Really sorry to write this, I don’t want to defame any business but after two days of leaving your place I still feel I wish I could delete the embarrassing memories we had with you. Wasted two days of our life with everlasting dark memories! Horrible service, understaffed, suffocating rooms, lower standards bed, linens , everything pathetic for the price. Please train your staffs at least to smile and greet well even they are in bad mood! Breakfast time was a real embarrassment! About to take my first bite, someone comes to my table and says “you should pay” , felt embarrassed and badly humiliated so left everything on table, even agreed to pay at checkout for the unfinished breakfast, but the guy says you don’t have to pay extra, breakfast is included in your stay. Later in the afternoon, again another mannerless calls us to ask for money! Sorry to write this but you guys are pathetically disgusting. There is nothing good about your place. Learn some hospitality ethics too while you’re minting money from your guests!

Firstly this hotel has hired egoistic staff, their behaviour is such that they are ill treating the guests on arrival!! Lemon Tree have to train the staff and teach them how to treat their guests!! I wanted to check in early, but the staff told they were sold out and no room were available, however they pulled off a gimmick as if they were favourable to me in giving me a deluxe room, but gave me a standard room!! The room is pretty good, but lacks cleanliness, the water kettle was dirty and they charge for toiletries which is pathetic. Coming to the breakfast, very few options and the chefs don’t even know how to prepare Idly which is a South Indian commonly prepared breakfast. Food tasted below average. Like everyone mentioned, hot water is available for limited hours just like tier 3 hotels. Basic cleanliness of plates, spoons, mugs cannot be expected in the restaurant!! This hotel needs to work on their staff on a serious note, if the same thing is continued you will lose out on bookings !!!

Not more than a 3 star hotel. the Rooms are very NOT HOTEL LIKE. those are very normal home rooms with basic amenities. fans not cleaned from years, TV and AC remote in much poor condition : highly dusty / sticky and smelly. Guys atleast think about some hygiene. No Closed almirahs / no locker. I wont recommend this hotel for such high rates. either make the room more look like hotel instead of basic AC Rooms, or reduce the rates to match the standards. Breakfast : you have multiple standard options. they come and ask for feedback , i hope they take care of those. Milk looked more like a powdered or watered milk. Location : it is good, as the hotel is surrounded by so many offices and next to metro stop.

Business hotel with all amenities located in hitech city. Its a prime location and close to most IT parks and companies. Rooms are spacious and have the required amenities. Hotel is well maintained and staff is polite. Overall a good place to stay for business travellers

The rooms are decent and spacious but its a bit disappointing to find only 2 sockets. Also the sockets are connected to lamps, so if you are using it during day, you'll be wasting electricity for no reason. The hot water availability is also a bit fishy here, most of the time it was just room temperature water. The other amenities of the hotel are very good though, the inhouse restaurant and the next door premium hotel offer most of what you need for luxury. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Overall I'll say its not exactly bang for the buck but it'll suffice for a decent stay.

After shifting to Hyderabad, I stayed in this hotel. Perhaps from office, I got infected by COVID19. To ensure the other guests remain safe, I told the hotel. And then instead of providing facilities and care, what I got was over 10 calls in a day to vacate the room, including at 8 p.m. in the night. Their reason: we don't have an isolation room and by our protocol, you can't stay here. They were not ready to wait for even one more day, despite me staying inside my room at all times. I was staying alone and offered to completely quarantine myself in the room, but their nonsense reasons remained the same. I had to vacate the next day with no set place to go to. The honesty of letting them know about the positive test granted me this behaviour from them. I even recieved a call at 4 a.m. They don't take serious safety precautions otherwise, no compulsory mask on the staff. But in this case, they behaved like this. They don't care if guests with COVID19 are already staying in but not telling them about the positive detection. But if you're honest and tell them for everyone's safety, you get thrown out immediately. They had the audacity to offer me free food after such horrible behaviour. Absolutely pathetic staff, including the hotel manager. Never coming back here, will ensure no friend comes here, and will try getting this hotel de-listed from my company's accommodation options.

Kudos to the Senior Management of Lemon Tree Hotels that owns/ operates Red Fox, for hiring hearing and speech impaired personnel as bellboys, in room dining waiters. It gives out hope to the marginalised. Well done! I hope that the Hotel also pays them wages commensurate with that of this not impaired. Rooms are bright, well appointed; food is value fir money paid.

