Not at all recommended. Very worst place for the price you pay. Terrible service and no neatness of plates also. Paid almost 600+ bucks for buffet and the no of items you get is very less which also don't taste good. No proper air conditioning available here. I think ohris might have acquired this place recently. Not at all in ohris standard. There is one more restaurant inside which is much better. Very less deserts and those also got emptied immediately. One panipuri live counter available but not great. Better avoid this place. I generally don't give 1 ratings. But this place made me give this one. Hope they improve. I have given feedback to the manager over there also.

Initially their food used to be really good. But then the choice and the buffet menu remained the same. Food is decent . Pickles is a place for people who love to eat their hearts out. It is located in SD Road, Secunderabad. buffets here are good the place is cool and hygienic. Can have a great family outing.

Very tasty food albeit a little lukewarm for our liking. Decent service and quiet ambience (on a weekday).

Seating area was really nice, customer service was great, really enjoyed the vibe. Will come back here again, however I would stay away from the pizza and try all the other foods on the menu

Pickles by Ohris at Secunderabad is a renowned restaurant and retains its standard for quality, services, ambience, varied platters for every tastebud, creativity, choices of drinks from water to hard ones including cocktails, mocktails and such qualities still in the right place. Recommended for any gourmet person to try their sea food and desserts in particular. Chilled out cum official or business environment to family. Glad that I am writing a brief review on them after frequenting since 2007. Tasteful interior, courteous & efficient teams, value for money, selection of BG music beyond just the platters will surely entice anyone to visit time & again to experience all these.

A serene place to dine, especially in the afternoons. Evenings can be louder if you don't like the regular music played. Overall, a good dining experience, if you are not looking forward to tasting the authentic Hyderabadi Biryani.

It's s good place to try buffet. Decent offering abd taste. But didn't find many visitors even on a Friday evening

The place is okay. The tables were not cleaned and clearly had layers and layers of dust on them. I used some baby wipes on the table and it was literally black. Then the plastic spoons for dessert had pretty much dust and insects on them. They also had plastic peeling off from when the mold was made during manufacturing. The veg biryani was kept in the non vegetarian side, the soups on a separate table while the desserts sat in a corner of the main serving area, barely noticeable. The food was great, but wish there were more options.

One of my favorite restaurant for food and ice-cream. The ambience is very good even after so many years but they need to work on menu, I went with my family for ice-cream, the pricing, quantity was very reasonable but options were not to my expectations, in fruits only pineapple was used for all 🍨 A little change in the taste of ice-cream and sundae options can make it a happening place.

Worst buffet in Hyderabad speciality in worst Haleem might be an Hyderabadi would never have ate such a tasteless and even I guess it is a curry and paya with no salt and very less spice and no bones

The food was not upto the price paid. Marag was very spicy, chicken starters were uncooked, the orders took forever to come. Overall it was a pathetic experience.

Visited Ohri's Eatmor! Store bought wrap is used as pizza base. When asked about it they Lied.. Said it's made in house.. Toppings were good though.. Overall average pizza. Paneer paratha is below average. Won't visit again.. Not living up to Ohri's brand!

Restaurant is in worst conditions cokroches roaming on table.... Ordered for noodles and found hair in that... Chole bhatura... Bhatura was driping in oil... Very bad condition this restaurant is in .... Shall not visit

Total mess.. Servers had no clue what and whom to serve, pathetic Service and Food is even more (Served Stale and unpalatable Biryani and paneer dish) left all the food that we ordered,Total wastage of money.... No basic etiquettes while serving.. water not provided unless asked for it(which was served at the end of the meal) We wanted to talk to the manager but none bothered to even come and check what's the issue like, after waiting for like 15-20min waiter comes and says manager too busy in meetings (i don't understand what kind of meeting he is busy that Customer had to leave the restaurant heavily disappointed) finally on our way to parking we could spot a guy wearing a black coat/ pant, when we complained to the him he showed no remorse to the situation as if it's nothing new to them and it's a common affair... He even noted my no. to make sure management would call back.. until now i am still waiting. May be they are too busy in meetings 🤔😤 Highly recommended to avoid going to this "So called self-star rated 5 star restaurant".. (once upon a time it had that Auro and name) now nothing is left.

I am very disappointed with Tandoori Roti and Kadai veg. The curry 🍛taste worst. And roti is fully dry. We are plan to eat different items but we regret our decision and came back with empty stomach. Worst experience.

Worst experience ever for the first time in ohris, There was no one to attend for the first q0 minutes (not even one person from the staff in the reataurant) We were leaving immediately and when asked for the car the manager came and apologised multiple time and on his words we went back inside. Ordered classic chole bhature and it was a disaster, no salt, no masala. It looked like boiled chana. Also no pickle along with it. Ordered smoked chicken pizza and they said that it will take 30 min to deliver and to which i agreed. After some time they said that due to over rush at the other restaurant in the premises we cannot serve pizza. Ordered murg malai tikka which had the same issue no salt. They didnt serve chutney along with it. When asked for chutney the staff was surprised and gave a chutney which is used to make sandwich. Ordered kheema pulav. Got it parcelled as it is and bought it home. When we tasted it at home it was also a disaster. Never stepping my foot at eatmore in basera. There is no option for zero star or else i would have given that as well. Had same issue in ramzan when i ordered haleem. There was only garam masala and nothing else in the haleem. My kid vomited after eating it.

Had a great time here as we celebrated International Women's day. The manager reserved space for 24 of us and even accommodated special requests with respect to the buffet menu served. The Hospitality and Customer service were very good. We were served soft drinks, Naan and appetizers hot direct from the kitchen as per our request. Although the menu included only 3 ice cream flavors, we were allowed to chose any flavor from 12 varieties. Ice creams were very tasty. Biryani, salads and appetizers were flavorful. Apart from a couple, all food items served were good. I would have liked Schezwan Chicken to be boneless. At the end of our dinner, they surprised us with a complimentary Black forest cake that said "Happy Women's Day", which was incredible. Overall, we had an excellent time at Baseraa. They made our day special. I strongly recommend to plan your next dine out with family and friends at Ohris Baseraa's Eatmor to have a memorable evening.
