Its not wroth the rates shown on websites. Its rented property, so limited space for parking, services is not as per 3-4 star hotels (they dont even have hair dryer), limited people for support. I have provided left out room of disabled person. Its way good option nearer that's Holiday Inn

The rooms are excellent and service is too good. Mr Baskar is very humble and comes and ask what you want and make sure it's done. The location is great and good car parking. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast varieties are good and lots of options. The improvement required is if the rooms are occupied by 3 people need to provide one extra card to get into the lift. The cafeteria space can be extended little bigger. Sometime the housekeeping intercome is.not reachable. Otherwise the best hotel to stay. Keep up the good work.

Location is great in the heart of Banjara hills, rooms were clean, decent and washroom was clean. Linens were soft and clean, breakfast was good. Only issue was that without my permission they charged service tax and took payment in advance. I came to know about it while checking out. This is something I was not happy about.

I opted to stay at Lemon Tree, Hyderabad because of my previous good experience with this hotel chain This property also fulfilled all expectations of a traveler be it cleanliness, hospitality, food quality and taste, amenities and their Housekeeping services Services provided by Mr Jam and their team at Restuarant, Housekeeping services were excellent. Good things first . They have courteous staff and have employed deaf and dumb people to provide them a respectable livelihood. Housekeeping was fair. Neat upholstery etc. Sad things. Asked for filtered water they filled it in used plastic bottles. A good hotel will serve in glass bottles. Plastic bottles are not to be reused as such. (A few are aware that pet bottles shouldn't be reused. ) Chef and food was boring. Didn't follow or understand instructions. Also food was salty couple of times. Asked for chef who wouldn't turn up for over 10min. One would eventually eat up what is served. On second occasion the assistant chef came saw heard and went away. Nothing happened. Sad service in kitchen. Minor issue of pests in dining was seen.

Overall a goof experience, rooms were well maintained, spacious and service was good. Buffet breakfast was well spread. Location is very good as it's in Prime location- Banjara hills with GVK Mall and lots of good restaurants and shopping areas nearby

I attended the wedding reception of my friend at the Banquet Hall. Food was very delicious. Service was top rated. They offered valet parking. Banquet Halls were well maintained.

This hotel stands out from the rest of the places as it has a beautiful ambiance to it and the rooms are kept in top notch condition with attention to detail being the key thing. The staff are very professional and can handle most requests from a fellow customer. They include amenities like a full size gym and a pool table which are nice to have.

I stayed at Lemon Tree Banjara Hills on a Business Trip in April-22. My Experience was pathetic at this Hotel . We had initially Booking for 4 Days but had to leave after 2 Days which I had informed at the time of check In. We checked out at 12:00 p.m on 2nd Day of stay, but they still charged us 1 Day extra for early check out. No Reputed & Branded Hotel does this type of Penalty. We discussed with Front Desk, Manager , Sales Team & there was no mention of this early check out penalty mentioned during our Hotel Booking. Food Quality & Buffet is below average. Cleanliness is average. Overall Very Poor & Disappointing experience. In my advice better stay at other Branded Hotels & avoid Lemon Tree Banjara Hills.

Rooms and services are reasonable, but location is not so great although it's Banjara hills. Huge traffic around during peak times and it's a pain to reach especially in the evening. No great outside view as it's surrounded by buildings. Food is good in restaurant. Those who want to eat outside, there is Bikanerwala, barbecue nation, Karachi bakery and many other places.

Not to the standard that one would expect for such premium tariff. Bathroom stinks. Hot water sporadic. Be very aware of the tea kettle kept in the room. I found several dead mosquitoes inside the kettle. A big red flag. Zero star.

Spent 4 nights at Lemon tree in December 2023 with family. 2 things that really made our stay unpleasant CheckIn - We reached hotel at 4 PM. But no rooms were available. It took 1 hour for them to get 2 rooms ready. Non responsive on booking. Com - Once I booked via booking. Com, I sent multiple messages to property without any response. Crowded buffet - The hotel has 90 rooms in total and only 40 seats in the restaurant. Going for breakfast between 8:45 to 9:30 AM would be a nightmare

Overall average hotel at Good location. Don’t compare this with its other branches, it’s not even closer to other branches like Delhi Aerocity. Mainly the service is poor, housekeeping is too busy (I don’t know what they do) First there were no towels in bathroom and when I ordered in morning they didn’t bother to provide towels. Similar to food, don’t expect or keep any mark it’s far average quality. Being vegetarian tried Paneer and literally feels like rubber in texture. Rooms are ok. I can suggest stay here but don’t dine here it’s kind recommendation.

Stayed yesterday very bad experience with the receptionist mr. Srinivas ,stayed in Banjara hills road no 1,he was very rude ,arrogant ,very attitude and non helpful person he wasted our time during checkin ,if this kind of behaviour this will effect the hotel reputation..

Hotel is just ok. Rooms & bathrooms can be kept little more cleaner. I don’t think they are washing bed sheets, when I started using them, whole body started itching. Biggest plus of this hotel it’s location, located in heart of city, Banjara Hills. I tasted their complementary breakfast, which is below average. It’s a simple set menu. Everything was bland and tasteless. Overall it’s not the worth money they were charging. They don’t have a travel desk.

Please DON'T stay!! The AC wasn't working in the room that we got and I complained about it multiple times in vain. The staff don't seem to care about anything. The front desk person is just as useless as he doesn't know what to say and told me the manager has left for the day. And these rooms don't come cheap either. WORST experience!! Not a great hotel for many reasons. The location itself could've been better. Check in process was terrible. They don't recognise government approved digilocker and want in hard copy. Fitness centre and restaurant is decent. Breakfast spread is unhealthy with lots of fried and sweet dishes. Housekeeping and room service staff are friendly and cordial.

TL;DR- skip if you’re a solo female traveller w an anxious bent. The interiors are clean and crisp and the front desk staff is polite. (The pros end here) I was expecting the room to be more spacious, but atleast it was clean. I don’t think the AC worked well because I was able to sleep with the thermostat dialled at 10*. I had a little bit of a freak incident where one of the housekeeping guys entered my room. I’d asked for a scissor and when I opened the door, he just walked in. I was there by myself and got really scared. He did leave but he shouldn’t have entered in the first place. It scared me. Luckily, I checked out the next day. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is okay. I wouldn’t pay ₹300 for it. I just had it because it was free.

Loved the food here. Vibrant flavours in a crazy busy setting. Service is top notch, especially from our waiter Divin. My taste buds and tummy are very happy. We'll be back!

The brand itself is well known for the great hospitality and nurturing its guest need and i was not disappointed. I had a two night stay, the service staff was courteous towards the guest need and the food offered warmth to the soul. Hygiene being my priority i was satisfied and happy would recommend this freshly opened property to my close ones just to experience true hospitality
