I recently stayed at your hotel and I must say that I was deeply disappointed with my experience. The behavior of the staff left much to be desired. Their attitude was far from welcoming, and I encountered rudeness and unprofessionalism throughout my stay. What added to my frustration was the fact that the cost of the room did not align with the quality of service and amenities provided. I expected a certain level of value for the price I paid, but sadly, it was not worth it. I hope that you takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve both the behavior of their staff and the overall value they offer to guests. I believe that by addressing these issues, they can enhance their reputation and provide a better experience for future guests.

Booked the hotel from Agoda @₹4300/2D, stayed here with family, It was a good experience here. We arrived at the hotel very early at 8am, at reception reception,Miss Jannat was very helpful and hospitable,she provided us room with no delay. Room service was excellent, restaurant veg items are very delicious must try. Recommended for kids and family.

We recently conducted our son's Mehendi and Wedding Ceremony at the Hotel Inner Circle, Somajiguda, September 2023. The Banquet hall for the Mehendi and as well as the Terrace for the main wedding turned out to be perfect for us. The ambience specially at the Terrace for the wedding was really great. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The hotel management were not only professional but incredibly helpful throughout the plannning process and on the big day as well. Everyone including the Manager, front desk staff, room service staff, catering staff to the security staff at the gates were all exceptional and very pleasant throughout providing great service. All the details were taken care of meticulously including the arrangement of the seats to coordinating with our vendors when required. We had a number of rooms booked for the guests and they all had a very comfortable stay, a few of them were elderly guests and this place turned out to be perfect for their stay and as well for attending the wedding. The rooms and toilets were very clean. One minor issue is that we had to ring each time for some refills but they were immediately addressed. The food and service were were very good at the restaurant and the catering for both the functions was of high standard and appreciated by everyone. Special thanks to Mr.Ibrahim and Mr.Rambabu and all their staff. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a venue for a wedding, small events or just for a comfortable stay. Ram & Asha

Amazing 03 star hotel, have stayed for 07 days with family, good rooms & food is excellent. Can add few channels in Tata sky. Will difficulty stay again & refer to my family & friends.

Good and cordial staff, good atmosphere, food also good, only one improvement, Room service still could be better, Fridge was not working in Hot Summer and was not repaired or replaced even after frequent reminder. Toiletries not enough . But overall good experience

Great place, well maintained clean and hygienic. Breakfast too is very good. Housekeeping service too is very quick and prompt.

On 1st August 23, I have check in at 319 room. I want to give one feedback regarding water bottles that you are kept in room is quite low... Requesting you to arrange min 3 liter per guest per day

The location was very convenient and easily accessible but the locality was average in this place. Morning complimentary breakfast was Ok. Staff were very friendly and readily accepted our request for late check out. The only negative fact was that the linen was not fresh and we had to request for it to be changed ! Also all the bed Linen used was very old and it definitely needs to be replaced

The rooms are very well maintained and clean...The staff here are very prompt in their work...The restaurant provides a variety of vegetarian delicacies...My experience here was very warm and welcoming... And I am definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Inner circle truly knows hospitality. Was supposed to stay there for a short time but had to extend my stay for work . Stayed at the hotel for 8 days , the hotel understood my work related frustration which extended my stay and was very caring and helpful with all my needs. I was a single female travelling and felt very safe during the entire stay . The rooms are clean and maintained by a small but enthusiastic group of people . Can easily say that the staff is what makes this hotel special . One con I have to say is make hot water more easily accessible. Otherwise superb . One more thing I wish you would serve nonveg .

It is a pretty neat 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious, practical and worth for a 3 star rated hotel. The hotel also have a vegetarian restaurant and the dishes are also good. We had compliementary breakfast for the bookings, but dont know whether the same is available for all bookings. Car parking available for, approx 10 cars.

All are good except a. Bathroom shower spout closes automatically. You have to hold it while bathing. This is so in all the rooms. b. TVs do not have any channel. You have only WiFi connected device and YouTube. That also with lotnof advertisements. Need some satellite TV connections.

The rooms are ok but the hot water is not working properly and the location is easy to reach. Near all like metro, bus stop, MMTS all are near by 5min and nekles-road. , tank bund, Ntr gardens near to 30min journey good place to visit.

I stayed for 3 days this week only. The hotel is very good. Everything is perfect from reception, rooms, service, their in house kitchen and food. In reasonable rates they are providing very nice large rooms. Bathrooms are also very clean and provide all toiletries. They only have a veg kitchen so good options for vegetarians. The location is also very convenient. All in all I had a very good experience.

I have been coming to this Hotel for all my company visits every Month. Here are some of the things you need to know before coming here!!!. 1. Service:- is just extraordinarily well, you call may be Reception, Room service or the House Keeping they are at your service in just 1 to 3 min. 2. Room & Fecilities in Room: are so cool, you have everything you need in the room. So specious and worth every penny. 3. Overall experience:- Is really Best with the price.

Situated at prime location and easily accessible via public transport. The rooms were very tidy and service offered was top notch. Restaurant offers only pure veg spread. It was a hassle free 3N stay for me and family.

I have been in this hotel for 2 times. It was an excellent experience staying there most importantly the hygiene and the service was excellent. Good ambience and easy to locate, staffs are friendly. Bike parking was the issue management should plan for proper bike parking.

I stayed here with my family, hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is polite and helps as much as they can. Breakfast is tasty and a lot of options are there, hotel is pure veg. I do recommend this hotel to stay if you are visiting hydrabad. It is located at Rajbhavan Road behind well known Yashoda Hospital. Also, Royal Brother (Bike on rent) is at walking distance from the hotel.

Roows were clean and well maintained. I had few issues with the room service provided, they charged extra. When reported on the Reception, they were aggreeing that it is wrong but were not ready to correct it. Receptionist was saying that Room Service is a different and we cant correct their mistake. For us, hotel is single entity, not different based on service provided, they should learn this.

It was a nice place with good ambience . The rooms are spacious, clean and cosy. The infrastructure everything was wonderful and we have all the amenities.

Very very pathetic service for when I took room for my official visit in August 2022. AC is not working properly - room temperature is not Maintained . Answer for the complaint was -“it’s centralised Ac” . After repeated complaint to Mr. Shravan & Rakhesh at reception and even Manager Mr. Ibrahim , response was so pathetic. Never ever recommend this hotel to any of my collegues or known people . These people are cheating the guests .

Nice value for money hotel with good restaurant attached and banquet halls very friendly staff neat rooms and best is to do direct bookings just sometimes the location may worry but it's manageable

I went for a business meeting today. Later had lunch. Food was great and well cooked. It was buffet, so self service. Hotel staff was short during meeting time as few change of arrangement was required and happened late. But overall good place for conducting small meetings.

Some foods were little spicy ,staff is lovely and provide best service but Even it charges more from customer seems like it don't provide deserving salary to staff

we were 18people went to celebrate happybirthday ... it was on saturday and we were like there would be so much of rush... to accomodate 18 people it woud be difficult.. but to our surprise hotel was empty and we enjoyed a lot. Food was very tasty service was also good people who like to have food with low noise in hotel this is the one ... Trust me .. 10 on 10 rating

Decent clean property located in the heart of Hyderabad city. Good spacious parking. only 65 rooms with 2 conference Halls and 1 pure veg restaurant,

My trip is connected with AIG hospital. This hotel is walking distance from it. Staff is courteous, room is good. In house food can be a dampener for some because the place is strictly vegetarian. I got disappointed hearing that but vegetarian fare was quite enjoyable. Overall good experience.
