Good ambience. Food is good. The location is in the middle of HiTech city and is very convenient. Reception staff & banquet hall sales team responses were not satisfactory. They need to be more courteous in responding to enquiries and communicate timely & effectively.

The hotel was very clean and.professionap, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The location leaves a lot to be desired, but Hyderabad is a busy place, so I understand there's not that much that can be done about that. At least a grocery store is within walking distance.

My wife stayed at the hotel as she had to go to the visa application centre. The location is great. The centre is across the road. The hotel has airport pickup & drop off but you have to let them know in advance. The breakfast buffet is worth trying. There is a mall & resturants nearby.

Can't give 5 stars because I am not a man of substance, full of confidence. Otherwise such a unique place, couldn't find a single fault. What if I didn't know about it ever. How should I know all? Nobody has a coffee bar supplying Cappuccino separately at breakfast, at least I have not seen it in any five star hotel. And not just egg white omelette but they gave us freshly fried Bacon, not in assembly; nice poached eggs! with hot sausage, boiled fish n lemon, chicken stew served routinely. Endless praises, and dining with a huge portion of four big fishes with potato and lemon butter sauce at a very very reasonable price. Rooms are just fantastic, big, with the finest amenities. Going to come back soon. Only the entrance is made simplistic, with a purpose? Carry on Sir!

5 star Hotel presents you with a quality and a premium experience. Well experienced chefs provide us a best culinary feast. Very much suggested for hosting functions and stay. It's a bit expensive for a restaurant or a dinner.

Went for attend some seminars. The arrangement hall and everything was nice. The only problem was food other wise would given 5 stars ratings The food was not up to the mark. Founded cockroach in a gravy item. After telling the manager and staffs they replace the gravy after it was almost over..

It is a nice hotel situated close to various companies. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Service is decent. Place overall feels understaffed and people may require more training. However, staff did their best to serve us. So, no complaints. Place doesn't look very posh but is decent for a business hotel. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

The ambiance, the service and the choices were absolutely wonderful. Especially the Mutton Dum Biriyani was top notch!!! Chocolate mousse was elegant and smooth. Over all! It was worth the Journey!! This Hotel requires a Lesson in Real Hospitality.. They are only polite in talking , however the Service Professionalism is extremely Poor. 1. Room cleaning required multiple follow up. 2. Room order required multiple follow. 3. Room booking confirmation took more than 4 hours after 6 phone calls to sales team. 4. Simple food order on breakfast table took 20 minutes to get a Single Salt sachet. It is not definately a 5 Star hotel which is mentioned. It can be max 3 star hotel.

Wonderful experience staying here. An oasis from urban surround. 30 Minutes from airport. Whisked us to the lap of luxury. Great Hospitality and we’ll behaved staff. Just a overnight stay but very bad experience. Room had unpleasant musty stale smell. Neither the reception nor the in-room dining lifted the call. They didn't even provide tea bags. Shower was leaking. Overall a very bad experience. As there is no zero option, one star.

All was perfect. - Rooms are truly 5 star. - Ohm Asian Fusion restaurant is fantastic. - Breakfast in PI is solid, nothing special but great variety is and helpful staff. - Rooftop bar had relaxing live music which was nice for a drink after work in the evening. - Supermarket & ATM next next door and lots of shops and food stalls in the area if walking around.

We had been there to attend an event. Such ordinary food in such good location. Heard people telling that food at Avasa is not great and experienced the same. Quality of desserts too was pathetic. Overall poor experience.

We got to know about the property during our last visit with our whole family. It was for a marriage party and one of our close relatives suggested Avasa. We never expected, but to our surprise, the rooms are very well decorated and well maintained. The front office as well as the house keeping staff were polite and well behaved. The pricing was also accommodative. It is something worth recommending.

we’ve always liked Avasa hotel , the food and the service. So, when it was time to host my parents-in-law’s Golden Jubilee wedding anniversary party, we went there first. We met Niju who gave us wonderful hall options and pricing for the food. Everything with respect to planning the function was done very efficiently and needed minimal intervention from our side, exactly how we wanted. On the day of the function, the arrangements were exactly how we discussed. Niju and Meghna and their teams did a great job hosting us, all our guests were very happy. They also loved the food. We were particular about not having any plastic wastage in the party and Niju took care of this request, I was very happy for that too. I’d definitely use this location for hosting other family functions. Strongly recommend.

