Staff are very helpful and friendly. The common areas are excellent. The room was adequately large. It was well furnished with soft beds and comforters. The toiletries are average quality. The issue is the smell- that of bathroom cleaning agents and maybe a sewer like smell in the shower. The drain blocked up after being slow for a few days (of my 5 night stay). I asked front desk and they did Dr-clog it. Overall, the Park Hyatt Hyderabad does not live up to the Park Hyatt name. I’ve stayed at the one in LA, far superior. Same goes for what would be it’s category leaders in 5 Star - Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons etc. those have far superior white glove service. I did get a promotional rate for being in the medical field so I cannot complain. Keep up the good work, and next time please give me an in room coffee maker!

I would only give 4 star. Still hotel not match standard in Europe. Hygiene is not for ‘hi stars’ (long review). Service is not timely as the staff is kind but organization from management is missing. Food also missing more choices from continental menu. Hotel was fully booked and dinning area has very limited seats. Waiting time to sit and eat is long and also as waiting time to serve the food is very very long. Staffs are kind and polite.

I recently visited Park Hyatt in Hyderabad. This was my third visit to this place and I was blown away by the level of service and luxury. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and high-end amenities. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The on-site restaurant was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, I had an amazing experience at the and would definitely visit again. It truly lived up to its name as a top-notch, five-star establishment.

Attended a wedding reception recently in Park Hyatt... I didn't bother to look into the standard dishes (the spread was huge) but one dish which caught my attention was Thai Green Curry. The fresh veggies and green curry coconut broth blowing away was very tempting. I took little white rice and loads of vegetables from Thai Green Curry...taste was yummy...flavor of lemon-grass was perfect... coconut broth was so flavorful... I am not sure about other dishes... I am going to this place just have that Thai Green Curry with white rice... this time I will ensure to meet the Chef.

Visited a friend who stayed here for a week. What a wonderful hotel it is. Very beautiful, good interiors, spacious rooms, bath tubs inside bathrooms, great room service, delicious breakfast, and fast service. At the price they charge, it's a good deal and worth it. Do stay here if it falls in your budget.

Located at a prime area in Hyderabad. The service, staff and the facilities of the establishment were top notch. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The business conference rooms also provided great space for conduction meetings. Overall a great experience to stay at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad.

We just loved this place. I have been here 2 years back. This place is just perfect to relax, enjoy sumptuous food, nature and what not. Staff members are so humble and polite..In their restaurant Collage, every staff member was ensuring that the guests are comfortable. Food & ambience were just wow. The food and hospitality here is amazing! I love this place so much that I always come back. They have a large variety of options to eat and even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can just go and eat! Their rooms are always very comfortable and clean, therefore making my stays very enjoyable.

This is a hotel of two halves. The rooms are a bit old and tired, noisy and with broken showers, lights, and air conditioning in them (I was in three over 2 weeks for this reason). It’s really stretching the 5-star rating here and desperately needs a full refit. The staff however are wonderful and help wherever they can. The restaurants (Indian, Italian and South-East Asian) are all great and serve genuine, lovely food. However for the cost, there are better places to stay in Hyderabad.

Stayed at Park Hyatt for a week from 28 Jan 23. From the moment we stepped in, the service was truly fantastic. Although we were early, the front desk did it's best to get us room. (Thanks Liza for helping me!) The rooms were fine (everything worked well) and the food was excellent. What really stands out is the superb service culture at the hotel. Each and every member of the staff was excellent and authentic. I was, unfortunately, hit by a bug of sorts (not from the hotel) and needed medical attention about four in the morning. A doctor arrived within half an hour, and the prescription medicine followed just a while later. But after that, most of the front desk were aware and kept checking on my health. The duty manager even ensured that I received coconut water to help with healing. Like I said, the concern felt very authentic and I remain very impressed by just how strong the service culture is. A memorable 5-star experience for me.

Just when you enter, You will be in love with the place. Be it the location, the service, the staff and rooms everything is just awesome. First of all the cleanliness of the room as well as the hotel it was beyond experience. The rooms have almost everything you need, also we were with our baby so they provided us with baby products and crib too. The breakfast is super awesome and their chef and staff are so courteous. Just love the place. Thanks for having us.

Luxury at its best but service and food quality needs some check. Probably the most luxurious star hotel in the city in a prime location. However it has its drawbacks. The food we ordered in the room was just alright for the high prices we paid. And then we requested to clear the utensils twice after having food, but no one has come until we checked out. This was unexpected from a hotel this big. Everything else is perfect! You'd love the items at the buffet, especially the deserts.

