Very Unfortunate experience with Rayalaseema Ruchulu at Jubilee Hills Branch. Today we went out for lunch at this place with family along with kid and got shocked after seeing #cockroach in dessert cup(Bellam Pongal) as shown in below pictures. Called Manager immediately and reported to him. He's totally clue less and just wondering about food quality standards in this restaurant. Nice buffet. I heard it’s going to be very spicy but surprisingly it’s not spicy or I can say it was perfect. Best was The both starter , veg and non veg and more important fish was awesome. The ambiance of the restaurant is also good and staff was very cooperative. The curry’s of country hen was very tasty. Overall the experience was awesome.

We opted for non-veg buffet for dinner. Soups were okay, Starters were good and main course pluse desert were Average. Little bit on spicy side. For price of 850+ tax it's a one time visit. Ambiance is very good.

Good place for thali and buffet ambience is also good Im not concerned about charges for food but water bottle charges concerned me as they charge whopping 60rs I know they won't change but just to someone who read this be prepared.

It's a bit clumpy to have both buffet and dining in the same hall. A bit of a gloomy ambience for the name. On the plus side, The dishes tasted very homemade and authentic.

Was here for dinner. Ordered Chicken Fry Piece Biryani and Mutton Fry Piece Biryani upon the recommendation given by the staff. Both of them were good but the chicken biryani tasted a lot better. It was spicy as well. The service was decent and the restaurant was empty as I visited at 7.30 pm. Desserts menu wasn't well curated and I felt the pricing was also on the higher side. There's also valet parking available. Was informed that Lunch Buffet is available from Monday to Thursday and Dinner buffet is available only from Friday to Sunday. The pricing of veg buffet is 899/- and Non-veg buffet is priced at 1200/- (which is expensive as per the items that will be served). I would prefer Ala Carte menu here anyday. Overall a decent experience.

Authentic Telugu cuisine with great ambience, cordial staff and quick service. We tried ala-carte famous Veg special Rayalaseema thali and wow each item had its own flavor of spices and taste. Best option for group get together or corporate meetup. There is buffet option as well. Found little spicy hence recommend to expand the menu to include north cuisines as well.

For someone who hasn’t experience telugu cuisine, this is a great place and the flavour and taste of the food is top notch. Worth it

The biggest drawback in the restaurant was the staff. Their attitude was very indifferent and they also kept removing plates and drinks without asking us. One of their wait staff dipped his fingers into my lassi glass before I had to remind him I was drinking it. The food was overly spicy we tried the thali. Please avoid if you want to avoid an upset tummy.

Best place for non vegetarian food. Tried the Mamsa Pulusu with Ragi Sangathi. It was a flavour bomb inside our mouths. The meat was cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. Ragi Sangathi comes with a peanut chutney which is a must try. I tried the Khubaani ka Mitha which had a sweet and sour combination. Those who love such combinations can definitely try it. The ambience is good and service was quick.

See I can say wat I had.. that restaurant ambience is nice but in terms of price they r bit on higher side being a normal restaurant as per ambience and yeah they would charge u 49Rs.for a Bisleri Bottle n Ragi Sangati was nice but I believe Kritunga, Ameerpet was affordable and even better. Ok u say supreme court well den u got me clear that I shouldn't visit i mean customers shouldn't visit n u obey wt is being said to. I ain't ur customer, Truly this is not an answer expected from so called a brand.

1. The staff were very indifferent to the customers. We arrived at 07:00pm and had to wait until 07:17pm to be acknowledged by the staff 2. When we asked the person to raise the temperature of the AC he said it is not possible as it is centralized. Towards the end of our meal when the supervisor asked for our feedback and we told him about the AC he got the temperature changed. The staff who told us it was not possible to change the temperature flat out refused that he said something like that. 3. The food was cold, thanks to the AC temperature. 4. By mistake I dropped a glass of water on the table (which obviously made a big noise) but none of the staff came to ask what happened and if we need some help. 5. The staff attitude was not at all pleasing. 6. The standard of the food was not up to the mark, it was not tasty.

Very bad hospitality. Nobody was there to provide a place to sit. Food serving is dead slow they almost took 20 mins to provide naans.

Had thali which was an absolute bliss...every item tasted very good...did not like the sweet Pongal though.... But apart from that the thali was worth every penny...

The place has authentic look & aura with South Indian touch. Lots of varieties of both Veg & Nonveg dishes which were really tasty. Desserts were also good, though food was pricey. Real Rayalaseema flavours can be experienced here.

