supervisor) literally came to our table and told us we need to make a minimum bill of 500 rupees. His attitude was too bad right from the beginning when we ordered for a soup bowl. Even for the water we had to follow up with the staff. I brought it to the notice of the manager, asking him that where exactly is it written that there's a minimum amount of bill to be made as the rule and guess what he was tongue tied as well. I asked him whether he would rather prefer us walking into the eatery, hating the menu and walking out, instead of ordering something basic as a polite gesture towards the people serving! Apparently our courtesy cost us our own self respect! He just apologized lightly and nothing more. It was a pretty pathetic experience.

Food wasn't bad. Being a vegetarian and a senior citizen found the spices just right. Ambience ok. Poor lighting at dinner meant squinting at the menu through my spectacles. Prices reasonable. Some items weren't on the menu. Pandemic to blame? But then, the menu ought to have been updated.

I visited this place today with my family. I booked table in morning, but to my surprise when I was there, the person said there is no booking by the name. Ambience should be little bit improved by adding some lights. Food quality is good and tasty. Service is very poor. Waiters were in hurry while serving food. Dropped food and drinks while serving.
