As a part of relocation allowance Micron Technology provided accommodation here for 2 weeks. For someone who is traveling or who wants a homely touch, its a best place to stay. Stay was very very comfortable. All the basic needs are provided. We have daily house keeping and staff are well trained. Food was delicious. In my case I was spending all my days in room itself. I felt like staying in a closed room. So, if these is the case opt for rooms which has balcony.

Pros - 1)Room- The room was spacious and good. 2)Housekeeping - The housekeeping lady was very good at her job and she cleaned our room very nicely. Cons- 1) Water - Whenever we were asking for water they're coming very late. And when we order food its coming faster than water. So they were saving money on water because it was complementary. But for food which we will pay, it's been very fast. 2)Check in and Check out- No one helped us with our luggage, we have to carry it to our room ourselves, which was very disappointing. Even when we check out, even after informing them that we need someone to help us with luggage carrying. They didn't sent anyone.

BAD - Only 1 - Too far from the centre of the city. GOOD - Great service. Very professional and helpful staffs. Excellent options for the complimentary breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms including bathrooms. Family friendly. Very close to the airport - Can reach there without getting stuck in any traffic as it's away from the busy city area. Since it's located in the IT area, it's an excellent option for the people who come there when compared to other much higher priced rooms available in the nearby hotels.

It was a nice experience and had a comfortable stay for one night. The staff were courteous. Particularly a woman at the reception. We were provided with a small room, definitely different from the room I booked last time for a hefty price. The only two cons I found were that the tariff is expensive and also delay in getting the luggage to the room from the lobby.

Comfy stay & excellent service! We stayed on the 22nd floor and the city view that our apartment room offered was breathtaking! The sunsets were especially mesmerizing on sunny days. Room service was excellent. They take extra care of sanitizing the rooms. For food, they offer buffet for breakfast and dinner; and a-la-carte for lunch. The portion size and quality are great. Taste of food varies depending on the dishes, though most are subtly spiced. Variety and options for buffet are good; however, room service menu is limited. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. I would very much recommend Oakwoods Residence Kapil for a comfy stay.

Food quality is poor

It is perfect ! Every thing is properly sanitized. They have mouthwatering recipes cooked to perfection. It also has big spacious rooms and is situated in the heart of IT district. Another highlight is that you can take your doggo along as it is a pet friendly hotel thus is great for long stays.

Just loved the property. It was a comfortable stay with all the amenities including a washing machine, induction stove, an oven and adequate utensils for use. The staff are extremely helpful. Very near to Continental hospital where I had my conference. The restaurant attached is a bit pricey but is good. Everything provided in the room was sanitized and neatly packed.

My experience was quite good. Got an upgrade to this duplex apartment room. I'm so in love with the ambiance. The Maintenance was pretty good. Very good experience. Great service. I can to Hyderabad from Pune 2 days back. I was looking at options to stay as I wanted a comfortable stay and complimentary breakfast. I looked at previous reviews given and went ahead and booked the hotel. To my surprise the Hotel was very very good. I liked the stay it was damn comfortable and convenient. The service was very nice. The rooms were very big, neat and bathrooms were big and hygienic. The place is in the center of the city nearby to IT Hub.

They should include more staff at the dining area, as existing staff is not enough and struggles to fulfill each customer's demand, reason the customer has to wait for long. Rooms are really good, cozy and comfy. They should work to get the hotel as kid friendly as well by adding some amenities for them.

I had a great stay at Oakwood. The location is great and so are the amenities. The staff is very helpful and polite. My room was a studio superior and it came with a small kitchen area with all amenities -- electric stove, pans, cutlery, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. There were more than enough wardrobes to fit in stuff for a small family staying for a week or more. The place was very clean and fresh. The breakfast spread was also very good. Overall I had a good time at Oakwood and would come back when I visit Hyderabad again.

The place has gone to the d**s now. Extremely bad service. They are unable to locate one food bill from last 2 and half weeks. Not even a single responsible person comes on a call. Frustrated to the core. Person forced me to pay on the spot and now they are unable to locate as it was not posted to the room. I have given them the amount, the food items I ordered also the card from which I made the payment. Disgusting

