I
normally
stay
at
this
hotel
on
all
my
business
visits
to
Hyderabad
with
my
current
company.
The
last
time
I
stayed
here
was
in
September
2022
and
my
stay
was
as
long
as
2
full
weeks.
I
had
a
good
experience,
the
room
provided
was
excellent
and
the
service
of
the
restaurant
folks
were
brilliant
too.
But
this
time
when
I
stayed
in
March
2023
-
I
stayed
for
4
nights/5days,
I’m
very
unhappy
with
the
attitude
of
the
staff
esp
at
their
restaurant.
When
asked
to
send
the
food
to
room,
as
I
was
running
late
they
blatantly
refused
and
it
was
not
only
insulting
but
not
at
all
understanding
in
their
part.
In
fact
I
asked
for
just
one
item
from
their
buffet,
didn’t
ask
them
to
bring
the
entire
buffet
to
my
room.
My
only
question
is
-
when
they
did
it
happily
on
my
last
stay,
what
changed
this
time?
And
I
know
that
they
have
a
policy
of
not
bringing
the
buffet
food
to
room
but
why
can’t
they
make
exceptions
when
I
was
running
late
and
all
I
asked
for
is
ONE
ITEM
in
a
tiny
bowl.
Also
since
last
time
I've
been
noticing
that
there
is
no
smile
at
any
front
desk
staff.
I
know
that
this
is
a
budget
business
hotel
but
that
doesn't
mean
that
people
are
staying
without
paying
money
right?
A
5
star
service
is
not
expected
but
it
is
a
3
star
property
and
the
standards
of
a
3
star
hotel
is
definitely
expected.
Which
isn't
provided
here.
Also
a
basic
hospitality
is
expected
from
a
chain
like
Lemon
Tree
group.
Now
for
those
thinking
that
I
don’t
know
hotel
policies
-
I’m
a
Hospitality
graduate
-
graduated
around
10
years
back,
who
has
also
stayed
at
Marriott's,
Intercontinental,
Trident,
Novotel
and
Hilton
hotels!
I
know
how
hotels
work,
and
I
very
well
know
how
a
guest
should
be
treated
as
well.
