I'm a bit shocked that it's called a 5 star hotel. The service is below average. There is no Valet parking you got to find your spot n keep doing circles till you get a space. No disposable masks provided, the bathrooms are not even close to a 5 star hotel. I would've got far better quality of room and service from a 3 star room. N pls do not go by the pics of the rooms posted they are highly deceiving the premium rooms are really small and the carpet n furniture around is pathetically ancient. All in all wasn't a great experience. I think the only saving grace was the breakfast buffet which was OK.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to transport and restaurants. The rooms were old but clean. The maintenance could have been a bit better. The breakfast buffet remained the same more or less over the 4 days I stayed. The wait for the lift was more than a minute at times. Recommend this for business travellers.

This is the worst place ever visited in name of Hotel. The minimum requirements is cleaning even that is not done. Even after changing room, we get lot which at least not expecting from Redisson type of Brand. Everything which was available not properly fitted like .closure mirror just came out, shower holder coming out. It was just like river during bath, drain was choked. Room lights were blinking even switched off. Finally one more member found in room Cockroaches. Check the pics..not a 2 ⭐ hotel.

Where in Radisson they have enough space? See this dining place seems like it was added later in the veranda of a big mansion full of rooms, most unimaginative spread. They know business more than hospitality. Are they four star. I hear they are all over the globe. It's a pity.

Rooms are spacious enough, and well equipped. Location is also nice topped by a decent price. I would recommend it overall. A strange incident happened, the in-room dining department asked for a hefty price tobpeive a pair of empty place and spoon.

Utterly disappointed. Rooms desperately need a makeover. Bathroom mirror was rusted at the edges, bath water was not hot enough, wash basin clogs up or drains very slowly which makes it very difficult to use, waste bin in the room was broken and falling apart, very low quality floor mats (torn and shredded) in the bathroom, bath towels were not soft and definitely very old. Lights in the room needed replacing as the room was dingy even with all lights on. Breakfast was decent, service was efficient at the breakfast table but the room service was very slow. Have stayed at other Radisson properties but this was a total letdown. Spoke at length with the duty manager and informed of these issues. Needless to say, I'll be staying elsewhere the next time. I seriously doubt the rooms are sanitized given the pandemic we are in.

While the property is decent, the service ranges from average to below average. We had wait a long time to get our room and over the next 6 days, we saw the same thing happening to other travelers. The breakfast had the same items. Nothing mind-blowing. The same cut fruits, the same menu for the entire week. We had an early morning flight back. So when I asked them to get something packed for breakfast, they expressed their inability to do so. This is the first time I have faced anything like this in a property claiming itself to be a 4/ 5 star. In a nutshell, I have experienced better service in lower-priced hotels in India. Radisson Hyderabad can really do much better if they only intend to.

Perfect service, with exemplary laundary service & Do not even ask me about the food. It's like heaven for my stomach. Thanks to the amazing staff for always working real hard to make sure our stay is Amazing. The pool & the terrace feels like heaven during these sunny times. Loved my stay here. The Check-in process could be more smooth. Other than that, pretty amazing stay 🤌🏻

Good for corporate meetings and family functions. Nice ambience and good tasty food. Spacious halls for meetings and functions. Good seating arrangements. Just only one issue with 2 wheeler parking. 2 wheeler we need to park outside of the premises and rooftop for this parking place. It’s good and better if we get good parking for 2 wheelers as well. Because when we have meetings or any functions all types of people will come and join with us. It’s my request from my side to hotel management. If you are able to provide the good parking even for 2 wheeler then all 100% people will be happy.

This was absolutely the worst service that we have ever received in a Radisson Hotel. The check-in took more than 20 min even though the reception wasn't too crowded. Our bags were then not sent to the room and we had to go and pick them up ourselves and security didn't even bother to find out whose bags we were picking up! Once we go to the room and called housekeeping, front desk, room service at least 10 times but no one bothered to pick up the phone. I had to then call their reservations line to have hand towels and slippers delivered to the room. The only redeeming feature of the hotel was that the dinner that we had ordered was tasty and generously proportioned. Unfortunately to have the dinner served it took us three calls to reach in-room dining and then they sent our food to a wrong room number and made us wait an extra 15 min! We had requested for a packed breakfast as we were planning to leave early and it was the most miserly packed breakfast that we have ever received from a '5 star' hotel. And to top of the pathetic service, they gave us veg sandwich when we had specifically requested for chicken sandwiches! Looks like the hotel management is sleeping on the job.

