Worst experience of my life. The property is quite old and all interiors are falling apart. The windows are broken and there’s no privacy. There’s no hot water and at least 7-8 power cuts daily. There are mosquitoes at night and tiny cockroaches running around in bathroom. The management is quite rude and hostile. They will act nicely at the time of check-in, but will handover hefty fake food bills at the check-out. If you disagree to pay, they threaten to call police. This is a big hidden scam, in which you pay about 30-40% more than the actual tariff plus taxes. They do not even give genuine Tax Invoices. Do not believe the fake reviews and find good hotels nearby.

I have stayed for 2 nights and 2 days in this hotel, I would like to share mixed experience When I initially called them, Receptionist said that 3 people can adjust in double bed room without extra payment but they charged me for extra person. Next to this hotel, there's an marriage function hall who makes horrible DJ and drums sound which stole my sleep till 2 am in the morning. Since it's a marriage season, I suffered on two nights of my stay. Service is good Employee are polite Rooms are clean and well maintained

Checked in the hotel at 7am for a day stay but the hotel charged us 2000rs. The receptionist was very rude, the hote is very average and not at all modern. They don’t offer even a dental kit or a water bottle as well. Even doesn’t have Wi-Fi to help during stay. A very outdated hotel with outdated staff and policies

Good place to stay. Safe for family. Parking is available. Rooms are comfortable. Rooms are large too. Reception staff is good. Room boys need training. They may enter room without knocking! Overall a good and safe place. Lot of shopping and eating options close by.

Food taste was good and price is normal .homely food very light.

Extremely rude staff, who always only look for tips even without doing anything,youll just stand theyll come for tips and will never come to get your luggage

One of the best restaurant with both South indian and North Indian Cusine.You will get a variety of food at a very reasonable price.Soups starts at only 60 including tax.

Everything is excellent, but the staff are too irritating as they just stand & are not ready to go without tips.. 1 person who is giving you service, we will give him, but whole staff comes 1 after the another for tip & are not satisfied with 50rs also.. Surprising..!!!

Recently had dinner with my family in Hotel Panchratan. Recommend north Indian food like garlic paneer and malai kofta with butter roti.

As usual Super tasty. When I am hungry every bite of this veg biryani gives more taste. It always attracts me whenever I come to nearby this place. Number One best restaurant for vegetarians. Never get bored. Best in price as well.

Hotel needs a major upgrade especially in rooms their room quality is not at all good enough to feel like we are living in three star hotel, it's a ok ok hotel not a three star hotel at all which they claim,

Reasonable lodge for working representative who visit Hyderabad for a day or two to stay and have breakfast and lunch or dinner at this place

Worst management.i thought of booking rooms , just because of Mr Yogesh impolite and rude behaviour I am dropping this idea. Please do not book here.Waste of time and money.

Excellent all 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Early morning I just called receptionist if there is any room available, I got room easily and believe me this hotel has large area enough to get you room most probably whenever you need. Service is very good and no complaints of anything.

Power went off at 3.00 pm but Generator not switched on for >15 minutes. Weather was pleasant or else was thinking of walking out, just DISGUSTING

It was amazing experience there. As a customer there are polite workers to who helped me to find what i want there. Atmosphere there was great so that I could not resist myself to get out of there. I had a amazing experience there. I have no regret that i went and explored this place.

The food is good but the thing that they do not have any phonepe or Google pay is just making me mad and thus from regular customer i turned into 2 or three months customer and thus i am not visiting regularly so i am turning towards Santosh dabha and some other restaurants

The hotel was very good. The receiption and the room service was very nice.

Its a vegetarian restaurant. We ordered veg manchuria which was little sweet, palak paneer and veg fried rice were good, Reasonable price.

Very expensive. There was no complimentary bfast. Evrybody demands tips.. For 3 adults n one kid it was smaller room only.. Commode Flush was not working properly.. Only plus point was room was having balcony n ventilation was very good.

Hotel maintains cleanliness. We stayed for 5 days 4 nights. Hot water facility is available only in the morning. Restaurant food is not that good. South Indian food is available only in the morning. Limited menu.

Have been coming here regularly. It's a nice homely place. It's centrally located and the staff is very courteous. They have a attached restaurant which serves awesome north Indian delicacies.

Clean rooms, good food and great service. You get a lot of Kannada people in hotel if you are frm Karnataka. Don't know about other negative review, but tips part yes. Few might feel annoying but for someone who spent few days, it's okay. Paying them wouldn't be a loss. Be aware of those misleading you about hotel. 4 kms away from main tourist attractions but near to Railway station. And a lot of food hotels near by. Good place and overall happy. 24 hour check in available if you are booking for room through phone call and not booking app.

Very good vegetarian food but pls keep the toilets clean and hygienic,no partition between toilet and dining area.

Bill amount total was 1926 all inclusive and when we checked out they charged me 2111 ( without informing the difference ) and some weirdest of reason-for charging more - saying online booking and pay out while checking is different. Sheer cheating with customers ! Planning to bring it to notice of consumer forum. If they want they can directly ask for monies, but silently charging is unethical and immoral . Only when asked they are giving this explanation. Sad part is we had booked on their website. Don’t recommend as I see serious challenges the way they operate and cheat Customers! Least expected in hospitality industry .

Hotel staff and owner is very helpfull in everyway. They sent a person with me to the bus stop as my luggage was very heavy. Neat and clean room, highly recommend !!

Great taste of food with affordable price. Although the ambience is not so good. We can give it for food. Everyone in the family liked the taste. Glad I visited this restaurant.

One of the best hotels that I ever stayed. Room service is superb. The behaviour of the staffs are cordial.