Visited here on weekend with friends.We are group of 3. Ambience is good and Options are very less for vegetarians.Plenty of options available for Non Vegetarians. Ordered below Items :- 1.Veg Manchurian 2.RR Special Kodi 3.Paneer Pulao 4.Andhra chicken biryani 5.kodi Mokajonna shorba Liked items :- Manchurian and Paneer pulao in veg items But non veg items are not really tasty except spicy there is nothing more to describe :) VEG Items are very less options which is unhappy :( Ambience is good and is a family restaurant.

Had heard About the hospitality of people from Andra Pradesh and Telangana but today I saw it my self , after hearing Abt Rayalaseema Ruchulu and it's authentic cuisine of South Indian food ,had really wanted to try it , but coming form the west (Mumbai) we as a family were kinda having second thoughts of wether we will be able to take up the spice challenge , We visited the restaurant on 3rd of Jan 2021, on this particular day there was a new years special week buffet going on ,we wer a family of 4 in which 2 chose to go for the buffet where as my mother and I choose to try the A le carter menu , no doubt the tatse was authentic and worth trying , both the buffet and the separate dishes we ordered were absolutely tasty , but which was more worth appreciating was the staff and the Manager Mr. B.Devrup ,who took out most care of us and saw that the hospitality was top notch , when we were not able to take the spicy food he made sure and got us another chicken dish prepared on specific instructions, and made sure that we had a memorable lunch at the restaurant. At the end we had the owner of the restaurant (director) , come to us personally and took our review on the whole experience at RAYALASEEMA RUCHULU , Thank you soo much for the out most hospitality and kindness which you all showed , your food Is tasty and there is no doubt ABT it , but I would say your biggest plus point is the attention to detail and your approach towards your costumers coming to dine in ,it really made our trip to Hyderabad memorable, Apologies if I have missed out on any point., And thanks to the madam who made sure we got our table , and personal came out to us when we were waiting outside Over all guys if your are coming to Hyderabad , please do try RAYALASEEMA RUCHULU!! Food was great. In general I love Biryani compared to Pulao but RR proved me wrong when I tried their Egg Pulao. They make Pulao just as good.

Not sure about the non-vegetarian food but the vegetarian food was strictly average. For a veg thali, what I paid was nowhere justified for the taste of the food. I'd much rather spend <100 rupees at an Udupi hotel for far superior food. The non-veg food could be better, but I'm not sure. The place was also very crowded around 2pm even during Covid times. Pick and choose your timings to avoid crowds at peak hours.

I've been here a couple of times and the food used to be too good. But this time it was worse. In the buffet menu what was mentioned, almost half of the items were not available and the taste doesn't remain the same.

Not upto the expectations, when i saw the name Rayalaseema ruchulu i thought the food will be spicy and authentic, but i am disappointed that it's not what i expected.

Rayalaseema jubilee hills had buffet and we went there on a sunday night. We were in the mood to have authentic South Indian food and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes and all were amazing. The restaurant is taking proper precautions as well during this tough time. Overall, I would definitely go back here for authentic south indian food.

I visited the hotel, 1 week before, it was last Sunday 13 December, there was very bad que, people.were standing for long time, crowded place, I was with my family waiting for 1 hr and the waiters don't care at all and do their own work. Do not go to this hotel when on weekend's.

The lunch visit this time was not as good as Pre-Covid times. Most of the time, the dishes were empty, the chief waiter had to be called and told about it, on more than 2 occasions. I tried the buffet at Jubilee hills branch, it is a must try and the food is so delicious. Must try would be Nellore chalapa pulusu and Gongura mamsam are the signature dishes. Starters are decent.

It was our anniversary & so we decided to dine at RR (Jubliee Hills) , but it turned bitter. Prefered to go with simple and perfect combo Ala Carte and ordered RR Special Chicken - Boneless chicken well marinated and very nicely deep fried , perfect tempering.Crispy and sooper spicy as we wanted Kadapa Mamsam Pulusu with Steamed Rice - It was a coconut based gravy with bone less mutton. Taste wise gravy was Blant & Flavourless Mutton asked for change and was offered Gongura Mamsam.Had the same concern again.The Restaurant Manager was very curious about feedback and offered me another change but i refused it : Since it already spoiled our expectation & time was running up. Its very difficult to accept such errors from a reputed telugu cuisine outlet operating since 2003. Thnak You

Had mutton biryani, haleem, pepper chicken and double ka meetha. The hype is still real and stays the way it is. Do visit it when you are hungry to meet all the expectations. Double ka meetha is a bit too sweet.