Very nice hotel in Hyderabad. My stay is business related and I can say the hotel fulfills every need I may have. Special mention to the laundry service as well as the Italian restaurant, where Daniel as main chef and Gerald as waiter provide a real 5 star service. Unlike other people, none of them will ask you for a review, but they let their work speak for themselves. Thanks a lot to them and to the whole team.

I loved the hotel. It is a bit different from the regular hotel. We had booked a room for two nights for a newly married couple and the cake that we cut there was awesome. Amazing flavour and quality of chocolate was very good. The apart room was very big and spacious. The off side is that it's v expensive and makes a hole in your pocket.

Park Hyatt hotel is located in the center of Hyderabad. Few observations that I noticed which needs to be improved. 1. There will be much time you need to spend at check-in, the process need to be improved. 2. Lifts installed at ONLY one place near by reception, but better if we have one more Lift at the other side also for easy access to the corner side rooms. 3. So much confusion for bathroom and toilet. No instructions how to get hot water. Finding toilet in your room is first challenge, it will be there behind the main door. 4. Good room service, but for small things we need to ask for help. Basic instructions to be explained during check-in

Booked in the last minute before my departure from London, (recommended by a friend), I was skeptical due to the whole pandemic mayhem. Conversely, my whole experience has been very enjoyable and memorable. Booked the premium executive suite and checkin was supposed to be at 1400 hours. I arrived 4 hours before time due to flight timings being early hours (a miscalculation) and was dreading to wait in the lounge after such a long haul tiring journey. A really warm welcome from the reception team especially Siddhant, who greeted me with a very pleasant smile. I found him to be as efficient as he could be enquiring how my day had been so far. It was indeed busy but Siddhant didn't seem to rush and dealt with the customers quite swiftly and smiling throughout. The concierge being extremely helpful and friendly. They said the rooms are not available that early but would try to arrange one as soon as they have one available. They offered me hot drinks. Whilst waiting, I noticed lot of stickers and sign boards in prominent places. The precautions being taken by the management due to easing off the restrictions should be appreciated. Thanks to Kiran at reception who was so active and enthusiastic in explaining the services I could use whilst I was enjoying my drink. Bingo. By the time, I finished my drink, a room was made available. This was within 45 minutes which I was so so pleased to hear. Room was lovely and spacious and fully equipped with everything u would need. The decor is very pleasant both inside and outside the suite. It was overlooking the city and night time view was indeed staggering and amazing. The bathroom was spacious with a bath tub and huge shower space. All amenities were there and the room was thoroughly deep cleaned. Never had the experience of being welcomed by a fruit basket with different types of fruits. The staff at the hotel guest services were amazing - made me feel special, which is so nice. Kishore and Umesh were very attentive, helpful and sorted out amenities we asked for. They were smiling through out and I could see they were doing their job with passion. Room service is one thing that does seem to be slipping in many places but the services at Park Hyatt is over and above. I assumed breakfast was included when booking but was informed it wasn't. Its my fault, I should have noticed it but was in a rush whilst booking. Overall definitely a 5 star experience. and I certainly recommend Park Hyatt Hotel and would return soon.

Great place with large rooms. Excellent service. Anything that was asked for was delivered promptly to the room. Didn't get to try their Italian restaurant, however the Asian one was ok. The complimentary breakfast spread was good.

After waiting for an hour the staff told me I had to wait for another 20 min which I found extremely unprofessional. I had to tell them I’d come later instead of sitting in their lobby. Next time, please tell your customers how long it would actually take to check in instead of making them wait forever. The room I was given was mediocre for a five star hotel. Broken lock on the bathroom door and dirty curtains. To top it off this hotel’s extremely overrated and safe to say I’ve had better stays at half the price.

We had an extended stay at the Park Hyatt for a family wedding. I can’t say enough about the terrific staff and fine service. Uniformly friendly, prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet and Rika were excellent. We found the hotel cars clean and comfortable and best of all their drivers were very helpful and kept us safe in the crazy Hyderabad traffic!

Just did the check in 11 am so tired just come from a long flight after one hour I heard a severe noise coming from the next room and talking loudly I open the room to see what’s happening I find the housekeeping fixing the faucet with hard object and talking to each other I talk to them nicely I am very sleepy just reach India he said sorry I go back to bed he started again fixing the problem ignoring me I talk with guest services she said ok we will check 5 mint with the team I recall again and asked them to change my room to any other quiet floor then a nice gentleman tried to help me by escorting me to changed my room if there is any maintenance they should block the closer room and take in consideration the main goal to create a good atmosphere to rest and relax for guest satisfaction .

