It's just a OK hotel with star range charges. I have booked this hotel for 2 days and I have to request a day to clean the room. No cleaning happened the next day besides informing house keeping. Pathetic housekeeping service. Rooms are big enough but no natural lights coming in. Toilets are average and no wet area dry area division and with no regular house keeping, it's just a mess. Moreover when a request raised to the front desk, the arrogant manager demands and fix a time for the guests to check out besides agreeing for additional charges, not at all a quality for a manger in hospitality industry. The manager seriously needs training on how to talk to the guests and monitor the house keeping activity to keep the rooms tidy. The last thing u need to have is an argument with manager during a business trip. I see many other guests complaining and arguing with the manager. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

This is a very good business hotel, however they should have more Iron since this is like a business hotel and guests would always look for Iron which i think they have a limited stock. Rest everything was awesome like location, Ambience and rooms were huge..

I hav stayed at Minerva Grand many times in last 3 years. I should say their location offers great flexibility and commute b/w Kondapur, gachibowli and Hitech City. Proximity to shopping, great food at blue fox. Always include breakfast in the room. Their breakfast buffet is one of the very best in hyderabad. Fantastic location. Parking for cars. Friendly staff. Rooms are big and clean. If need any other things for personal use - 2 supermarkets are next door on Both sides if you want to taste some fancy food .. very good restuarants next door However you are street foodie .. just across the street .. you will all varieties of food south Chinese north etc .. and a super good juice store

Breakfast buffet is the best part again. Also food quality and quantity is good. I think few main items which we usually order are priced at higher side but service and staff behaviour is top rated. Not a single complaint and issue in 2 week stay. Google office is beside the hotel. Metro and other offices are also nearby.

Horrible place with worst management. They will say sweet words during booking and then straight away deny any early check in or late checkout requests. Prices are over inflated. Check in and checkout times are at 2 pm and 12 pm which is very cumbersome and feels like cheating. There are much better hotels in Kondapur. Go for those.

Okay. Food was good but desserts and service very poor. I had visited with 20 persons for lunch. The worst part which i came to know later is one of our family member ( host ) has asked cold water,for which the service person denied and said it costs rs.55. water is served for all persons it was at room temperature. We made bill of about 16000, so much ego, not ready to serve chilled water to one person. What a shame. I came to know about this later after 2 days a d deeply hurted. And i requested one desert to birthday person sugar free they never obliged. As regular visitor to this place i never bothered but very sad ,that they were not given water and denied.

Minerva Hotel and rooms are good across locations. But this property is Shabby and pathetic Looks like very, very ordinary.. since the full amount paid forced to stay .. i dont recommend this property to any of my friends...

The price and the quality doesnt match for buffet especially they are charging 900 rs with no value for the food they provide , dont choose ever the lunch buffet for this .

We went there with excitement that we can have tasty food but unfortunately food was not good cup cakes were old stock, none of the sweet was good. Where ever buffet breakfast it's common to serve eggs , they didn't serve it. Milk was not at all good. Lacha Parathas was very tasty

Rooms are spacious and clean however wifi is a big issue here. You only get a speed of 1mbps, which is very slow.

Initially i thought it's a mid range hotel, but the roos are far far better than few 4&5 stars hotel's in town. The room is so very spacious & comfy. So cleaned & well maintained Cozy bed.

I have been to Miverva Restaurant the worst experience of my life. The staff is cheating a lot they are faking bills and serving items of buffet as separately and saying machine is not working and collecting cash into their pockets. Staff is behaving rudely don't ever go to this place

Hotel is good. On Road location. Good options and good rates in food menu. They also have 15% discount on room dining, which brings your food cost to some lower values. Rooms are big. Cleanliness on bed sheet & pillows and wifi have some issues. Otherwise it was a five star rating.

I visited "MINERVA GRAND" for my relatives function. Decorations, function hall was awesome 👌and managed everythingwell. Don't know about rooms but whole hotel gives a grand look. But food service isn't good, whole serving team didn't work with coordination most of the dishes are served by us. Coming to the food taste, it was average but more varieties are served.