A big 5 -Star hotel located in kondapur, near sarath city mall. Thermal screening is there and Need to wear masks sice Covid-19 Pandemic. It is quite a huge building with atleast 15 floors. I have been here for the restaurant. I liked the ambience and many other picturesque spots in the hotel. The roof top swimming pool / bar and spa is open for visitors and first 3 floors also. The rest of the floors are only accessible for the people staying at the hotel. The buffet in cascade restaurant was themed "khao galli" Implying the street food festival of Pan-Indian Cuisine. Staff were good especially Mr. Ahmed and Miss Arshi. I visited on the X-mas day so it was all decorated like festival🎉 Also, at the entrance, the Christmas tree was decorated in white pearls beads , which I personally liked because Hyderabadi history is a lot linked to gems and pearls. A best 💯 hotel and I would recommend all. Stay safe and stay pampered! Thanks.

The hotel is really good. Good room service and maintenance. There is an enough parking space. This hotel is used for both commercial (business meetings) and residential purpose. The hotel takes care of proper security checkups. It is slightly expensive but it is worth staying in this hotel.

Entire experience was bad. Had booked online and called back to the hotel to reserve smoking room. But on arrival no such reservation was done. Was given non smoking room with twin beds( for married couple) which they said they would put together but no one came. A/C was not working, bathroom door lock was broken. Hospitality not so good.

Awesome and really clean... staff was very friendly and approachable! Loved my stay at Ibis. We checked the rooms in other five star hotels before finally checking in at Ibis, must say Ibis was really well cleaned and the housekeeping staff must really be congratulated! This was the best kept hotel compared to the other five star hotels we checked... thank you Ibis and the wonderful team, a special thanks to Manoj at the front desk 🤗

This is awesome property. Breakfast is super. I reached hotel in the morning, check in time usually in the afternoon, but they tried level best and provided a room with an hour waiting time (Hotel was fully booked). Rooms expected to be clean. Unfortunately Bathrooms are very dirty. I checked two rooms rooms in Business class, I can imagine the situation for normal rooms. Rooms doesn't look like 5-Star Hotel. Suggestion to the hotel is to keep a small sanitiser, two masks, tissue in the room.

Very very ordinary for a Radisson facility. The rooms were very unclean and it's like they never bothered to clean under the bed or likely that they brushed all the dirt under bed. The lackadaisical approach to resolving a complaint was surprising as well. Food was ok but absolutely do not recommend the rooms ...

The hotel is good but the rooms are bit old, you get the rustic old feeling with furniture, doors and sofa ! The cleanliness and service is up to the mark. They should think giving the ambience a little makeover considering other hotels have better look and feel.

Very bad experience. They shouldn't be claiming them to be a 5 star hotel as they are not. I think they entirely reply on corporate bookings as their bread & butter. Even for corporate visit the hotel amenities are not upto mark. The organisations ideally should avoid. Overall a big negative. Can you believe, a 5 start hotel cribbing about sending cutlery to you and asking 500/- for 2 plates. When confronted the staff said we don't ask the same for corporate booking. Unprofessional, unethical and pathetic service provider.

Only horrible thing is, even after we book the rooms in advance, everytime we have to wait for an hour to check-in. That's horrible experience. They haven't taken necessary steps to avoid this until now. Coming to location - Behind the hotel is complete slums. I don't have a problem with slums but hotels like these should have been located in better areas. Best part is - Rooms are excellent ❤️❤️❤️

We went to Cascade for lunch. The food was very good and the staff were very nice. We had to wait for the food for a while for which they were very sorry and asked us many times for complimentary drinks and also gave us handsome discount on the bill inspite of us resisting. Very heart warming behavior of the staffs.

