Hotel with a bit old interior with bad customer service and check in rules starting front desk. Check in time is at 3 pm and check out at 12 noon. Worst experience about 100% advance payment for all customers including corporate booking for rooms and every meals. I am on corporate business trip & Courtyard asked for 100% advance payment including GST for rooms and before having food, which I have never seen in last 10 -15 years being in Retail industry traveling atleast 15 days per month. Breakfast was very badly arranged for our 70 rooms with respect to service, option in breakfast, taste and quality. Not a good experience for me. 👎

Our stay at Courtyard Marriott Hyderabad has been nothing short than perfect. From the warm welcome on arrival to the everyday surprises were encountered. The staff is remarkably Warm and attentive.Mangers, Front desk staff, Momos cafe team and chefs all were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.The breakfasts were amazing. Highly recommended this hotel to travellers.

Very, very nice hotel. The staff are kind and attentive and the rooms are large and spacious. Great bathroom feature is a window looking in to the room (with blind for privacy) to allow natural light in. Large breakfast selection. This hotel is linked by bridge to the Marriott across the road. It has great restaurants and a roof top bar. The only downside is the stench of the lake which is adjacent to the hotel; it comes and goes with the wind.

Yesterday we had booked for 6 people for dinner and we find the services and hospitality was lacking . It was disappointing to select such hotel . Starters were cold and resistance in attending and giving service was observed . Awesome hotel,great staff. Very comfortable stay. We stayed there for 3nights. The food at mo mo cafe is awesome. They make...the awesomest paratha that I have tasted.. the pool is on the other side of the road (connected from 2nd floor).

My parents stayed at this location, I had booked the room a month back and the hotel management had not previously reserved a kind size or queen size bed ahead of time. The room given to them had broken flooring. Not the kind of reception I had anticipated for my stay here. After changing the room, the location of the new room was quite inaccessible and aloof from the property. I would ask the hotel management to be more proactive in taking care of the guests and be more amicable in their approach. Hoping that steps will be taken to ameliorate these kind of situations in the future.

It's been a great Experience visiting this Wonderful hotel. The rooms are good. Reception Services, Room Services, are excellent. Well trained and well behaved staff. Momo Restaurant was also very good. We had morning breakfast there, that was Excellent and refreshing. Mr. Suraj was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall a Great Experience staying in this Hotel.

The stay was good. Terrible service post that. I did ask for invoices during check out, which was said to be emailed to me. Hadn't received it. In the last fortnight, been constantly trying to resolve it on emails / calls. No reply with copies - except for passing it to another person. Cumbersome process, unresolved even now. Highly unappreciative of the customer service at this point.

A wonderful stay in November 2022. The restaurant is fantastic quality with helpful friendly staff. Service staff are attentive and professional. I love the South Indian coffee and the Head Chef is most welcoming, knowledgeable, and exceptionally willing to meet any need - even teaching me how to make a favourite dish! Young lady as concierge was, however, the most incredible and graceful member of staff. Each time I approached her would glide gracefully across the floor to meet me and any need would be fulfilled perfectly and always on time. This is a rare jewel to behold and I am grateful.

The restaurant served good food and their staff was amazing either. They treated me so well that for a moment I thought that mistakenly they might be relating me with some famous personality. Great hotel. Little bit off from the Kurseong town which is one of the USP of this resort. The place is very calm and beautiful out of the traffic and crowd. Rooms we're very good, cozy and comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. Though the price is bit on higher side but the property is very up market. Their hospitality was wonderful specially the restaurant staffs. Foods and beverages we're also very good. Price of food is not too high and the quality of food and beverages we're really good.

Booked 2 nights for a short Hyderabad trip for a friend's wedding. Staff are very polite and the check-in experience was a breeze. My King Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Their Dosas and filter Coffee are the best.

All in all a good hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Very co operative and friendly. Will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel has a business hotel type vibe. Could do a little about the vibe to make it more vibrant. The Marriott hotel opposite courtyard is much better and value for money. Located at a convenient spot. Easy to move around in the city for work. They have a good breakfast spread. The filter coffee in their momo cafe is a must try for all. Also business centres are good for conducting or planning small or big group meetings. It's a good stay for business travellers. Decent amenities. Book in advance as you may not get a room during the holidays. Room service menu is good and has sufficient variety. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained.

Overall good stay, but cleanliness has to be improved. The light switches were totally filthy. The room has good block out curtains, but no sheer curtains underneath. My window was right opposite another building, so if you want to change, even during the day, you have to close the curtains and switch on the lights. Breakfast choice was quite decent and food was tasty. The croissants were really nice!

This place is amazing. The hospitality we received here was the best when compared to all other stays in India. Asif was the front desk manager when we stayed at courtyard and tI cannot thank him enough for the hospitality, generosity and kindness we received. This place is also kid friendly. My kids age 5 and 1 enjoyed the stay as well. Anytime I came to the hotel from shopping the room service was kind enough to grab our bags and send it to the room. The entire staff is very polite. . My words cannot describe how much we liked our stay.. i would say stay here to experience what it is like. Loved it..❤️

Check In was smooth, my first impression followed by the rest. The Staff were also well versed. Only shortfall I experienced was they do not have a Biz Center in their Property but a shared one on the 2nd floor which needs to walk a distance.