I had stayed here for 2 days. This was my second stay and I enjoyed my stay here everytime. The rooms are quite neat and clean. Just once we felt that the room was having some odour. So we requested the cleaning staff for the room freshner which thry immediately provided us. The staff is also polite and very helpful. However, I thought the food is little bit expensive, but again, that is my opinion. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

Its a five star hotel but still doesnot feel like five star. Swimming pool is closed so early. Rooms and food are good. The TV remote was not working, i asked the service desk to fix, but nobody came to fix it.

Called the hotel to find out more about the rooms and service provided, was treated with utmost disrespect. Please put in more time and energy in training your staff how to be courteous to potential customers. Will not recommend this hotel based on first point of contact.

I am a regular customer for the last 4 years.( Work trip) I have to say that during Covid service and standards were good. Since 2 years I am regularly disappointed by services. Room service is a disaster , pool is only open from 7 am to 7 pm with no flexibility, compare to competitors, room is smelly ( stagnant water) , ledt lift not working with card, and regularly breakfast is cold if you are taking it early. Have been patient until today, but now facing again room service issue once more, ordered at 7.25 pm, still not delivered, called 3 times....I am done. Sorry for my company which negociated packages and is supported hotel business for few years. But I am done. Will do feedback accordingly and move to an other location next time.

A pleasant place to stay with a beautiful view of a stream flowing right in front and beautiful flowers around . We had no issues with the food buffet or the geyser water and overall the stay . Everything was well managed.

I was here for a business meeting. The board room and the accompanying lounge was comfortable and nice. The only problem was that there was only a single person toilet/restroom which is not sufficient for a group, particularly after a long session where everyone might need to use the restroom. The buffet food spread is great. There is a huge variety of food. Most of the food is good. Overall the a very good place for getting together friends or colleagues.

I've crashed at Avasa Hotel several times this year for work, and it's become my go-to in Hyderabad. The rooms are modern, a good size, and always clean. Food at the hotel's restaurants is good, but I wish there were more continental options at breakfast. The real winner, though, is the rooftop bar—killer views and the friendliest staff. The hotel's right in the middle of the high-tech city, perfect for hitting up major companies. I didn't get to explore much of Hyderabad itself, but the location is a big plus for anyone on a tight schedule. If you're in town for business, Avasa is a solid pick.

I stayed several times in this Hotel. This stay 14 & 15 July 21 was the worst amongst all. The hotel has provided room # 1021, from the carpet to the cutlery like glass, spoon etc were not cleaned and properly decorated and placed. The breakfast was taste less, in fact it was like that the restaurant is running by some agency instead of hotel management. The room dining was against the immediate cash.

I stayed here for 6 days and my experience is overall disgusting. Starting with room, very suffocating, no windows, no balconies, AC doesn't work properly after 23 degree, tv pictures doesn't come and most importantly if you complain about anything it takes ages to come or sometimes it doesn't come as well. Moreover coming to in dining almost every day something or the other item gets missed. Rooms are not sanitised also Daily. I really made a big mistake choosing Avasa for 6 days. Its good if you there for a night. P.S. : Food charges are also more than standard, a burger can cost upto 700 so order carefully and attentively.

Luxurious place. Great staff, and amazing food. There are at least 2 banquet halls that provide for gatherings. The lobby is spacious. The rooms are good too, but amenities could definitely be better.

Went there for a team dinner. Literally there is nothing much to eat. Hardly any starters. And main course too isn't that tasty. More the stars to the hotel, lesser the taste of food 😃. Stay might be good, but I can't comment on it.

Poor response from staff. Our first room was smelling musty and had to change room which took a while. In our second room, out of blue electricity went out only in our room. We were unable to reach anyone to fix it for 20 min which is quite frustrating. Not a single number was answered and when they finally did, took their sweet time. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but service and response is worse than any hotel I ever stayed. Very disappointed and honestly shocked. Wouldn’t recommend it to any one.