Really really loved the service. They care their customers a lot. They take the feedback well and if the staff was busy and unavailable, they are ready to serve us. Food was also good and tasty.

Authentic rayalaseema dishes. We went for the buffet and we loved every item on the menu. No nonsense with fancy dish names. Decent ambience. There is not much variety for vegetarians in the buffet though.

The paya soup was refreshing.In starters ,Kaju kudi was good.In main course veg the kayagurala Kura curry was delicious , in non veg the Andra kodi kura(chicken curry)was tasty.The Chepala polusu( fish) was fine.Overall a good experience.Cost wise reasonable.As I visited on a Sunday they did not have the option of thali , buffet and à la carte was available.

Had lunch buffet on a Sunday which is priced at ₹999 per person. The buffet spread had an impressive variety of both veg and non-veg delicacies. Fish kababs, prawns, spicy chicken wings and kababs in starters, prawn masala, chicken pepper gravy, natu Kodi pulusu and many more. However, the star of the menu was the vegetarian menu, ranging from Ragi balls, rasam, charu, bhindi fry, donda fry, curd rice, veg pulao, papad, fryums, etc. The elaborate spread made up for a healthy wholesome meal and worth every penny. Ragi ball with ghee and prawn masala or natu Kodi pulusu are highly recommended, so are curd rice and veg pulao. I was disappointed with the dessert menu though. The only drawback is the seating arrangement, which I found to be congested. With only a few tables, the waiting time on weekends is usually an hour and above. A word of caution: Food is typically spicy.

Excellent buffet....I had lots of sweets and chicken startes were so good. Loved having jeera rice and their kodi gravy. Thalis are not available on Sunday, do check when you go to different locations in Hyderabad. They might have a different option. Must try place.

It is different from what you see in barbeque nation or AB's as it is more of a south Indian style buffet. Waiting time: We visited in the peak timing 2pm on Saturday there was no wait at that time. Items when we went includes, Starters : Non-veg Chicken boneless Chicken kebab Fish fry pieces Liver fry Veg: Wada Mirchi Bajji Some types of veg kebabs Baby corn starters Main course: Non-veg: Chicken biryani White rice Chicken curry Country chicken curry Prawns curry Fish curry Veg: Panneer related curries and veg curries like dal, sambar and fry curries Papad Two Chutneys Two powders Curd rice (dhadhojanam) Drinks: Lime water Orange water Desserts: Gulab jamun Litchi rabdi Semiya Some halwa / kheer I liked the two veg chutneys very very much. Starters were okay-okay. Fish was good it seems. I liked the country chicken curry (natu Kodi) with white rice and their sambar is also great. I liked the semiya, but at the ending I felt it's overloaded with sugar. Parking : They have valet parking for cars. Asusually they won't care about bike parking. As there is only minimal amount of parking slots in the basement for 10-12 bikes and on the road for 5-6 vehicles. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND CAN BET ON IT IF I WANT TO TAKE ANYBODY.

Best authentic Andhra food . Very good ambience, food quality is good and yummy. Sweet dishes are also good. Food taste is really different from what we eat panjabi and maharashtrian.

I would say this is one of the worst restaurants in Hyderabad. I went for lunch to this place yesterday, along with my family. There was rush and we had to wait for 20 mins for a table (which is understandable as we didn't make a reservation). The table they gave us was somewhere inside in an unclean place. The ambience was pathetic, very unhygienic. They asked us to sit in an unclean table (photo added). Now we thought to go out of the restaurant but as family was hungry and time was almost 2:30 pm, we stayed and thought to go for buffet. They didn't serve us the welcome drink or soup. We had to ask inform them that they didn't serve us. Then came the veg soup, which tasted horrible and smelled like water given to the cattle. Now for the main course we preferred to go for Vegetarian buffet. The food was very pathetic and taste was awful. Dal had fennel seeds and masala(most uncommon in Rayalaseema region)and they call themselves Rayalaseema Ruchulu, pity! Pachi pulusu was pepper water with no taste, worst I would say. Mango pulihora was ..was,.. not able to find a word to describe its horrible taste. The best item was curd. It really tasted good. So if you ever want to eat only curd or curd rice by paying for buffet in whole of Hyderabad, this is the best place to go. Worst restaurant and overly hyped. Last but not the least, please wait and give your car for valet parking here. Cause if you want to park on your own, the curves are blind in parking cellar. We can't know if a car is coming in or out. And the cellar smells awful, you would be parking beside hanging clothes or toilets. So better give to vallet parking. Not a worthy place, either in food or ambience or parking. So please avoid this place for a family outing.