We had an amazing stay at Courtyard, Hyderabad. The staff really goes out of the way to take care of all your needs. The rooms and overall facility itself is pretty good. The breakfast buffet had an awesome spread, spanning across variety of continental, north indian and south indian food options. This was one of the best Holiday stays I have had thanks to the Courtyard staff and team.

The Food here was amazing.. but the rest of the stay was average compared to other Marriott's I have been to. Hopefully they scale up soon. The back side rooms are facing a cremation ground which can be depressing, unfortunately no other rooms were available so please preplan if it's a concern. The rooms were not well maintained and staff is not so proactive for hospitality yet. But again the Marriott standards can be felt here which makes you feel better and hassle free compared to other brands.

Lovely people with extraordinary service. I really enjoyed my stay thanks to Raima,,Siray,Vaisnavi and all the other workers. My flight was 10:30pm but they didn't sack me from the usual check-out time and that was highly appreciated. They offered drinks on arrival and chocolates during departure. I wish to come there again whenever I visit 🇮🇳

The breakfast buffet at is amazing! The waiter, Sachit, was very attentive and friendly. He made sure that I had everything. The food itself was also delicious. I especially loved the dosa also fruit juice was freshly squeezed and very refreshing. Overall, I had a great experience, breakfast buffet and would definitely recommend it to others.

Good hotel. Prime location, overlooking Hussain Sagar. Room carpets are quite old. I think it’s high time the carpets need replacement. But rooms themselves are spacious. One of the better hotels in the Tankbund region. I recommend it.

Courtyard Marriot Shout out to Srijesh (think that his name, on duty at around 2-3 pm on 3Nov), great courteous, friendly service, detailed in explanation of hotel facilities. Had breakfast on 4Nov, Gaurav and Anurag deserve a promotion and at minimum an increment in salary. Anurag went out of his way to check I was ok with food. Was watching Gaurav, hands on serving customers, even was cooking egg at one stage, greets all as they come in, checks on table if anything is required by customers; have been at other hotels,not seen this level of hands on. All these persons are great assets of Courtyard Marriot Hyderabad.

I had a lovely experience at courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad last week, I stayed there for 5 days . The rooms were very spacious and clean, the housekeeping services were very regular. The toilet was very very hygienic as well. The breakfast spread was elaborate and always fresh. Coming to the staff, the entire staff including at the reception desk , the guards at entry and at the dining area were efficient and polite , always with a smile on their faces. Special mention to Chef Subhodeep Jana, sanchit , Akhil , s Saha and both the managers at the dining area, they treated us like family . I recommend the hotel to everyone visiting the city and I personally have decided to stay at this property each time I visit Hyderabad. Totally value for money… Kudus to the team, keep it up 👍

Its okay but the air handling systems are just whack. This deep outside smell kept us awake. The corridors also has the same smell. Place is great bt this smell l cant even sleep.

I use to order from swiggy inask many swiggy guys dey don't have proper area for sitting every restaurant small and big restaurant use to give seats and all but i shock when swiggy guys told that they don't have any thing for sitting either dey will stand or like cemen sitting that is also aukward that also where dey sit dey put der dust bin I strongly want to say to Marriott people that dey should provide proper minimum chairs like any thing hope you guys understand

- Good Rooms - Nice Restaurant and Quality of food. - Nice Parking space and garden to walk around but you cant due to sewage nearby, its foul smell is un-bearable. - Reception Staff weren't generous, as I personally stayed for long period of time and requested for 'Long Period Stay offers' but wasn't offered anything at all.

This Marriott property delighted me with their hospitality and customer centricity. I was welcomed with a nice letter acknowledging my Bonvoy membership, given an upgraded room and the executive Mr. Hari at the front office was very friendly and welcoming. The guest relationship manager, Ms Roshni was among the best guest relationship managers I’ve seen in any properties. Food is keeping the Courtyard standards and the service is excellent at the restaurant. Rooms are nicely maintained and good service provided by the housekeeping staff. Check in/out was very easy.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Courtyard Marriott. The standout part was the Marriott staff. That's one sole reason I would keep coming back to Marriott. Extremely helpful, courteous and offered excellent service throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire Marriott team at Hyderabad for making our stay pleasant and worth remembering. Only one issue with the hotel is the location. One set of the hotel rooms face the graveyard. So avoid those rooms if you could, while checking-in.

