It's a classic cafe, with superb ambience and the obvious rock songs of the 90s. No cafe offers you this feel because of the rock combination and the courteous helpers in the cafe. I recently visited this place, ambience was so lovely with high-energy songs were playing on background. I went on weekdays so crowd was little low. But slowly all the tables were filled. Floor manger Naveen received us and explained all the things about the Hard Rock Cafe, I like the way he is receiving the customers. So finally we check the menu and order food. With Hard Rock cafe you know what to expect and this one at GVK does not disappoint. Service, food and ambience is great. I found the portion sizes to be very generous. But then I don't have a voracious appetite. Make sure, if you're going to eat here, you skip a prior meal and build up a serious appetite because the portions don't disappoint and will leave you thoroughly content when you're done. Food is very tasty and presentation is great. They have a happy hours promotion with any drink at INR 110. But the variety on the happy hours menu is very very limited. Not many places that I am aware of incorporate bacon into their menu. This is one of the few places that does and they do it well.

We had lunch on a Sunday. It was quiet, not many tables were occupied. The service, music and ambience was great. We ordered burgers, which were served with large portions of potato fries. The burgers were really good, oozing with cheese and bacon. Potato fries were perfect, crisp from outside, soft inside. Best burgers in town!

HardRock has been here in Hyderabad first at GVK mall Banjara Hills since 2009 and I have been there since. My experience has always been good be it their service or the food, so it the booze. However I hop in when some of my fav groups play musical events. Best part is after a tiring shopping experience at the mall, you can always hop in here to relax..and yes they allow kids which I really appreciate being a parent if not it gets difficult. Surprisingly this time we visited and it was fully decked up for Halloween and the kids loved the ambiance. Keep up the good work and all the best team hardrock

Went to hard Rock cafe with high expectations, but couldn't believe what I just experienced, these guys keep serving us diluted drinks which tastes like nothing more than juice. To caught them red handed I ordered whiskey on the rocks and the guys took the liberty to add amount of ice by himself, later I ordered him to bring 60 ml peg separately and see the difference in photo, right one was after just one sip. This is really pathetic something you don't expect from high end cafe, just one suggestion if you feel your drink doesn't seem as good as it should be complain immediately before they cheat you. Pathetic !!!

I visited on the 26th of December. The food served was cold. On complaing the waiter told us it got cold because we waited before eating it. Further comaints and the manager takes it back but to our surprise the returned food was the same rearranged. When we asked he said its fresh preparations but he reduced the quantity to as before. We respectfully told him to take it back and left the place. There was an event mentioned which did not happen. A person was there to click photographs and extort money but the photos were not good. I don't know why such an iconic place became a place to get money through cheap tactics and sell stale cold food

Hey. I dont understand why are you charging entry fee to see a local band perform. Is it to cover their charges or restrain entry when the place is literally half empty? Hard rock cafe isn't the same like it used to be before. Food quality has dropped a bit- a noticeable bit . The bar is half empty it's not stocked up . The only thing which I can appreciate is the service . The team is still energetic and ready to serve. Little disappointed.

Visited this place in March 2021, This located in gvk mall so parking your vehicle is not an issue. One has to scan a QR code to view the menu as covid -19 precautions. Surprisingly total starters in veg and non veg were only 6 or 7 items altogether and those were not at all tasty. Another mind-blowing thing was they were out of alcohol after serving us with 2 pegs each (Black rum). Very very bad. It Spoiled our entire mood as changing the alcohol type in between pegs is literally torture. Food taste and quantity was very less for the price they charged. Entire alcohol menu was very costly. Overall ambience and dj music was fine but the furniture is wearing off.

Live music and food were phenomenal! Service was inverse-proportionally abominable, ranging from apathetic to even passive aggresive. Probably because it's understaffed. Apart from that, nice ambiance, good crowd, and reasonable prices.