Pathetic experience. Not provided room at agreed time of reservation. Need to leave luggage in reception and came back for room at evening. A/C was giving horrible sound like MRI during night. Rooms are old. Flooring is getting off the floor. Bathrooms are beaten up. There is NO Napkins in the bathrooms. Very small size TV in the room. Not many things you see in the hotel to designate it Four Star!! One thing I shall appreciate about them is... they have employed many impaired persons. I salute this gesture of their management.

It’s a mediocre hotel at best. The location is the only silver lining. I personally found the rooms depressing especially the bathrooms. While I had heard rave reviews from my colleagues, I failed to understand what they appreciated in this hotel.

It's a slightly old property but really well done up. This is a budget version of lemon tree group but services and food is good. The staff is trained and very helpful. My business room was large and spacious complete with a desk, sitting area. My charger wouldn't fit in the slot provided since it's slightly older construction. The reception was very prompt in offering an adapter that helped! the only glitch in my enter three days here was at the end on checkout - I had an early morning flight and hence requested them to prepare any one item for me. The person agreed yesterday, but completely forgot about it today. But they promptly served bread and fruits within minutes. So yeah, if you ask for it, they will happily serve you! Had a great stay and thank you!

I normally stay at this hotel on all my business visits to Hyderabad with my current company. The last time I stayed here was in September 2022 and my stay was as long as 2 full weeks. I had a good experience, the room provided was excellent and the service of the restaurant folks were brilliant too. But this time when I stayed in March 2023 - I stayed for 4 nights/5days, I’m very unhappy with the attitude of the staff esp at their restaurant. When asked to send the food to room, as I was running late they blatantly refused and it was not only insulting but not at all understanding in their part. In fact I asked for just one item from their buffet, didn’t ask them to bring the entire buffet to my room. My only question is - when they did it happily on my last stay, what changed this time? And I know that they have a policy of not bringing the buffet food to room but why can’t they make exceptions when I was running late and all I asked for is ONE ITEM in a tiny bowl. Also since last time I've been noticing that there is no smile at any front desk staff. I know that this is a budget business hotel but that doesn't mean that people are staying without paying money right? A 5 star service is not expected but it is a 3 star property and the standards of a 3 star hotel is definitely expected. Which isn't provided here. Also a basic hospitality is expected from a chain like Lemon Tree group. Now for those thinking that I don’t know hotel policies - I’m a Hospitality graduate - graduated around 10 years back, who has also stayed at Marriott's, Intercontinental, Trident, Novotel and Hilton hotels! I know how hotels work, and I very well know how a guest should be treated as well.

I recently stayed at your hotel in Hyderabad and wanted to take the time to provide some feedback on my experience. Overall, I had a good stay and was pleased with the service provided by your staff. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few areas where I feel improvements could be made. Firstly, the service at the restaurant was slow, and the food was average in taste. It would be great if the restaurant could offer a more varied menu with more options for vegetarian and vegan guests. Secondly, while the room was clean, it was quite small, and there was not enough space for my luggage. Additionally, there was a musty smell in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Despite these areas for improvement, I would like to acknowledge the staff who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations on things to do in Hyderabad. Overall, I had a decent stay at Red Fox Hotel and appreciate the effort put in by your staff to make my stay comfortable. However, there is definitely room for improvement, and I hope you will take this feedback constructively and use it to enhance the guest experience.

All in all nice stay place and enjoyed no frills service. Booking was done over phone, check in and out was quick and nice experience. Due to flight timings I could not experience the breakfast menu.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Beautiful structure that only gets better as you step inside. High-quality rooms (there was even a TV in the shower) and service. The accommodations were spotless and quite comfy, and the staff was outstanding. They went above and above to make our stay more enjoyable. Rooms and services are good for stay, rooms are well maintained with good hygiene. Their Master Chef Jagat takes good care of guests taste buds.. as he very well knows how to adjust any dish as to the required taste. Overall liked their behaviour and service first attitude. Its an economy hotel. No proper restaurant. I stayed here for 5 nights. No buffet - because most of the time this hotel does not have enough guests. So they cancel buffet and offer you a fixed menu set - like a set-menu. They are the low-cost hotel of Lemon Tree brand and tied up with Lemon Tree for spa and bar. So if you need a Spa or a bar, you need to walk down to lemon tree adjacent to it. Food is not that great. Breakfast buffet is more of less like a Treebo-like breakfast. Wifi is extremely poor - so be sure to carry your own hotspot instead of relying on the hotel's wifi if you are on a business trip. The room has just 2 plug points - I had trouble charging all my devices. Had to push one device to the bathroom for charging. So better carry your own multi-plug if you are staying at Red Fox and dont get "foxed". Room Service was prompt. Location is good. But better to pay some extra bucks and stay at Holiday Inn, Ibis, lemon tree nearby to this hotel.