If you are planning a stay here, please ask for the room which is not facing the crematorium. I was checked into a room which had direct view of the burning pyre area so I couldn't even keep the curtains open. Only one restaurant available called Momo cafe and the dinner buffet was not of good taste, felt like wasting money. Liked the Breakfast though which was excellent, probably the only good experience I had here. Couple of instances where we felt staff was very unresponsive and not bothered about providing good hospitality. Will not prefer this place in future for sure and definitely won't recommend this property to anyone. Avoid this place, as there are better options available in the same area.

I usually used to prefer Marriot hotels as preference while business travel always. First time I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad on 25 Nov 2021. I had horrible experience. For me room was allocated in 5th floor, when I entered and open the room curtain next to the compound of the hotel, there was a burial ground view (like beach view or sea facing) and when I checked in, in front of me 02 dead bodies burning was going on. I have informed and requested front desk to change the room to other side at least, but they denied. I have already paid the room charges in advance, so spent night disturbed. Luckily, I did not booked room for family trip this time. I wonder, for business purpose how people can become so commercial and mean minded. I have informed them; till my last breath I won’t stay again or recommend anyone.

EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY from Affan, Roshini from reception, Salman from Room service and Chef Vinayak and few others who served in breakfast, fridge assistance, room service. Even the in room dining was spot on and on time. I am very pleased and my mother happy. I will refer many other to this hotel. It was an excellent stay because of the service from people like these. Marriott should be proud of having them in their team. They proved that better Guest experience will please the guest more than beauty of the hotel. Many thanks to these people I mentioned.

The Marriot group at Hyderabad Courtyard hotel has provided me and my family with one of the most accommodating experiences. Our group inquired about the aroma of the hotel. Mr Akshat Followed up with us a day later after saying he would look into it and presented us with two bottles of the hotel’s signature furniture mist. We are so delighted to be able to take this momentum back home with us, thank you so much.

Food is average. Desserts are tastier. The fish and chicken could have been marinated better as once you bite it the flavour wasn’t uniform.

We stayed there for 4 days and had a wonderful time. Big rooms, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices and the staff was excellent. Highly recommended.

What makes a good hotel great is the service. All the staff in this hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and views are not great but the good service makes up for these small short comings.

Good rooms.Stay was pleasant. But pathetic check in and check out service.It took almost 30 minutes for check out. Also dinner at Cafe Momo was not at all good. Cold soup, no starters and delayed service.But Breakfast was good. 3 stars for the room only.

Overall it was good. Service was excellent. All the way from the guy who is at the entry gate, the valet, the security guards at the door, reception, room service, helpdesk, kitchen, chef, each and everyone was super helpful and made the stay really comfortable. We stayed for a week with multiple local trips each day. We also went with my baby boy and his nanny so we needed extra mattresses, pillows, blankets and baby food each day. There were initial hiccups with the baby food, but the chef and kitchen staff were keen to get exactly what we wanted for our baby and soon they got it right. My only complaint is that the "Courtyard by Marriott" is not as family friendly as "Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre" although prices are similar. There is smell of cigarettes across the corridors which you don't expect after asking for non smoking room and floor.

1. Check in was very smooth 2. Towels and house keeping amenities were kept for only one adult whereas we were 2 adults in the room 3. Door of the bathroom is very heavy and difficult to slide open and close 4. Rooms are not in a rectangle or square shape. Its like a pentagon. 5. Room and bed was very comfortable to stay 6. Staffs were highly courteous and very cooperative in every step. I loved the services and cooperation of the staffs which makes the property to be recommended 100% to anyone. 7. To compete and beat the hotel staffs, the services of staffs in momo's cafe (restaurant of the hotel) was exemplary. A. Starting with the hospitality given by Chef Anoop, words might run short if i have to appreciate him. During the break fast, i informed him that i am lactose and gluten intolerant. He made sambar and chutney in just 15 to 20 minutes to match my needs. He was very polite and service oriented. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. This was one of the best hospitality i have had. B. Chef anurag also took equal care in making the customised food for my requirement. The taste of the food made excluding diary and Gluten was really delicious. C. There was another chef during our dinner whose name i cannot recollect. We ordered a vegetable biryani(normal one without any intolerance effect), biryani was without much gravy and was asked to be had with salon. We explained that non vegetarian biryani may go good with salon but vegetable biryani can go well only with good vegetables gravy made along with biryani and such a dry biryani may qualify as pulao only. However, he was persistent in saying this is how biryani is made and we returned it almost full. However, they still charged for it. 8. Hotel staffs were very cooperative to accommodate our late check out request. Overall experience was excellent and definitely can recommend to any guests

Terrible experience. Hotel is next to crematorium. Laundry came back smelling like must and death. Hotel smells like perfume and death. Staff not on par for any other Marriott I’ve been to. Buffet is overpriced. A la cart food extremely average. Wifi is not working and although I’ve called, they have ignored my request for wifi. Only good experience was the drivers here - friendly and experienced. Will not be back, and do not recommend.

You couldn't ask for better service. New year fireworks were incredible and the staff were very kind. The buffets were absolutely delicious, a great gym and a very good outdoor swimming pool. Room service was always on time. An overall amazing experience
