I recently stayed at Hyatt Gachibowli during a summer school where I was a guest speaker, and I must say that the overall experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's facilities and the professionalism of the staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The pool was also a great amenity, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of meetings. One thing that really stood out to me was the 24*7 dine-in facility, where I could simply call and have my food delivered to my room whenever I wanted. It made my stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive to my needs, always making sure that everything was taken care of. The room was cleaned regularly and was always spotless, with all the basic amenities such as AC, TV, and a clean bathroom present and functioning perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Hyatt Gachibowli if you're looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay with great amenities and fantastic staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

A charming place. It does not feel like a city hotel, rather a country club, peaceful and away from a big city. Interior and rooms pleasantly old-fashioned, with a touch of the 1980s. Good breakfast. A pleasant swimming pool, usually v. quiet but sometimes flooded by loud natives. While no lounge with free drinks for globalists, there is a bar that opens in the evening. Food superb. Hotel well run, clearly has a very capable general manager. Hotel staff very kind and welcoming, especially the young people at the front desk. Loved every minute there. And, on lucky days, it can be booked with 3.5K points. I look forward to coming back. Many thanks!

Good hotel location and good food. Only issue is rooms are on the small side. However, you feel like home because staff is super friendly and good. You feel like family with them.

In midst of business area, so good option for business trip in financial district of Gachibowli. Many big corporate offices around. Only issue with location that the area is almost 30 km from airport and less likely to get cab if have early morning flight from there. So arrange someone in advance or book from hotel.

The King room wasn't as expected. Don't go by it's name. The place is really nice. Staff near swimming pool wasn't so welcoming 😕 Other than that food was good. Back side open area is really nice to chill around. 😎 Overall it's a decent place. 👌

The ambience is great. We had gone just after breakfast had closed, and had placed an order which came promptly. The salad and eggs we had ordered tasted great. We also ordered waffles but unfortunately that order didn't reach our table.. We kept waiting, and asked, not one, but three people about the order. We were finally informed that the order wasn't placed and we couldn't get waffles 45 minutes after we had placed the order. Since we were no longer hungry, we decided to just drink something, and the beverages were quite good, too. :)

A great place to stay! Different than a regular hotel as the place is right in the middle of greenery and gives a more disconnected-from-the-city feeling. Excellent breakfast spread and staff doesn’t fail to amaze you at any time! Top notch service! Rooms can do a little bit of uplift in terms of TV sets which are a bit too old. Swimming pool needs a shower installed next to it. Swimming costumes could be sold within, as stepping out to get one is too much of a hassle given the location.

The best part about this place is though it’s located in a very busy area surrounded by offices and traffic, when you enter you feel like you are transported somewhere outside city life to a quiet place with lots of greenery. It’s very pleasant to walk around the property. The highlight for me in the pool that starts on ground level. The food is all day dining is good. The Mrs mage restaurant has plenty of options and food is really good.

This is a perfect hotel for all your travel and stay needs. Right in the centre of the city... All you need is right there. The services are great. The pricing is on the higher side but the quality makes up for it. The only thing I didn't like was the small portion sizes of the meals... I mean 1 portion should at least be enough for an adult, but it's not.... Rest everything is top notch...

Nice room at ground level with a small sitting area outside. I like the fact that it's not a high rise hotel, more open and green space and the pool is also nice. The restaurant sitting was nice and the buffet spread was good too. The overall room size was a little small and that was put off, keeping in mind the 20k/ night.

Attended a luncheon party by invitation. Good choice of dishes. Sadly nothing for diabetics. Only 2 varieties of drinks were on offer. And soft drinks. Starters served were good. The staff discretely unobtrusive.

This stay for a friend's birthday was not worthwhile at all ... very unlike Hyatt experience. 👎👎 They had a couple of banquets which dominated their attention... I suppose they reduced their service attitude towards their regular WoH patrons ... so much so that I ordered food from outside. I did not even want to mention the special event that we were celebrating as I saw the very myopic attitude towards their other house guests. I expect improved service attitude from all staff members in future for sure, if they really care for continued patronage. Thank you!

Best park is that it is very close to ORR and right next to many corporate offices in financial district. While it is so close to roads and offices it didn’t feel like lot of pollution from the traffic. Staff is courteous and prompt, well trained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. On things to improve I felt like rooms looked slightly worn out especially corridors were dull. I found food menu to be limited

This is a restaurant only review. Excellent ambience and pool side corner. About food, most children will frown on the specific limited selection available. Had gone for an - early teens bday dinner. Theme and regional menu selection is not bad though.

Stayed last June and am about to stay there again. The grounds are nice as well. I was treated really well by a hostess named Rakhi. She was very kind, willing to engage in conversation, she represented the hotel very well. The food was good, the rooms quite nice. The hotel is a bit older than some, and it shows somewhat. The management keeps the hotel from feeling run-down. I am headed to India this month and am looking forward to staying there again.

Stayed recently on a business trip. Huge property very nicely maintained with lots of greenery and good walking trails. Food is good and service extremely courteous. Good breakfast spread every morning. Multiple restaurants and a pub inside the hotel. Location is perfect to move around the city. Will visit again!

Very near to most of the offices located nearby. Most of the rooms look like budget class, there are no tubs in most of the room, the standard space like other Hyatt is missing. But it's okay for a night sleep. Breakfast is good, gym, swimming pool available. Overall a good place to choose.