Rooms are good.. But the staff aren't providing the rooms as we booked.. we booked for a king size bed, they have us two single beds room, and the refugee isn't working in our room cuz our food was spoiled and they are choosing 500 for 2 empty plates, maybe they are charging more than the selling price.. seems like they want us to order the food from the restaurant to get the plates..

The rooms are funny. There is a glass walled wash room, of course a full size curtain that covers the glass wall. Thank God for that. Not every one who share the room can be a couple! The glass wall might creep out womenfolks, if the other person is not your partner. And its not even remotely romantic or kinky. Unless someone wants peek into someone using the loo, shave or scissoring the nasal hair!!! The dining is good. We used the complimentary break fast at Radisson. Decent spread. Good enough service. We all enjoyed the breakfast.

Overall it's a good experience, but the room is not a 5 star standard. I would say the maintenance is not upto the mark. There should have been carpet for the room, the wooden floor become sticky while walking with bare foot. The air conditioner simply cools to the lowest temperature. Temperature setting doesn't work, the only way is to switch off the AC. Even the rest room is not maintained well. This is a non smoking room, but I could feel some nicotine smell while entering, there should have been a room freshener.

Great service with a smile. Exceptional hotel facilities, well maintained. Great buffet, with lots of choices. Management definitely did changes recently, and they are for better. Will keep returning here.

This is the worst so called 5 start hotel. The bathroom was soooo bad that i puked. Shower outlet was clogged. My home in small village gives much better experience than this. Entire room had damp , earthy smell of mold and mildew. Rusty bathroom equipments , some were broken too. I was working from hotel and there was drilling all afternoon. I went there for peace , i came back with mental breakdown

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about,and the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good,and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Service is absent. I reminded three times that the TV in my room is not working. Every time empty promises were given, nothing happened. They charge on the higher side of 6000 for a room which has rusted bathroom fittings, faded mirrors, and old furniture. Only advantage is its location. Breakfast is good. Can be better for the price.

Horrible experience! The room is decent with all basic amenities but the bathroom was horrible! The drains were clogged and every time I had a bath the bathroom would flood and water would flow everywhere including the room. Also, my colleagues room was left unlocked when the housekeeping staff came to collect the clothes iron and when we went to complain, the front office staff was least bit bothered. Luckily nothing was stolen. The breakfast buffet also was horrible and nothing tasted good. They had options like haka noodles and butter chicken as breakfast options which I at least found weird.

Amazing stay, the infrastructure is clean well maintained. Service as well as staff is very welcoming, once stayed you will definitely make it a regular accommodation for your upcoming visits. An assortment of mouthwatering menu for your food cravings will definitely make you satisfied. Also would like to recommend to take a dip in the relaxing outdoor pool and rejuvenate at the spa and health club. An ideal space for your Board meetings, seminars or wedding reception events. A must visit destination for your next visit in town.

not super clean but not bad. glass stall was hard to understand why it was inclined. housekeeping was so so. Mattress was soft. Maybe this would not be comfortable for someone who has backache. Facial tissue was bad smell. This should be changed asap.

The infrastructure is too good. Pleasant feel with Interior designs. The hotel maintained it quite well. The room very nice and too clean, big space and comfortable. Very nice swimming pool. Very good verities of food. Bathrooms are clean and water flowing also good. Gym also there, singles gusts can use when they get bored.

Pathetic experience, the reception was like a smoking room. Had to wait for close to 20 mins to get attended while checking in. While the floor said “You are in a premium floor”, the room was one of the worst I had seen for this category of hotel. The headboard was full of stain mark which I had to finally get changed

The property is a bit old and they need to do the maintenance. Front Desk staff were good welcoming but the service towards the room was slow like bags took almost an hour to reach the room and I have informed them about the extra bed as soon as I entered but got it very late. Pool was clean and good.

I had a wonderful experience at ODE spa in this Hotel. You don't think that prices for spa services are high in Star hotels. In fact they are even less than some so-called spa centres like F2 in the city. The girls are really polite and professional. They maintain dignity not like in F2 spas. I recommend it all to visit at once.

Went for lunch, no salt and pepper. Biryani ok but rest of the items taste less for me especially veg. didn't like much. Nice ambience and good service though.