Grate ambiance and a decent banquet hall which can accommodate 200 to 300 people. Hall is located at 5 th floor and dining is provide open to sky . Food is also good mainly it is located left side on Kondapur to Hi Tech City main road . Parking is also pretty good ..

Stayed here for a couple of Days. though the exterior of Hotel looks normal it's the best I've stayed so far. The Rooms are so spacious & well maintained. better than many 4/5 stars around. Loved their spread in the Breakfast Buffet. it was too yummy. both the days I've skipped my Lunch literally. Loved the meal in the Dinner as well.

Disappointed with the standards. Reception lobby systems shutdown while checking in. Bathroom shower gets blocked and water doesn’t come. Poor service in restaurant also.Plain Dosa took 10 mins and no one was bothered. Hotels with half of this price are serving better nowadays.

Overall I had a fairly good experience here, stayed for 3 nights. Room was very spacious sofas were a good addittion. Very neat washrooms and well equipped. I just felt lights were very dull and could have been better. Break fast was complimentary and everything was of good quality and fair taste. The blue fox restaurant is super pretty as well. Just feel the hotel corridors need to be maintained better. They were smelly. Plus the smoking issue needs to be taken care of. Some people might face issue with the smell spreading into others rooms.

We stayed for 4 days. Overall it's a good place to stay. Had breakfast in blue fox, variety and quality of food can be improved. Taste is okish but not the best. Rooms are clean and everything is provided. Stayed in 411, the room does not have a window or any view which was a let down.

Disappointed with their service and intent. They do not care about Customer.. We booked 1 room first through a website and then a second room directly. For the first room we were told no breakfast included, but for the second one we were told on the phone that breakfast is included. However, during check-in I was told that breakfast is not included..But during checkout when asked again, we were told that one room was eligible for breakfast and we still have to pay as billing was already done and there is nothing they could do. Apart from that the rooms are not.maintained well, hard water stains in bathrooms. We had also asked for rooms next to each other, but were not accomodated during check-in. Overall, not a great experience... Will definitely avoid given a chance

We had a family event at the banquet hall. Food quality was good but taste below average. Roti and poori were very thick and cold. There was lots of leftover food, server couldn't provide use and throw packing boxes to take some home.

Location , ambience wise it's good But need to take care not to allow smoking inside the premises else the air has the . ..tobacco smell. Banquet halls are are available at a better price.

Good for business stays in hi-tech city. Pretty old but well maintained property. Rooms show their ages. Breakfast was decently good, wish they could improve on desserts and beverages.

Extremely tasty food, highly recommend the cream of chicken soup and the white sauce pasta. Quantity is not lacking at all. I was quite sad that I just physically couldn't eat more since I had stuffed myself with the pasta.

Room was big and very neat. Have locket to safely deposit the valuables. Had a very comfortable stay. Staff co-operative and obliged for little late check-out.

Attended a function in the first floor of this Minerva grand and had lunch. The food is tasty. Staff were good. They have valet parking facility.

Staying in HiTech city , this is the place for you , rooms are big, near and clean, staff is friendly and services are remarkable, blue fox resturant is cherry on the top !!! Good food !! No doubt!! The only issue is no covered parking !!

I have come to Minerva Grand couple of times. Ambience is good and well maintained, with good service. During my last visit We took Veg Man-chow soup, Veg Manchurian. Soup was not good. Veg Manchurian is OK. We had butter Roti, Paneer butter Masala. Paneer butter Masala well prepared and tasty . Overall Ambience scores over food.

Minerva Grand is a hotel that does the job, and nothing more. The same can be said of the staff: they do what they are told to do, but never take any initiative and they don't go out of their way to be super friendly. The rooms are clean, pretty well layed out, and reasonably quiet. They have no view unfortunately. They've charged me a lot for a lost key (a magnetic plastic card) without giving me any duplicate. The access is very easy for cabs, and the hotel is next to a minimarket, which is super convenient. In conclusion, it's a hotel you choose for its location, not for its quality

Minerva service and Maintenance is Marvelous. Food also so delicious.halls and rest rooms are good cordial staff service. Valet parking is not appreciable.