Oasis in the middle of business district. The property is bigger than ones in the business or financial districts, more like a mini resort. Provide a lot more than just toothbrush and shaving kits in rooms. Rooms: Good size, clean and pleasant rooms Bathroom: Regular size, clean with shower only. Quite bright. Yesterday, we went to Hyatt for lunch, but it was disappointing as they served stale food. When we raised the issue, they simply told us to take fresh food without expressing any remorse. Their lack of responsibility and casual attitude in such a luxurious hotel is perplexing. A high-end establishment should take pride in serving excellent food and prioritize the well-being of its customers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was subpar. It's disheartening that some individuals in their profession fail to be honest and sincere. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Poor service, zero hygiene & bad food taste. Visted collage restaurant in Hyatt Gachibowli last night, the waitress there was continuously sneezing removing the mask & serving every table. covid protocols weren't followed, this was really disturbing. Food wasn't great at all and the Outdoor ambience was stinking, it was a very disappointing experience overall.

Ambience, location is great. Walking trails is the best thing. I was not satisfied with rooms, more so with respect to the prices charged. Basics like bedding is my top priority and it definitely needs refurbishment/replacement. Rooms no way felt 5*. Hyaat needs to up the ante.

Located in a Well decent area. The property is huge with a Walking trail (must try). Covid protocols are being followed thoroughly starting from the entrance by sanitizing luggage bags and checking the temperatures of the guests. Check-in was so smooth and fast. Rooms are well equipped with all kinds of entities like a water heater, mini-fridge, tea and coffee and water bottles. To our surprise room was pre-cooled. Response to the situation is good. A huge parking space is available. Overall an amazing place to spend the weekend.

Decent rooms. Pillows are super soft, please ask for a different pillow if you are not comfortable. I definitely wasn't. They have this weird rule of not allowing professional cameras into the property even if you are staying with them. Breakfast is good. In room dining food can be given a miss.

Nice place for a quiet meal - I went for lunch buffet. Food is good. I went on a day when I choose to eat vegetarian food. All that I had was good. I have a sweet tooth, hence I start with dessert. Dessert spread was minimal. Mud cake pudding and Chasni samosa were good. I believe premium places should have a signature dish, which is wowed by one and all.

Average restaurant and sub par service..menu is limited and no efforts by them to customize.. while they were listed on dineout the restaurant denied saying this was issue on dineout's end which is ridiculous..irrespective of reason till the are listed they need to honor it..not a great experience...

This is one of the worst dinner experiences I have had at a five star hotel. The washrooms were filthy, not cleaned even after raising a complaint. The buffet was very limited, and not refilled in time. The cocktails, the second round was much diluted than the first, like in a local bar, to our surprise. The guests walked in for dinner in their boxers to the embarrassment of my kids.

I called the hotel for room availability enquiry, every time the reception picks up the phone and transfers to the reservations team, but it never connects. It made me hold for 2 mins and again connects back to the reception. I called 5 times, same thing happened again and again. Last, I informed the reception people if they are concerned about the customer please call me back and that never happened. Never expected from a 5 start hotel like Hyatt

Checked in today (21 aug 2021), checked in process is okay. In room itself found washroom not upto mark, seems they reused the floor mats and in covid times I didn’t expected that. Further in name of garden view they gave me car parking view, see pictures. I recommend other hotels in vicinity, Hyatt is no more what it used to be Atleast in Gacchibowli Hyd. Edited after checkout - And reducing to 1 star from 2. Another family stayed in front of my room 1416 and for strange reasons these people kept their door open in evening and early morning. Heard shouting and loud noises of Childs. This was terrible stay, seems the people who come in have also start degrading over the time.

Super slow service. Impolite staff. Boxy rooms. Average food. Give it a miss. Lots of better options around the same location. Nice walking track. Thats a plus.

Hyatt Hyderabad is not deserve for 5 star status. Hyatt ambience is good but service is very poor. I am part of a wedding function guest and stayed there for 2 days and one night. Food is not good. If you order food for kids, staff will not say not available. But they will not bring. After a wait of an hour, we ordered baby food from outside through Swigy. Such a pathetic condition.

Decent experience, not really a 5 star experience Room - Vibe and cleanliness is good, small in size and don't have a bath tub. Stayed in 4209 Breakfast - Average, variety is low and can be improved. Dosa is tasty. Tea needs improvement. Greenery is good around the place. Spa and Gym are also good

I had a wonderful stay here. I had been there from my company along with my colleagues, the experience was amazing. The room was cozy and nice, and very comfortable, with modern amenities. The washroom was so good with lot of features. The banquet halls were well equipped with all the facilities. The food tasted well too. The restaurant has seating capacity inside as well as outside. Service is a bit slow comparatively. The surrounding and the area is beautiful, with a lawn, garden and trees. It also has an infinity pool, where we can chill out and have a good time. There is also a bar, spa, lounge, and gym inside. There is a walking track too. Located in the IT park, it is close by to a number of IT companies, and also not so far from the airport. It is perfect for all the events like family functions and business meetings. It is pet friendly as well. Overall, I had an awesome experience staying here!!

I had a great stay at Hyatt. I really liked the services offered and the staff was really amazing. The location also has a walking track which is great for a walk or a run. Room service was amazing. My room was great. I had great sleep over there during the business trip. The restaurant has a good ambience. However, I'd rate 3/5 overall for the food they serve as per my taste. It's better to ask them for the special dishes that they have and then order( I randomly tasted food there). But I found the local delicacies to be really good.

We just loved this place. I recently booked it on the last Saturday. We informed them of wedding anniversary special stay just for 1 day and they gave us complementary balcony room. This place is just perfect to relax, enjoy sumptuous food, greenery, nature and what not. Staff members are so humble and polite..In their restaurant Collage, every staff member was ensuring that the guests are comfortable. Food & ambience were just wow. Their way for walking is the usp of this place. I am surely gonna book it soon.