Definitely a value for the price conpared to other costly star hotels. The rooms are pretty decent and the service was quick. The breakfast could've been a little better with the taste for the price being paid. We ordered idly for breakfast and it was hard and not very fresh for 450rs paid. Otherwise, everything else is great.

This is an old property just charging high on their brand value. Please note we stayed here for 3 weeks and can confirm its not a value for money. The property is old,outdated, they have not maintained it and all furniture, fixtures, everything is more than 10 years old. If you have to spend, please check for other properties which is well maintained.

My company had provided here accomodation for 5 days. Room service was good and room were clean too. Though the room service guys did asked for tips. Food was good the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. In room food ordering options were little limited though. Gym and swimming pool were open to operate but the crowd around that area was not good. Lot of smokers were allowed to room around in the terrace area which is near swimming pool. Overall good business hotel in Hi-tech city area

We booked a room and while check in they told to wait for 1 hour. We paid the room rent and went out for having some shopping and meanwhile they called us and informed the room is not available!!! we went back, after lot of struggle finally they gave room. This was not expected from a 5 start hotel. rest all was good. stay, food, everything was nice. They have given us breakfast parcel too as we had to start early morning. Staff was really friendly and well behaved.

Great staff, Awesome breakfast, Ok rooms. Rooms are old and have things either not working or needs repair. My room's flush was broken and it leaked water continuously same with the jet spray. Overall a nice experience, but given it is a 5 star hotel, I expected better facilities. However, staff is really good and will make sure your stay is smooth. Five star for staff.

Hotel is well maintained. All COVID protocols are strictly adhered. Staff is polite, knows their job and well experienced. Much better than many other 5 star hotels. Only one area to be taken care of is that bathrooms are not very well maintained & needs repair. Shower heads are blocked also drain was clogged.

Courteous service, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food make our stay memorable. Safety, security and strict covid protocol in place enthuse guests to participate freely in parties and functions.

The buffet place was well maintained. Gloves were available to serve food for buffet, cutlery was clean and table was tidy. Food was not tasty though.

Checked in on 17th Dec - Sir we don't have single queen size bed are you okay with 2 single beds ? No, I am not okay with that! After a wait of 10 mins there was a bed available... Not bad Took a shower and the whole bathroom was flooded because drainage is all clogged or may be never cleaned 18th Dec morning asked for coffee mugs but never arrived so had to wash the ones u used last night Again in the evening asked for housekeeping but no one turned up, next day mornig same situation, called up HK, duty manager, front office, operator but no answer! Lenin was soiled and no towlers provided you have to ask if you want towels Rooms are prehistoric and need attention.. I can understand covid might have put some pressures but staff attitude could have been better 19th Dec breakfast, hotel was full which is a very good sign but it doesn't mean they can be careless towards food. yes! I found a matchstick in my food! Overall it's not a 5 star hotel as it claims.

On the main road from Airport (via outer ring road) to Kondapur/Hitec city. Multi cuisine food available and all are yummy Multiple conference, business halls available and huge board rooms Gym, swimming pool, bar etc.. all available Nice reception and good Covid precautions followed Most tier 1 organisations use this hotel for trainings, induction, meetings etc and other team building activities

I am staying here with my family for over a week Location is great. Staff is very polite and professional. Sriti and her colleagues in the restaurant serve in the best possible way. However the menu remains the same every day. The food needs to be improved in quality and taste. Rooms are spacious with a good outside view of the city.. The housekeeping staff though very humble can improve the daily cleaning .

- right from entry into the hotel, the experience was bad. - no staff was available to help us lift the luggage and carry out to the reception. - no security check personnel - check in process was bad. It took almost 30 mins to arrange for a room and for all that time, they just kept us standing at the counter. - rooms were average. Bathroom doors are translucent. People travelling with colleagues need to be cautious. - for getting glasses, room service was asking for charges. Overall a bad stay. Avoid if possible.