Nice place to hang out for company all hands, annual day meetings, birthday, marriage like functions. Have multiple function halls where multiple functions can happen in parallel. Nice food. Good parking space. Overall nice experience.

Wonderful property. The rooms were amazing. Great facilities. Well appointed separate toilet and showers. Separate bath tubs too. Mind you the tubs were separate and not under the shower. These days you won't find this even in more expensive properties. Die to its expanse you could get lost in certain corridors and definitely in the lobby and restaurant. The breakfast was better than good.

I recently stayed 2 weeks at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Hyderabad on a work assignment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were particularly attentive and helpful, especially the front desk and dining area (especially Meghna and the chefs!). I hope they know how much I appreciated their kind words and actions. Horrible place to live. This is a very dirty hotel. They Overuse carpet and the carpets are never cleaned. Looks like a very rich guy came in and put a bunch of money into the property and didn’t know how to run it. Visiting city after two years from US I had a 14 night booking at this hotel. With in one night I was put off by the shabbiness of the hotel and a lot of untrained staff. I rebooked a new reservation at ITC Kakatiya spending $600 on cancellation charges because the hotel was so bad. I would not recommend it to anyone.

In this hotel, there is a restaurant, Spa, Gym. The rooms are also available for consumers, and the water bodies are there in this hotel, there is sufficient parking space in this hotel, and there are valet parking arrangements.

Dear Park Hyatt Management No SAFETY for kids I am writing this review on a serious note. Very serious design blunder in swimming pool which will take lives of kids ,kindly address it on emergency basis. In the swimming pool there is no division for kids place and adults place , today my kid is playing in kids pool area by walking as there is no division he suddenly slipped off into adults place of pool where the height of pool is around 1.5 mts , he drowned for a minute luckily I saw him immediately and taken care of him and he went into panic and suffered a lot I don’t know what will happen if I don’t see in time , in that time there is no guard also that time. After that my kid don’t want to stay in that place. The incident happened is really unacceptable that to in highly reputed hotel like park Hyatt. On a serious note kindly change the design of that swimming pool or else stop allowing kids to that pool as it is not properly designed and also not safe for kids.This should not happen to any other kids from today….very very serious Thanks & Regards Saikumar.P

I went to Tre-Forni Restaurant & Bar and I must the best Italian wine and food but the dessert especially for the vegetarian like me was horrible.

We’re regular visitors to Rima restaurant and we keep coming back for the excellent food. My daughter has gluten allergies and Chef Krishna went out of the way to make sure she had the most fantastic meal! Gluten free and so delicious and the variety, omg! The kind of care and attention we were given made us feel like we were at home and not a restaurant. Will be back for more and more.

Good property. Nice and spacious rooms. The design of the hotel is very basic even medieval though. If you happen to get a room diagonally opposite to the lifts...then its an agonizing walk. Either they should have more lifts or if you don't want to walk too much ask for a room closer to the elevators. The bar outside the Italian restaurant is good and so is the oriental restaurant but you can surely avoid the multi cuisine restaurant at the ground level. That's average at best and service standards really need to improve to match the rest of the facility. Overall a bittersweet stay.

Food was very bad, service was okay. Mosquitoes everywhere. We even had hair in our food, which was horrible. Our plan to spend good time with friends with an amazing dinner was completely ruined. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Been going here for years now and quality of food and service has not changed. Am members of their club and discounts are really good. The first floor bar has Srinivas who has been with them for years and he’s very good at the regular and exotic cocktails. One of the best dirty martini I have had in Hyderabad. Definitely will keep on going there

I travelled to many places and stayed at many hotels but my stay and particularly breakfast at Park Hyatt is a memorable experience. Excellent choices of food and superb service. Everyone was polite and helpful and particularly Mr. Provat was the best of them lot. He gave me tourism names and directions to visit. And not to mention his excellent caring for my patient wife. The food is absolutely amazing and everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The manager Ritika who attended us was very attentive,polite ,knowledgeable and full of personality. Great place for a comfortable stay and connected to the city. Rooms were pleasant and hygienic. Concierge was welcoming, Followed proper covid protocols. Food however isn't that great. Reception staff can be trained a little more in terms of their etiquette.

I had lunch in "The Dinning Room". Food was not up to the mark. Quite expensive considering quality of food. They charged for the water bottles. The waiter was rude and was providing services as slow as he could. It took 1 hour to serve 3 set of starters. And then forced us to move to main course. I along with my other colleagues had bad stomach. Not at all value for money.

