I spent three nights there with wife and kids. Being tourists, we looked forward for clean rooms, well maintained bathroom, AC, lift, decent food and in a good location and trust me, this place meets them all. I booked it through their website directly and it turned out to be cheaper than third party websites. Their restaurant has a decent vegetarian spread for breakfast and the taste was good. Kids are not charged and adults pay 250/person for the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is ideal and good for business conferences, birthday parties and other small functions. The interior is excellent and staff service is good. The quality, taste of food is very nice. The way they plattered is also good. I visited for business conference, overall my experience in staff receiving, food quality, and taste is excellent.

Beg borrow or steal get your hot water system repaired. It sad to note hot water will be given in buckets. The staff were very helpful but the management should do its bit by investing in a good hot water system

I had a great stay at this place. The rooms were cleaned everyday, you don't have to call the housekeeping. The hotel lets you order food from outside. They always provided the utensils whenever we asked for them. The location is good too, close to some attractions. And you can easily get autos everywhere in old Hyderabad.

Good hotel. I was slightly put off by the narrow lanes through which one has to access this place, especially in high traffic hours. But once there, it was comfortable, since it has ample parking area etc. Food was good, as was service, though not exceptional.

Any receptionist that is rude isn't doing his job right A receptionist must be a good calm person if not it's okay to let a higher up know. Rude attitude is not Good for the Business! There is Protocol Sequence to follow.! Which Mr. Purshottam hasn’t been following at all. He has misbehaved, had been partial with his clients and had a loud pitch. We have booked the room online and someone else too. Everybody’s check in time would be 12 PM But Mr.Purshottam has prioritised the man who has come after us and he has allotted a room for him before 12 and he made us sit for like more than an hour. When asked why he was being partial he answered saying - HAMARI MARZI HAI JISKO HUMKO PEHLE BHEJNA HAI BHEJENGE. Aapko toh 12 se pehle mujhe room nahi dena hai is what he said also precisely he asked us to cancel the booking and leave. One more thing he said the room was in cleaning where as it wasn’t. Who ever has left the room before us had her hair on the floor and there was no tissue roll in the bathroom also one of the basic things when asked for a dental kit he said aaj customer zyada hai toh khatam hogaye and he sent it later The higher authorities will probably have the cctv access they can just go through it. They’ll have a clear picture of how he has been Mis behaving and was just being partial. Extremely disappointed with the service. Guys make sure you are just not getting into any kind of glitch make sure you aren’t reaching out to this man for booking or any sort of help. As mentioned he’ll be nice at first and he’ll later come up with his true Colors. And FYI past 1 month I’ve been a regular customer of this hotel never really had to face any such kind of stupidity. TERRIBLE HOSPITALITY PROVIDED BY MR. PURSHOTTAM and I’m making sure that I’m posting his picture too in no time. I want the owner to take the action and make sure he apologies for his behaviour.

The hotel is very clean and located in a very good location. The manager is very supportive and friendly. I recommend this hotel for couples to stay and business. The breakfast is delicious but you should be there before 9-10am.

I have been here for a first birthday party. It has valet parking available. The banquet hall was decent and the food was above average.

Hotel is in a very good location, especially for tourist. Wakable distance from Lumbini park and secretrait building. Good restaurants near by like the famous Dadus. Pros: super location(next to TTD temple) Easy to get cabs and buses Service staff is cordial and friendly. Cons: The access card gets disabled after 24 hours and we need to go to the reception to enable it again. They can fix this. Overall loved the stay and the Hyderabad trip.

Hotel is good but had an issue with the valet parking. Driver didn't switch off my car even half an hour after giving him the car. Got to know only when my calls were frequently getting diverted to my car's Bluetooth connection which should have been off. Kindly look into it before and after you hand over your car to the valet.

Great location. Situated next to Tank Bund road, got a good connectivity, easily accessible. Walkable distance to some of the attractions like Birla Mandir, Tank Bund road, Lumbini Park, Hussain Sagar, etc,. Courteous staff and speaks English. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Television requires mantainance/replacement. Bedspreads and Towels offered were not good. Menu was quite expensive. Stayed here for 2 nights, its affordable given the location and the connectivity. Recommended for 1-2 days stay for both family and couples.

