Any
receptionist
that
is
rude
isn't
doing
his
job
right
A
receptionist
must
be
a
good
calm
person
if
not
it's
okay
to
let
a
higher
up
know.
Rude
attitude
is
not
Good
for
the
Business!
There
is
Protocol
Sequence
to
follow.!
Which
Mr.
Purshottam
hasn’t
been
following
at
all.
He
has
misbehaved,
had
been
partial
with
his
clients
and
had
a
loud
pitch.
We
have
booked
the
room
online
and
someone
else
too.
Everybody’s
check
in
time
would
be
12
PM
But
Mr.Purshottam
has
prioritised
the
man
who
has
come
after
us
and
he
has
allotted
a
room
for
him
before
12
and
he
made
us
sit
for
like
more
than
an
hour.
When
asked
why
he
was
being
partial
he
answered
saying
-
HAMARI
MARZI
HAI
JISKO
HUMKO
PEHLE
BHEJNA
HAI
BHEJENGE.
Aapko
toh
12
se
pehle
mujhe
room
nahi
dena
hai
is
what
he
said
also
precisely
he
asked
us
to
cancel
the
booking
and
leave.
One
more
thing
he
said
the
room
was
in
cleaning
where
as
it
wasn’t.
Who
ever
has
left
the
room
before
us
had
her
hair
on
the
floor
and
there
was
no
tissue
roll
in
the
bathroom
also
one
of
the
basic
things
when
asked
for
a
dental
kit
he
said
aaj
customer
zyada
hai
toh
khatam
hogaye
and
he
sent
it
later
The
higher
authorities
will
probably
have
the
cctv
access
they
can
just
go
through
it.
They’ll
have
a
clear
picture
of
how
he
has
been
Mis
behaving
and
was
just
being
partial.
Extremely
disappointed
with
the
service.
Guys
make
sure
you
are
just
not
getting
into
any
kind
of
glitch
make
sure
you
aren’t
reaching
out
to
this
man
for
booking
or
any
sort
of
help.
As
mentioned
he’ll
be
nice
at
first
and
he’ll
later
come
up
with
his
true
Colors.
And
FYI
past
1
month
I’ve
been
a
regular
customer
of
this
hotel
never
really
had
to
face
any
such
kind
of
stupidity.

and

sure
that
I’m
posting
his
picture
too
in
no
time.
I
want
the
owner
to
take
the
action
and
make
sure
he
apologies
for
his
behaviour.