One of the best hotel stay I must say so far for me. Didn't spend much time in the hotel as it was an official visit and only for one night. 1. Rooms-> Well maintained, neat, good presentation 👏 and great arrangements. 2. Breakfast-> It was complementary. Also enjoyed various items from the menu. 3. Service-> Service was flawless. Staff are polite and courteous. Only thing I didn't like is they keep on emailing me wrong invoice for my stay. Despite of calling them, emailing them and explaining the issues still I haven't received the bill for my room. 4. Location-> Location wise it's 👌 😎 in a good location.

The place looks good ... Food was decent. The most important thing in hospitality sector is how the guests are treated which distinguishes one hotel from others. So we had foreign delegates and they didn't come up with a very positive feedback on the behaviour of staff. So this hotel need to work on this area... Other than this it was good.

Place is well located and connected. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant dining is good. The in-room service is wonderful. Reception and receptionist are horrible. Not helpful, grumpy people who don't even talk to you. They don't reply to queries. I had to ask 3times before my bills were made ready. No one helped me with my luggage. Horrible service.

Lived here for a month in Mar-Apr 2023. The quality of the room depends on the room you get but overall it is good. The service is prompt. The breakfast buffet was not up to the mark according to me. Only a few food items were good. The location of the hotel is quite good. Hitec City Metro station is just outside the hotel. There are a lot of food outlets within walking distance.

Decent stay. Check inn time 2pm. Decent car parking space. Proximity to tech parks . BF buffet was good(no Mysore bajji though). Decent facilities. AC switch far from bed. TV All Telugu channels.

Visited Avasa today for an office event. Decent experience. Loved the ambience and their conference rooms. One thing that bothered me was they couldn’t manage the crowd for lunch. Although they tried to serve the guests by arranging multiple food counters, it couldn’t help much. We had to wait in looonnggg queues across the lift lobby. Food was good though!! Had a great time!! Happened to visit their open pool.. loved it😍

The swimming pool was just for viewing and it was too small to use. Also the housekeeping was taken care of and my requests were met. Located in the tech sector, very close to multinationals and corporates. The system is responsible for the drivers.

Had a good experience before, but not this time. Review is only for Pi restaurant, buffet option : Starters to main course, all dishes were of poor taste. Our post covid catchup with teams started off, with poor food. Not just food, the waiters too were very eager to just serve one special table and hardly bothered about other tables, hope they treat all customers equally. Expected better from Avasa for sure. 3 stars, just as I thought it might be a one off. Hope they focus on taste and equal attention to all.

Stayed here for 10 days, One of the affordable hotels in Hi-tech city. Ambience and views of the hotels are very scenic. Coming to food, it was very fresh and tasty. Special mention for the 11th floor bar and restaurant, view from there is crazy. I had good & comfortable stay. Do check the pictures that I attached.

First time I went with 4.5 out of 5.. it's superb..they have excellent ambience and limited item on buffet. But what ever they have .it's fantastic delicious .less spicy..less oily. And affordable around 1300 for per person we got ..i recommend you must try

Almost a good hotel, but not 5 star for sure. My windows has rain water coming in. The staff is courteous. We had a seminar and all halls have a big pillar running through them, looks like an after thought.

Location: 7/10. Someone might miss or overlook the branding, who is new to the location. Better use google maps for 1st timer. Service: 7/10. Felt its a little slow. However its a business hotel so its fine. Coference Rooms: 8/10. I was in 2 or 3 halls and felt pillars in between the hall makes it a little tough to navigate. Else for business works, its perfect. Food: 9/10. Very surprising as the taste and variety are good here. Overall Rating: 8/10.

Pros: big hotel, great facilities people are polite. Con: neither I nor they could not open my room. They went ahead and opened another room saying that they would house me in the other room however there were occupants which they are mot aware. Then they asked me to stay in my original room by opening the door by manual key. They told me that IT would come immediately to repair the electronic key but never came. It was fairly messy.