The Hotel is very well located. Lobby is huge and very well done. The systems of this hotel are very slow. Whether it is check in or housekeeping or service in their restaurant, their is along wait and one has to do followups at regular intervals. They have three restaurants. The buffet spread is huge. The quality and taste of South Indian food is awesome. But when it comes to north Indian food, many items have scope for improvement. Being a premium property of Hyatt, the expectations are high. But the service standards are not upto the mark.

Visited the restaurant & lounge. Decent buffet. Lounge has good coffee's. But the overall ambience of the hotel is not very appealing. Very dull & all black. Needs to add some colour to overall ambience. Also the live kitchen needs to be more attractive & maintained more clean.

They really know how and when to pamper their guests. Today room service sent me a plate full of complimentary dessert! Just what I needed after a long day at work, away from home. Rooms are awesome, housekeeping is perfect & staff is always very courteous. Will definitely recommend.

Wow! It was really great experience. Menu was awesomely stunning. The Middle Eastern dishes there tasted the best of all! Staff and waiters are also well trained and welcoming. It was truly a 5 star experience and the service was absolutely fantastic. I would love visiting this wonderful hotel once more. The ambience was very pleasing and peaceful. Had a beautiful experience at Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills! Would recommend this great venue to everbody who loves travelling and trying new and unique dishes. Had a great stay overall. Nice rooms, beautiful lobby, etc. Generally, the service at the reception and concierge was great. Still baffles me why this and other Hyatts still provide Jane Jacobs bath products, rather than something a little nicer but not a big deal. My only complaint is that the service at breakfast was terrible every single day. Getting coffee was like winning the lottery, virtually impossible. Rather than approaching each table to offer guests coffee, tea, etc, or, alternatively, making the coffee station available to guests to serve themselves, you basically have to beg someone to bring you a cup of coffee and even when you did find someone to order a coffee, about 50% of the time, they would forget and never bring it. Be prepared to be patient or go somewhere else for your morning caffeine fix.

I have been to many Hyatt so I can say that rooms were really good and spacious in this Park Hyatt, however service which they provided was not as expected from Cat2 Hyatt. I have been to many Cat1 Hyatt with far better customer experience. Their staff lack customer obsession and are less organised.

The stay was good but the dinner was not. We had booked 4 days stay with Dinner included thinking it will be a Buffer dinner. Unfortunately, they had discontinued the buffet and was serving Ala Carte. The restaurant staff was not clear on what to serve and how much to serve. Every night, we had to haggle with the restaurant staff during dinner time. Almost all of the restaurant staff was courteous enough except a couple of restaurant supervisors who didn't even had the courtesy to talk politely. In one such instance, one of the supervisors (Miranka) was irritated because we wanted to shift the table since the table we were sitting at wasn't getting proper air conditioning. Overall, the stay was good but the dinner experience left a bad taste.

Excellent property and amenities. The staff is extremely thoughtful and accommodating from the moment you arrive through your departure. We loved having breakfast and dinner there. I'd encourage everyone to include breakfast in their reservation.

The stay is very comfortable. The buffet Restaurant team is very warm and friendly. Even at the buffet, the chef's are actively looking to help cater to your needs customising food as per your needs. Great menu selection and the food was yum. The Japanese and the Italian restaurant is very good as well.

The most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever faced. This hotel should have a board outside saying " no photographers are allowed to stay in this hotel". The hotel doesn't allow a photographer who has booked a room to carry their personal belongings ( cameras) into their rooms. I honestly don't know what sort of incidents have happened or has been allowed to happen in this hotel that in 2022, they are still under the impression that no human being has a camera on them in some form or other at all times. The security and reception staff are absolutely inept and under qualified. They don't have the basic courtesy or manners. It is understood if this happens once. I was made to wait and explain 5 times over the course of my 3 day stay here as to how i have my room here and i am a professional photographer who carries his equipment with him. In spite of that, the staff at every single shift made my stay here as inconvenient as possible making me wait at the reception well past midnight once. 0/10 hospitality and 100 marks for ensuring every single staff here is well qualified to trouble the guest.

Went for midnight coffee. Service was excellent and so was the taste of coffee. Usually cappuccino is served with biscuits. Not here though. The place is noisy, but I dont blame for that as its maintenance time presumably. Waiter returned 10/- less. Upon asking he said he doesn't have change: he should have mentioned it, for all those smiles during service. I noticed 5% service charge on the bill.