One of the finest place to have a get together. Best ambiance and locality. All basic amenities are available and reachable. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Excellent room. Booked a larger room with living area and kitchen area. Sofa, chairs and bed are comfortable and sheets are all clean. Furniture in room was well maintained. Fridge is huge too. There is also a small table with chairs setup for dining. Good view from the higher floors towards the south of the city. Room sound isolation is good, the night time traffic (and endless car horns) were very faint from inside my room. Housekeeping did a good job tidying up each day and brought additional bottled water (although I had to be out early in the morning and did not have an opportunity to meet them). All the staff I met at the front desk are professional and assisted me with what I needed throughout my stay, and friendly as well when they had some time to chat. Check in and check out was fast and without any hassle, and they were able to let me check in early as well as my flight landed in the morning. Restaurant staff were also proactive during dining times to clear tables and greet guests, even at the start of dining service. Overall excellent staff. Location is good if your trip is to visit nearby business areas, and proximity to the ORR means travel to/from airport avoids most of the city traffic, even weekday evening trip to airport was quite fast. However, there is not too many restaurants or shops nearby. You will need to travel out a bit further if you want to buy stuff, or use delivery apps. Also it is far from the main tourist attractions and city centre. Breakfast buffet is ok, some indian selections, some continental selections. For me it was fully sufficient. Some small issues I had during my stay: The corridors outside the rooms had a slightly unpleasant smell, probably the carpets there need some cleaning. Some wall universal electric plugs are flush with their switch directly adjacent. Plugging in my phone charger was not possible for those since it would get blocked by the switch. This may just be due to Singapore/UK electrical plugs being wide though. Using an adapter I brought let me get around this issue. For some odd reason my room's shower was not tilted correctly to the drain hole, so some water would get stuck inside the shower area (though housekeeping would dry it in the morning).

Cosy homely feel!!! That's how I would like to sum up our stay at this place.. since we were moving in from another city, we stayed here for a month till we found a place for ourselves. But nothing changes the fact that this has been a welcome stay to this new city for us. They really upheld the culture of this city which opens its arms to one and all. Key highlights have been the overall hospitality from the staff, the ambience and the comfort that were consistent through our stay and the smiling staff members who would greet us and help us as needed that would not make us feel different at all.. The food was quite wonderful through our stay and so was the technology support that we needed since we still had to work online through our stay.. If you ever want a staycation, this would just be the right place for you..

I have stayed in Hotel for 15 days, For first week I have in one room and in second week I shifted to other room. For the first week, I found a cockroach in a bathroom in night and informed to service person, he brought some spray and said, it will not come again ! But daily at night i use to find some cockroach in bathroom , and I don't report them. After a week I found few more cockroaches in kitchen on vessels and some in kitchen stuffs , I felt to bad and immediately reported to front desk team, they arranged some other room on the same day. About the service :- I felt bit slow service response with compared to first two days.. We have to continuously call them and remind for service and ask for stuffs like water bottle and bath kits on daily basis. Cleaning was done good About the Food :- Morning complementary breakfast was good, and serving is good. But still need a quick response from the team regarding the service. When ever we call they are forgetting to inform to respective team

Stayed here for 5 days, below is my complete review Pros-I had the 1bhk superior, as per room they are good, and are spacious My room had washing machine other than that they have washing machine and dryer on all the floors too The breakfast was average as per a 5 star hotel Good for family or people trying for longer stay Outside food allowed but need to go down to collect Cons- They are pet friendly but charge 750 for each day per pet, which doesn’t even make sense, because nothing extra is provided for the pet neither there is a pet area. They keep 6000 as deposit which is understand able but in there website or anywhere you would not see them mentioning about the extra charges. I wish they were more transparent on pet charges and mention it on website. Advice- Should provide 2 room keys, would be helpful for the guest

It's good for family and bacholars. Gym Really look like awesome and swimming also can do. Bike and car parking available.

Been staying here for a week,once a year since ‘17. The rooms are very-well maintained. Every piece of crockery and cutlery are individually sterilised and sealed. The rooms are really spacious and it’s really convenient when you travel with kid/kids with refrigerator access and a kitchenette for quick cooking. The hotel allows us to order food from outside aswell which is such a blessing when traveling.

Stay was very pleasant.. It is a good property if you are staying for longer duration ..we got super deluxe room equipped with functional kitchen with balcony. You will get unlimited bottle water 😉.All stuffs are very good.

Stayed here for a second time this time with an infant and a toddler. We loved me. My kids had ample space to play. The kitchenet allowed me to cook for my infant. The staff as always were super helpful . The day we reached our flight was delayed and we reached our room at 1 in the night but a hot meal was available. I visited placed for the Buffet dinner. I am a veggie. The restaurent is having decent variety. Not having lots of options, but the food was awesome. Starting from soup , cheese balls. Can work to improve on deserts. Service was good. The price is also fine. Will surely visit sometime again.

I travelled with my family and my pet. This hotel is ideally located, 5 mins from the express way. Rooms are spacious with all amenities, bathrooms could have been a bit better.