I had stayed at this property last week for office work. The property is located at centre of Gachibowli and has spacious rooms however, they have pathetic service. Dont expect to get early check in despite informing them weeks before. I had ordered breakfast but that never reached me during my day 2 of the stay. People at the front Desk are of no use they have no autonomy and are just mannequin standing clueless. I would rather prefer Marriott or Novotel next time

The hotel is located strategically for those in software industry, however away from the main city and hence may not be suitable for tourists. I was there for a meeting. The conference hall was spacious and food served was also okay. The staff behavior deserves a special mention as they were very courteous. The room was good and having all the basic amenities as expected. The washroom was spacious.

I stayed at the hotel for ~14 days. I observed that the hotel staff for the restaurant was especially good. A call-out to Abhinandan for going above and beyond his job to ensure we are satisfied with the buffet menu (offering to make changes and bringing other less spicy meals). He never disappointed us and was always available. He definitely made our entire stay much more pleasant. Even when someone else missed our order(happened a few times), he ensured to get it at the earliest. The hotel rooms are a little outdated and need a makeover. The only thing that kept me at the hotel was the politeness of the restaurant staff. The reception staff definitely need to learn from the restaurant staff and be a lot more polite and humble. It goes a long way.

Invited for a terrace party. I really liked the food in the buffet spread (Veg). Ambience was great. Terrace has the pool. Lighting could have been better. Place is good for a casual/business party. Table arrangements were decent and stylish.

Stayed for a night last week, I was hoping it would be a great place to stay the service was excellent and the rooms were clean too however the hotel was not maintained well. All of their pipes have rusted or had a lot of salt deposits on it. The rooms were clean but the old fixtures were a big let down. Room Service: Service was slow as well, took them almost an hour to get my order which was just one dish and I had to call and remind them. Staff: were very polite and helpful Breakfast: was a full buffet and was very good. Location: It's right on the highway so that's okay, there was also noise seeping through the windows.

Great services & stay. I loved the meals here - thanks to Shiva for the excellent service & chef Sidharth for the tasty meals. Variety is good for both lunch & dinner. Buffets are amazing. This is definitely the best food I ever had. Must visit place if you find yourself near Hyderabad.

The hotel is near to the outer ring road and one can easily reach there within an hour from the airport. Leaving to the airport is also very easy from the hotel, again due to the proximity to ring road. The hotel is big with almost 14 floors and almost all floors having around 30 rooms. The rooms were big and spacious but cleanliness was a concern. The bed was fine but otherwise nothing great. The sofa was stained in my room and one would not want to sit on that. There were no hand towels in the room. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The taste of the South Indian delicacies was also very good. The idlis were soft and just melting in mouth. Overall an average experience. Happy staying!!!!

Breakfast was awesome, property is neat and clean. Rooms are spacious. However staff seems to be new or not well trained, needs grooming. TV wasn't working properly. Bathroom sink wasn't proper, water was not getting sinked. Sharing with colleague is not comfortable because washroom/bathroom noises are clearly audible in room which is quite odd.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast was very good, Sarika was our server each day and did well. The room service and room cleaning person was very attentive, helpful and speedy. Thank you!

I have visited many of the Raddison outlets in my travels. This particular hotel left me a bit confused. The hotel as a whole was beautiful. The deco, interiors the building itself. The staff were kind, but unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement. We were three individuals sharing a room and even paid for the extra, but we had to ask two service staff, three calls to in-room dining and even a call to the reception to ask for an extra glass and cup and after all that only a single glass arrived. The buffet breakfast was so so. Nothing much to write about, but yes the service was quick. Rooms were very clean, bathroom fixtures all working well. Room was cooling well and they have a very quick lift 😜. If you are visiting Hitex Exhibition centre, it a good distance away. It would be best to either have a driver on call or an uber. Rick's cannot be relied on much. Highly overcharged.

I always face challenge with my stay here…. I booked a room with King size bed but while check-in the reception person tried to offer me two separate bed room to which i denied. Later after multiple calls (10 mins of wait) he gave me a room as per my booking. The place is good and i will make one more attempt before i give up on this property

The staff is good but long way to go in terms of cleanliness and food. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, and the property was in a poor state of maintenance. Lots of places had dirt and dust. Water taps, mirrors and glass doors in the washrooms were stained to name a few.