Let's check out how my stay went: Safety: The hotel is safe with a constant vigilance from security and you can be rest assured that each and every luggage is getting scanned and all guests are checked thoroughly. Rating: 5 / 5 Check in: Excellent Check in experience with quick and seemless Check in. Rating: 5 / 5 Rooms: Room was spacious clean and had great view. Self control A/c panel was a relief. Rating: 5 / 5 Food and Beverage: Unfortunately I got opportunity to only have breakfast. Breakfast was Super Repetitive. I feel chef needs to really work on menu planning. Who eats Pao Bhaji in Breakfast? Being in Hyderabad I thought Sambhar would be great but it was pathetic and hence had sambar only for 01 day post which I was sure not to have it. Omlettes have no standardisation of service. Sometimes it is served flat as Chapati, sometimes they fold it in half and give it, yet Chef never managed to serve it as a proper Crescent shape. Buffet replenishment challenge was consistently there whenever I visited during Breakfast between 08:50am and 9 :20am Rating: 2 / 5 P.S.: For some reason the QR code placed in room for In room dining does not feature prices..Strange!!! Informed Front Office Team multiple times yet no action was taken during my entire stay and no one even bothered to respond back tome on the status of my complaint. Loved it.. I made a mistake in reservation of dates due to urgency.. The staff were excellent and proactively helped.. Since I booked from goibibo, they helped me in connecting with customer care and resolved things immediately.. I could save one day of stay. But one info needed.. early check-in, you have to pay money.

Well mannered staff in a Budget Hotel.

A great place to stay in Banjara Hills. The staff is absolutely great, and the hotel particularly stood out for me because of their initiative of employing multiple deaf and dumb people as their service staff. Had a great stay with a delicious and healthy breakfast full of fruits and juices and your regular old Idlis.

It's a highly downgraded budget hotel of Lemontree group. Lacks basic amenities like full time hot water, TV had no paid channels subscribed, everything in room is on chargeable basis like dental kit, shaving kit, bathroom slippers, etc. However, I paid about 3300 for one night without knowing that this franchise will be stripped off from amenities from the next door Lemontree premiere, where rooms were available at additional 500 odd bucks. Didn't expect such below par experience. Ceiling fan was dirty, air purifier were not working, washrooms were very conjested with no blower. Water heater was dirty and stinking from inside. Parking lot both in basement and open were sub standard. Breakfast had limited options.

Don’t know why this hotel is 3 star. The room was not properly cleaned I was able to see dirt hanging from lamps. The electric kettle was not cleaned and was stinking very bad, I had to call room service twice to get it replaced. Food quality was not good as per the price they charged. The only good thing was the view from the room. Not recommended if you are paying above 2.5k

They don’t have lift from parking to lobby in total I payed 3700 for a night and here the ice cubes cost 60+taxes seriously lemon tree your services are really lagging ages back service here is very unprofessional it’s not a business hotel I would never recommend my company to ever consider this hotel oyo collection O would have way better staff who’s extremely friendly and polite are these guys even from hospitality background did they go to a hotel management college because I really question it ! Disposable glasses oh yes covid right where’s sustainability gone if you’re exhausting it with disposable seriously I fell I wasted money for a night would never recommend how could no one sue them for the ice I believe even fruits are free at some hotel !