Recently stayed for 5 nights. Good location, affordable pricing, clean rooms and bathrooms, decent amenities in rooms, friendly staff. Hotel staff did not respect "do not disturb" policy. Staff came into our room to clean the room and change bed sheets despite us turning on "do not disturb" sign and telling reception staff to not let anyone in. Staff were not well coordinated. Poor communication. Delayed room service. Fair amount of disturbance from nearby rooms, especially given lots of family functions happening in the hotel during our stay.

4th feb 2022 Went here for wedding event.. although weeding hall was best ... but service is very good. Good place for luxurious events and stay. Staff is really good and helpful. Had a great experience here an more over its a per veg! an its very good for the (family) those who like to visit a 100% veg restaurant. the clove restaurant. must visit this next time.

Room Service is as good as it is not there. Rooms are not getting cleaned every day. As per the receptionist it gets cleaned only when the customer requests for it. Overall a very bad experience.

We stayed with family (3) in a Deluxe room for 5 days during Dushera Holidays in Oct, 2023. The rooms size is good, neat & clean. Housekeeping, cleanliness and service is good. Restaurant area is limited & small but Buffet breakfast has good options and food is good. Located with in 1 Km to Hussain Sagar lake. There are few good fast food joints, chemist and other shops in the near-by areas. Overall good for who are looking for a decent budget hotel.

Pathetic service. They will charge you for everything and then give a 3rd class service which isn't worth the money at all. We gave clothes for washing and they just ironed them saying it was washed. Also, when raised these concerns they are going to blame customers for something or other.

Only pro is its location and staff are co-operative. Otherwise , Very small place,noisy, stinking rooms , No Air-conditioning , Parking ( They will park your car far away in small streets , My car ended up with scratches ). Overall experience was Far below Average. I regretted staying here . I had to check out a day before as i couldn't tolerate this clumsy place . I recommend to stay away from this place.

If you want a luxurious 5⭐ stay at affordale price then, Platinum Boutique Inn should be the first choice. Location- It is on the necklace road area of Hyderabad which makes all other spots and location very near to it. Room & Bathroom- Very Spacious, clean and hygenic and the best part is they clean it everyday. They also provide seperate towels for each day. Hospitality & other services- As similar to any other 5⭐ hotels. The reception is very prompt and very helpful. Staff behaviour is extremely cordial. Safety- If you are a female and travelling alone, this is the best choice you can make. They have well maintained security camera in the corridors so no worries regarding safety. Below are the photos attached.

Interiors,bed etc were good but when we arrived the floor was sticky, the dressing area was soapy slippery as well as the bathroom. So yes, the bathroom floor was not cleaned, it was all soapy. The keycard is messed up technology. Apparantly it gets deactivated if kept next to mobile phones. But mine was never next to mobile, my family had to wait for a while. Fyi Extra beds are charged extra. So 2 in a room only.

For a business hotel I didn't except this kind of room. They charged me 2,800 per day and I was a expecting a level of luxury but disappointed to the core. Rooms are not that neat, especially I didn't like the bathroom. Bathroom felt like a dungeon to me, trust me a XXL person will find it very hard to take bath as it is very narrow. Check the fotos. Only reason for 2 star rating is for their service. This hotel got 4star rating in Google, guess we can't except much based on past reviews.

Hotel Rooms are decent service was good... But few things odd here like you need to pay full amount while check in, don't depend on there Break fast they usually serve packed cold BF ( 2 idli Vada sambhar chutney upma) even would suggest don't take breakfast option.. staff available at breakfast area are really need to educate the hospitality... Habib the front office person is so rude felt he was ordering like policeman. Above that still Jo complaint karna hi kar do I basically came up to check my room.My luggage was also sent, so stayed back, but he called and insisted to come down- the tone was so rude that I did something seriously wrong Why keep such people