Stayed many times at lemontree always a good experience but this time i booked single queen bed room as shown in their pictures,and i have got twin separate beds . Initially they said it will take time to clean i said i can wait for queen bed but then they said no this is only available because they were lazy to clean the room i guess. Also worst thing, they did not ask if i need a non smoking room . Full room and floor was stinking and then i asked to open window. Sometimes the standards go pretty bad here even after paying same amount of money, we dont get expected results.So I had to sleep in a single twin bed that is really uncomfortable n small after paying a such high amount n smell smoke everywhere, great.

Booked this hotel by looking at reviews and 3 star rating but one of the most uncomfortable stay. Room felt like an old damp and trigerred my alergies. Hallway had weird amell of smoking, bedsheet seems very old and dirty. Even towels were years old and faded because of continuous wash. No toiletaroes or dental kit and hotel charge for that as well. My advise will be to stay away from this hotel.

The rooms are spacious. Could be improvised in terms of cleanliness of washrooms. The food was excellent. Chef Jagat helped us late orders as we were stuck in traffic and had extended family travelling. Veg and non veg food both were amazing. Thanks to him and the Restaurant staff for making our stay wonderful.

Writing this review while I’m staying.. Clock work efficiency.. Came in earlier than my prescribed check in time.. Professionally handled.. Hotel was full.. Yet helped me freshen up And the evening services since I just got back from meetings has been filled with warmth.. Brilliant.

Hotel is good for stay if you have work around HiTech city. You will find lot of people here who are on business trip rather than for leisure. It shares the same compound with Lemon tree hotel. It is economical compared to the leamon tree. The food quality was good in buffet breakfast but fewer options to pick. Staff and cleaning crew was great especially Ranjith. Few things i don't like, Wifi is slow, wall sockets are small and for online order need to get out of hotel to get it, no security to store luggage.

Location is good, near madhapur and ikea mall is just at walkaway distance. Rai durg Metro is also just 100-150m away.but the service is quite poor, for anything you will have to call them for atleast 5-8 times. All toiletries are chargeable @40/- each written in washroom. The chef Suzal from RedFox is Great and Amazing chef. He is customer focused. He makes many different dishes. During my stay he served me with Tasty Dishes for Breakfast. I am very Happy with his food quality and Taste. 5 Star full rating from myside to him.

The place stinks, the service is poor. The telephone doesn’t work, internet is very slow. I had to walk down to inform about internet being slow as telephone wasn’t working. They came to repair telephone and said “purey hotel ka telephone aise hi hai” and left it damaged. Beds are worse, not at all comfortable. It’s just an hour I checked-in and way to go, Will update more.

Location is good. Rooms are okay although I booked Premium room and not just standard one. Limited options in breakfast but was good. Food was tasty, staff was helpful. Front desk officer is super supportive. Only problem I had to face with the washrooms. It was clean but very old, hotel might consider a revamp of few washrooms which are really looking old now.

The room was quite old. The sockets did not work to charge your phone. They were situated far from the bed. For the money charged, I'd suggest Lemon Tree which is just adjacent to Red Fox. Same building. The food was also not good. Biriyani lacked the taste. And there was no option for continental bf. Only pancakes were amazing.

It's just an OK type hotel. Room was fine and neat but Fridge was not working. Amenities are on chargeable basis like toothbrush, comb etc. For double sharing room, they provide single towel and napkins. It's fine for budget stay in Hitech area

Recently I attended Tiana n Zyan twins first birthday function on 27.8.2022. I enjoyed food, privacy, and maintenance & receding of personnel very well. Especially the food items were excellent and tasty. I will give first priority to this hotel if any function occurs on behalf of me in future

Very nice hotel and located very near to my professional destination. I really loved the room size and services along with the location. The only reason for reducing 1 star is the maintenance is not frequently maintained due to which there are slightly inconvenience caused however they respond back very quickly once we inform the issue.

I stayed at Red Fox Hotel from 07-Oct to 20-Oct-2022. Rooms are super luxurious and fully sanitized with many facilities twin large bed, tea bags, steamer, TV, A/C, work area table, small tea table, normal fan, sofa, washroom and toilet. All Staff is very good and humble. House keeping staff like Ranjith maintained my room neatly daily. Cafeteria staff are well groomed and so humble. Always ready to serve good service. Breakfast had delicious food items like idli, dosa, poha, upma, fruits, bread, juices, tea and coffee. Overall very good services by Red Fox Hotel at hyderabad Hitec city.
